Dynamic Plumbing called me right away and scheduled to come out to my home that Tuesday. Due to it being the weekend and they was booked up that the earliest. They could come. When I got up Monday morning I noticed the leak had got worse. Where the grass was saturated with water and could see water running down my driveway. I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I have any plumbing problems. I will use Dynamic Plumbing and request Joseph and his partner to do the work. I rent through Howard Hanna and Coast Plumbing is the company that was assigned to assess why there wasn't any hot water in my house. The technician that was sent, Phil, determined that the water heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking. The next day I was contacted by Coast Plumbings dispatcher, Linda, who told me that Phil would be by between 1-4pm and that he would call me when he was on his way. Phil showed up at between 10:30-11 a.m. without calling. Thankfully, I got back home about 5 minutes before he arrived otherwise I would have missed him and been forced to go through the entire weekend without hot water. Phil tracked dirt and mud through my home and ruined one of my bathroom towels because he was not fully prepared for the job. He also damaged kitchen floor tiles when bringing the hot water heater into the house and had an extremely poor attitude during the entire job. I tried to overlook his attitude and be understanding because working on weekends does suck--I get it. Shortly after Phil left, I noticed that my AirPod Pros were no longer on my dining room table where I left them. I tried to give Phil the benefit of the doubt but I do not lose things easily. I turned my home upside down searching for my AirPods and sadly, they were nowhere to be found. The ONLY person in my home, other than myself, was Phil. AirPods are easy to pocket quickly because they're small and easy to conceal. I am so disappointed and sick to my stomach to know that this happened right under my nose. I'm very thankful to have hot water again but I am distraught knowing that a thief was in my home. Be wary of this company.

However, he broke our kitchen cabinet after leaning on it too hard, he left his dirty shirt in our home, he left his dirty towel, and he left the kitchen floor soaked with all of the water that he sucked out of the pipes. Didn't even bother to clean it. It left my kitchen rug soaked and I didn't even realize until I stepped there and got wet socks (we all hate the feeling). Fast forward to now, our main sewage line has been acting up, but everytime the plumber comes here, he comes and leaves without saying a word to us or telling us what he is doing. He dug into the front of our yard with a tractor to get to a pipe, which is fine, but he also hit our house with the tractor which left dents and marks in the brick of our house. We have had to go weeks without being able to use our toilet, shower or laundry room due to this issue. And they failed to contact us about scheduling another time to fix the issue. (We rent our house so the landlord contacts them and then they reach out to us). The landlord and I were very frustrated and upset that this problem has been going on for so long due to miscommunication and unprofessional behavior on behalf of this company. If it was my choice, I would never be doing business with this company again; however, it is who the landlord does business with, and I cannot control that. My previous HVAC contractor had been out twice and I was left with, " you need a new thermostat" and left with a cold house. That's when I found Simmons. They were very responsive and were out within 8 hours. The technician was very polite, professional and explained everything about the system (since I was unfamiliar with a dual-fuel system). He identified the problem and made the necessary repairs quickly. Having had a great experience then, I put the system under contract with them. Since then they have not let me down. They have kept my system in excellent condition. This week I suddenly had an issue with heat. Called and had a technician here within 3 hours. He got the system working but the next day I had the same issue and on one of the coldest days the system was out again. I called after hours and within 15 minutes had a call back from the on-call tech who said he would be here in 20 minutes. He was. The problem was so minute, a loose connection, but trouble shooting that was a pain for him, but he found the problem within 15 minutes. Simmons is my only HVAC system contractor. I know the age of the existing system and understand it only has a few years left in it. I feel confident that Simmons will keep it running great and when the dreaded day comes, it will be Simmons technicians installing a new system.
