I went to SouthPark looking for a necklace for my daughter as a present and we went to several other jewelry stores and they had great selections but we wanted to make sure we looked at all of our options when it came to jewelry stores. We happened to go into David Yurman and it's like many of your other jewelry stores so nothing truly stands out. However, the lay out is nice, the lighting is as it always should be very well done and the customer service we received was great. We looked at some pieces and we found the exact same necklace at David Yurman as we had found at another jeweler, it was the same price but it was impressed upon us that they would take care of the necklace for the first year if anything happened. My daughter was able to look at several more pieces and found one that she really loved, the sales associate, Ronnie did present all options and did educate us on the pieces. He was very professional, personable and informative. Once my daughter made her selection, he steamed cleaned the necklace, gave her a jewelry cleaning clothe and also spoke to me about rings but I politely let him know that today was her day but I would be back in the future. The entire staff also made us feel welcomed, even though Ronnie had helped us, we had other employees check in on us to make sure we were helped. We had a great experience and we'll definitely make David Yurman one of our stops in the future! read more

I walked into the store yesterday and was ready to purchase a David Yurman Chevron bracelet. I already had the item picked out, I just wanted to try out different sizes. When the woman who was supposed to help me came out of the back, she didnt greet me, didnt say hello, and didnt even introduce herself. She simply said "What are you looking for?" It was a little bizarre to have such a cold interaction at a luxury jewlwery store, but I let it go and let her know which bracelet I was looking at. I told her the exact bracelet, but she accidentally pulled out the wrong one so I politely told her I was looking for the other bracelet on the right. There were two bracelets in the area I pointed so she asked "uh, which one?". While I was trying to look at the other pieces they had available, then she angrily asked again "WHICH ONE!!??" At this point I was absolutely disgusted by her rudeness and simply walked out of the store. I ended up going home and ordering the item online, but I can honestly say this was hands down the most piss-poor pathetic customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They literally treat you better at the drive-through at Taco Bell - I will never return to this store ever again. read more

I had purchased a bracelet for my boyfriend online for Christmas because I live in CA and he lives in NC. The bracelet ended up being too big and he needed to exchange it. He said they was a David Yurman close to him, so we went there while I was visiting. The store was a little busy, but not that bad...we weren't approached for a little while. Once we were finally greeted, we let the sales associate know what we were looking for. She went to check and came back to let us know they didn't have it. She said the will get more stock in and we asked if we could get contacted... she said that we just we to keep checking back. She didn't offer to order it for us, show us other bracelet options or anything. It felt like she was trying to hurry and get us out. I'm just very disappointed in the lack of/standard of customer service and hospitality in a luxury store like that. read more

Do not buy any diamond jewelry from this company. All diamond jewelry is paved with Si1 & Si2 white diamonds which is "low quality" for an extremely high cost. Every diamond is cut extremely well which gives the illusion that it's high clarity but it's not! All you're paying for is the name. You would think from such a fine jewelry company that they would use Vvs1 or Vvs2 high quality diamonds but they only use Vs1 particularly on Wedding jewelry only. Overall you're better off going to a custom jeweler to pay a fraction of the price! read more

Pretty spacious and clean place (well, since they just opened). Place - Upon entering the jewelry store, it has that nice upscale feel, with sales people to greet you. I love the lay out, how you can walk in a zig-zag kind of way to different sections of the DY collection. I like the granite walls of the store. Service - Enjoyed Anna's attentiveness. Price - Super pricey. If you are a David Yurman fan, then you already know. If you have not heard DY, you are in for a suprise. They will first wow you and possibly deter you from wanting to get anything. But if you browse a little longer and you may spot a nice ring for less than $400. So really up to you if you want to spend on a nice piece of name brand jewelry. I have been a fan of this brand for over seven years! read more

After being a customer for over 4 years, and buying only DY, I'm no longer loyal to this brand, my husband got me a pair of earrings from this store that caused me a horrible rash, he used a $500 gift certificate to pay for some of the cost, and when I called them about it, they said l can return and if exchange with something else I can use all the credit from the returned earrings, however they have changed their mind since and won't let me use all the credit, and they had the audacity to blame a former employee on something that happened after he left, very disappointed in them. read more

Love this Yurman store and their amazing products and sales staff. Came in for the first time about a year ago to get my husband's Yurman wheat bracelet repaired. We were lucky enough to get Taylor as our sales associate. He was professional and attentive and my husband and I decided to browse the store while Taylor set up the repair paperwork. My husband wound up finding a piece he liked and asked about it. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the product line and showed us other things that we might find appealing based on my husband's initial inquiry. Each time he showed us a new piece, he explained exactly what we were looking at, what stones were used and sprinkled in a bit of information about the Yurman brand and the process that went into making each piece of jewelry. We never felt pressured or oversold and Taylor provided as much information as we wanted to hear -- never more, never less. We wound up purchasing quite a few pieces that day and have returned there many times in the last year to pick something up for a special occasion or a holiday gift. Taylor continues to be our go to guy. He keeps us in the loop about new products and has brought things in especially for us, based on our buying history. He even secured a ring that I was in love with that was not available at any of the stores. He keeps in touch about special events at the store and he does all of this without ever making us feel pressured to buy anything. My husband has gone from someone who NEVER wore jewelry to a man that always has at least one Yurman ring on a finger and bracelet on the wrist. The brand is so flexible that you can dress everything up or down, which I love. A lot of people come to the store for the signature stuff (cable bracelets and albion rings), the brand is so much more than that -- take a minute and browse around. The best customer service around! I have bought several pieces this year from this store and have had a great experience every time. Today, my expectations were exceeded by the store manager Eric. I had a issue with a previous piece and Eric treated me so kindly and quickly resolved the issue.
