I've taken my motorcycle here ~5 or so times ($13 + tip) and although each time it's been handled by a different staff member, they all have been very attentive and never rush the job despite how busy it can be. If you are on a bike and if there is a huge line you can skip to the front (been waved multiple times by staff) since the bike cleanings are much faster. There is a huge glass window inside so you can view them as they clean and again they never half ass it and wash it proper. The front desk is always friendly and there is also a repeat customer punch card so you get a free wash after 10 washes. Pretty much my go to spot for washing my bike. read more

Good quality, friendly, fair priced, CLEAN, delivered on their promise and more. I brought my own rotors and brake pads and it was not a problem (some shops refuse to use customers' parts). The guys changed my brakes in 40min, and fixed my bumper that another shop told me is not possible to fix (the other shop told me my only remedy is to get a new bumper for $800). They also changed a burned brake light as a courtesy, with no extra cost. The shop floor is clean, the shop itself is clean, they offer free coffee and I got a free hand wash on top of everything. No pushing for extra work, no hidden fees, no surprises - just the positive ones. The owner walked in and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. I brought my infiniti there to replace my front and rear struts. Bought brand new parts, all they had to do was install them. Turns out they didnt screw in all the bolts and the mounts broke down an hour later. Now i have to buy the same parts over again , and they told me they are closed on sundays so ill have to wait till monday . Hit a nasty pothole on the BQE that shredded my tire. So bad I was worried more than just the tire was damaged. Called these guys and they said bring it on in. No appt. No waiting. I have run flat tires so I was able to limp the half mile from home to the shop. Dropped it off and a couple hours later they had replaced the tire with the same exact make and model (they had to order it), balanced it and confirmed there was no additional damage. AND they threw in a car wash. I don't know if they're the cheapest but they got it done fast and, as far as I can tell, right. So it's all good by me. A little background. I used "Two guys Auto" a good bit and thought they were generally fair. I just live in the neighborhood and have an old car so I've dealt with the new and old owners. I recently took my car to have something fixed that was failing. I asked for an estimate and got it. It was just under $1000 and I decided to suck it up and keep the old car. Shortly after this repair my car began to show other symptoms of impending breakdown. I took it back the mechanic for another estimate. I can't say for sure, but I think they realized that the first issue was a symptom of larger issues and they missed it. When I got the second estimate I was about to junk the car and then they offered a very good deal and I was able to save the car. I don't know these people and can't say exactly what their policies are in these situations, but I felt treated VERY fairly without having to scream my head of like a jerk. I recommend them and will use them again, but they know that because I drive an OLD car. read more

My Mini Cooper had been acting up with several problems, from spark plugs to a creaking sound while driving. I brought it in to David's, and they promptly gave the car a full tune-up, replaced the brakes (cause of the squeaking sound), and cleaned the engine for less than I had been charged at the Mini Cooper dealership or other mechanics for similar work. This quality of work, and high level of customer service is unparalleled anywhere in the boroughs. Long story short- loan car to idiot brother, need car back thursday evening (was headed east for the 4th), idiot brother calls thursday morning "your car is fucked." They stayed late to get the parts that day, and do the repair (brake pads, and rotor) so I could douche out in the hamptons.
