I visited the Burbank location of David's Bridal twice as the Maid of Honor for a friend's wedding--once for bridal gowns and once for bridesmaid dresses--and both experiences left a lot to be desired. Bridal Appointment: From the moment we arrived, it felt more like a bargain basement than a bridal salon. We were told to pull dress numbers from tightly packed racks (without even being allowed to touch or remove them), and our "advisor" showed little interest or initiative. When the bride found a dress she liked but had a few concerns about fit and puffiness, the advisor offered no suggestions or reassurance on alterations--she just sat there, completely disengaged. We left empty-handed due to uncertainty that could've easily been resolved with minimal customer service. Bridesmaid Appointment: The store was chaotic and understaffed. Again, we were left to dig through racks with extremely limited sizing. We specifically asked about long sleeve options and were incorrectly told there were none. After trying on what little we could find, we asked about alterations for modesty coverage and were met with a rude, unhelpful tailor who refused to even give a general quote unless we purchased first (which makes no sense). She told us we'd have to buy an entire second dress for extra fabric--something that turned out to be untrue. Despite all this, we ordered dresses out of desperation. Checkout was another mess: we couldn't access the bride's diamond rewards, had to individually create accounts, got measured awkwardly in the middle of the store, and only afterward learned about a hidden restocking fee that was never disclosed at purchase (which is actually illegal in CA). The Final Straw: Another bridesmaid visited the Long Beach location and immediately found a beautiful, long-sleeve option that staff at Burbank claimed didn't exist. The Long Beach team was professional, helpful, and even suggested using a $20 matching wrap for added coverage instead of buying a whole extra dress. It was a night-and-day experience. We ended up canceling our Burbank orders and switching everything to Long Beach, which was an absolute relief. Bottom Line: The Burbank store seems poorly managed, disorganized, and staffed by disinterested employees who lack basic customer service skills. If you're looking for a smoother, more supportive experience, skip Burbank and head to Long Beach instead. read more

All I can say is that my wife was looking for a dress for a formal function. She found a dress her size on the sale/clearance rack for about $80. Yes, a bargain! Because it was the end of the day, she had to make an appointment to go back the next day for the alterations they highly suggested. She ended up paying over $250 for alterations on a dress that was her size! That includes the spanx they highly suggested as well. I chose David's Bridal in Burbank because I trusted that a well-known bridal store would take care of me and have everything ready in time for my wedding. I spent over $3,000 on my dress and veil, believing I was in good hands. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly stressful, heartbreaking, and nothing like what a bride should go through a week before her wedding. On November 4th, I received a call saying my veil was ready for pickup, but since I already had an appointment scheduled for November 7th to pick up my dress, I decided to get both items at the same time. During my final try-on, I told the staff member helping me that I was also picking up my veil. She went to retrieve it... and I waited alone for what felt like 15 minutes or more. I could see staff walking back and forth, and when I finally asked if everything was okay, only then did the Manager of Operations come over to tell me they could NOT find my veil--the veil I had fully paid for. My heart absolutely sank. Trying not to cry, I asked what the next steps were. The Manager of Operations assured me she would find a solution and later told me they might be able to get a replacement by Tuesday. I told her Monday was the only day I could come, and she said she'd try her best. While waiting for my dress to be packaged, I was expressing my concern to another staff member when a different employee abruptly interrupted us and said, "Sweety, are you sure you didn't have someone else pick it up for you?" I was speechless. It felt like I was being blamed. She claimed it was something she was "required to ask," then walked away with zero apology or empathy. I later found out this was the STORE MANAGER I was shocked by her lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic customer service. I ended up leaving the store that day without my veil and without any real solution. Later that night, the Manager of Operations called to say they could not get a new veil in by Monday, and their solution was to offer me a USED VEIL at half price. At that point, I had no choice but to accept it, even though it was far from what I paid for and far from what I deserved. This entire experience caused me unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the happiest weeks of my life. I was not happy with the condition of the dresses and overall service at the Burbank store. However, it was my local store and I did not want to drive far so I opted to order two dresses (cost $2,307.55) that I liked but was not available at the store. I was told that both dresses would arrive brand new and one of the dress was not in stock at all. But it would be manufactured and shipped out within about three weeks. The next day, I decided to cancel the order as I did not want to wait for the dresses. I called the store and informed them that I would like to cancel the order. I was told to that I had to come into the store. So, I went to the store the very same day and cancelled the order. I was charged $100.00, $50.00 restocking fee for each dress. Yes, they charged me restocking fee for a dress that wasn't even in stock. The attitude and service of the sale associate was impolite so I did not even bother to query that fee. I just wanted out of there. It was not fair that they charged me a restocking fee for a dress that was not in stock. The Burbank store needs a make-over and a total cleansed of all those dirty dresses and dirty attitudes. I visited the Brea Mall store and their dresses there are so much cleaner and associates are customer service friendly. read more

Do not shop here. Leslye the manager does not put customers first and has no customer service. My grandma in law bought a dress here for mine and my fiancé's wedding next month in September. She wanted to return it, 3 days after, because she found another dress at another place. Leslye did not want to accept the return because she said "it smells and is dirty and damaged". My grandma in law never took the dress out of the wrap. The dress is 5 inches longer than my fiancé's grandma so she never wore it out in public! Leslye insists she wore it out and made it dirty. Of course it may be dirty because people try on dresses at the store. She did not check the dress when my fiancé's grandma was going to buy it, she only wrapped it in the cheap plastic wrap they provide. When trying to return it, Leslye gave a horrible attitude to my fiancé's grandma. It's hard to believe this is someone who is in charge of a store. I will never suggest David's bridal to someone I care about. This was the worst experience for anyone who is trying to buy something for a special occasion. Worst customer service ever. Leslye either needs to get fired or leave and find a job that doesn't deal with customer service because you are terrible at it. read more

What a fun personality, so helpful with decision making, and she got us all the info we needed. She was patient, and helped narrow down the selections for us based off what we said we were interested in. I also really appreciate honesty when shopping. I purchased my wedding dress & veil from David's Bridal on 06/29/2024 for my August 12th wedding. I left the store without my dress since it needed to be ordered and needed alterations, I also left the store without my veil not knowing that I was supposed to be given the veil the day I purchased it. I didn't question it because I assumed I would just be given the veil with my dress. I had another alterations appointment on 07/23/2024, which I got pinned and measured. I was told to pick up my dress on 08/06/2024. Which I did, the dress came out great! When I was driving home I realized I never received my veil. I called the store because I wasn't too far away and would want to go pick it up right away since I'm getting married so soon. The employee told me that their records show that I was given the veil the day I purchased it. I told her I did not receive it, and she told me that she needs to talk to her manager who comes in at 1:30PM and that they'd give me a call back. A couple hours passed and I did not receive a call back, so I call again. The manager then tells me "we emailed our inventory team and we should be able to overnight it to you at no additional cost. I'll call you back when they get back to us." The next day comes, 08/07, it's late afternoon and I haven't heard anything back from them. I call and the manager Kristen tells me, "our inventory shows that we have the correct amount of veils" so it shows it was given to you when purchased. " So were they just not planning on calling me to tell me this? I again then tell her that I did not receive my veil and she keeps asking me, "are you sure a family member didn't take it" "are you sure it's not in your car." Yes I am 100% sure I did not receive my veil. I tell her to check the cameras, she then calls me back and tells me it's going to take a couple of days. I am getting married in 5 days, and leaving town in 2 days, so obviously need this resolved asap. She says there's nothing she can do. My fiance drives himself to the store to see if there's anything they can do, and Kristen is absolutely no help and just offers a discount on another veil, when I did not receive my veil in the first place. I am now 5 days out of my wedding without a veil & out of $200 for a veil I did not receive. Thankfully Amazon has overnight shipping, and I ordered a veil that is similar to the one I purchased at David's Bridal but did not receive. Genuinely disappointed with the entire experience my bridesmaids & I experienced. The dresses are nice. The service? Absolutely ridiculous it's like the store is ran by a bunch of different girls that genuinely don't know what's going on. They moved our alteration appointments, without letting most of the girls know and with no explanation as to why. I had to call, while at work and put on hold 15 times by who knows how many different girls that tried to get back to me. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl had an attitude claiming they're sooo busy weekends. Guess what??? so ARE OTHERS!!! I had to call while at work to settle this on hold for over half an hour. Alterations date was moved weeks before the dresses were even set to arrive at the store with no explanation until i called to complain. Dresses arrived and not all were notified. I called to confirm and they said "oh yeah they're all here" yet only 1 of my girls was notified and was told you have 7 days to pick it up. i canceled the alterations because they are not a reliable just for them to call one of my bridesmaids to confirm their appointment. If you arent aware and constantly checking on your order, you risk it being cancelled after the 7 day hold when you arent even told your dress arrives so im not sure how that's fair. For such a hefty price i'd expect better service but lesson definitely learned. Hopefully other stores are much better!!!! read more

Over the weekend, my bestie asked me and her closest gals to be her bridesmaids. Overjoyed with excitement, we all said yes! With a gorgeous dress picked, all I needed to do was head into my local David's Bridal. With the wedding in 5 months, time is of the essence. One of the bridesmaids ended up ordering hers online yesterday, and saw that the dress would be coming in May. Cutting it close to the date, I needed to come in. I called DB's this morning to see if same day appointments were available, and luckily I was able to snag a 6p. Laura was my stylist this evening and she was wonderful. She took care of me from beginning to end. Laura was thorough, made sure I was happy with the fit, scheduled an alterations appointment for me in May, set a call for me once the dress arrives, and I was even sent home with the cutest tote bag. The experience was fantastic. I was in and out within 30 minutes. PROS: Great service. Ample parking in the lot. The store is immaculately clean. The staff is friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. I had no expectations coming in, and the service was phenomenal. Thank you Laura! There are four of us who ordered our dresses 1.5 months ago and we are to pick up our dresses this weekend and just got a call saying that a few of the dresses won't be available and another one we are not sure if it will come in time. hUGE mess up on their end as we paid for them, confirmed they were available when we ordered the dresses and now, "they are looking into it"........ I am only giving this location one star because Kristen and Claudia were very sweet and helpful when I was dress shopping. However my experience at David's bridal completely changed when I returned for my alterations. The cost for alterations at David's bridal is ridiculous!!!!!! Rosie is rude and Jo is evil. Once I decide to go elsewhere for my alterations Jo removed all the pins from my dress in a rude manner. She pulled some of the material and purposefully cut a piece off my dress. It appeared that Rosie was upset because I was taking my business elsewhere and was rude when helping me out of my dress. She left the dressing room and never returned to help me put my dress back in the garment bag. I am extremely disappointed with the Horrible customer service. read more

The meat and potatoes of the review: Diana the manager was absolutely great. There were not enough employees there to help so Diana had to bounce around between myself and other brides. You have one hour to pick you dress however when you don't have a person assigned to ONLY you, they will ignore the one hour and let you have more time. (Who can pick a dress in one hour on the first try?) After pulling dresses on and off, you get thirsty. Please bring water with you. They absolutely have none to offer you. Seriously, they need mini bottles of water for customers. When they ask you your budget for a dress, inquire about the cost of alterations. My dress was 599 plus tax and the alterations were going to cost $860. I am so, so sad I did not take a picture of the breakdown. Straps lifted was $44 each strap. That was the start of it. You may say "oh wow lady you didn't think you would need alterations? You're crazy!" Let me just say I am not new to expensive dresses being altered and have never spent 800 to have one altered. Sure, this is a wedding dress, so I left and went to a bridal tailor, and he did all the alterations for $275. Way more reasonable. So don't be discouraged when they give you the crazy alteration price. Instead take your dress and go. More details if you care to read: My dear friend literally put her foot down and said your wedding is 3 weeks away! You need a dress let's go! First time bride here. So, I can only go by what I see on TV as my gauge as to how dress shopping for your special day should look like. I knew going in that David's bridal was not a boutique spot so perhaps the champagne and fanfare would not be there. However, I did expect almost one on one service with a dress specialist of sorts. The manager Diana was absolutely great! The downside, she was servicing myself and another bride. When I first walked in, I had an idea of what I absolutely did not want. Well, it didn't work out that way because once I started trying on dresses, I found out other styles really flattered me, and I preferred something out of what I thought my comfort zone was. So of course, that led to me trying on 7 different dresses and then I had to try on "thee" one again, check it with jewelry, a veil etc. How long do you think this might take? I don't know about you, but for me it was over an hour. We were politely told we were over our 1 hour appointment slot and that it was okay considering Diana was the only one there helping all brides. We arrived at 1030am and left at 130pm with me almost in tears of frustration. I originally was browsing used dresses on the marketplaces. I don't want to sound pretentious, but this is wedding one of two. Due to family illness and other logistics we had to postpone our large wedding. Even though this is more of an elopement I still want to feel like a bride, but I had a budget. I shared with Diana my budget for this dress is no more than $500. Ohhhh boy they had a nice selection of dresses under 500 but of course you know how that goes. Nope the dress I fell in love with was 599. *sigh* okay I'm going to splurge. When finding my size Diana asked me what size pants I wore? 14 to 16, ladies you understand, depending on the cut, stretch etc. it varies. Diana said we are going to shop dresses in 18 because they run small here. So, my perfect dress in a size 18 didn't exist. I tried on the 16 and fit pretty good but not in the bust area. I'm endowed with a 38 H, so yeah there's a problem the dress won't zip and just by a little. The solution was size 22. I am drowning in the 22 Don't worry, Jo will handle it and slim it to you. Jo the head of alterations who is absolutely darling and knows what she is doing came to inspect the alterations. When she came out to pull and tuck my dress, I knew her alterations would be absolutely magical. She did have her assistant come and do the actual pinning and you could tell Jo was not satisfied with it as she came and put her own fix on it. She seems like a perfectionist which is what you want when it comes to this. Once all the pinning is done and I can see YES! IT WORKS THIS IS MY DRESS no buyer's remorse, I am elated. They give me the price of $860 for the alterations. In what world would I EVER buy a dress that costs less than the alterations. I inquired about leaving and checking around. "We are not here tomorrow, and you need to start now. Okay if you are not here tomorrow, then me coming back the day after won't be an issue. They certainly tried to pressure for me to leave the dress. Why offer me a dress that is so large with alterations as a quick fix, yet you know potentially the alterations will skyrocket my budget. Check with alterations before offering a dress too big as a solution. Hungry, thirsty and deflated is how I left there. read more

She didn't make us feel rushed at all and took her time with us until we found the perfect dress. We loved her vibe and she made us always feel comfortable. Then came the alterations. No registers open, customers looking so lost on which direction to go. Diana A. The "Manager" is nowhere near compassionate, nor helpful. She has this smirk on her face and doesn't even seem to have a manager skill set nor the ability to have a manager role. Really need to hire competent employees at this location. This has been a complete nightmare of an experience. Without my consent, they completely changed the look of my dress during alterations! I picked up my dress from the first alterations on Labor Day. It fit perfectly, but there was a long snag in the front of the dress. Even though I pointed this out to the woman assisting me, she tried sending me home with it. I told her I'm not going home with a damaged dress when they ruined it. She told me there's nothing they can do, they did their best to try and fix it, but the satin material can't be easily fixed, etc. I asked for the manager and instead they brought Jo (seamstress/alteration lady) to talk to me. She told me that it was a defect dress from the start so that snag was always there, it only shows now after they steamed it. She then told me they only have a size 4 of the same dress in stock and they can alter it down to my almost size 0 body. I told her that I'm very concerned about that since they would be altering it from such a large dress. Jo told me they do not have any smaller sizes in stock but assured me it would fit perfectly and look exactly the same. Sunday, October 6, I go in to try it on and take it home. It doesn't fit and is still too large. My nipples showed from the side profile because it kept opening up. Even the brown padding was visible. Jo retook my measurements and I was told to come in at 3pm tomorrow because everything will be fixed. Monday, October 7, I come in and the dress does not fit and it's completely ruined. The zipper is no longer straight down my back, it's shifted to the left. The breast area was so tight it was cutting into my boobs and giving me fat rolls. You could clearly see my back fat is being pinched. The manager, Leslie, refused to say it was crooked when we showed her and simply said, "well I'm not a seamstress so I can't say for certain." Then all of the employees surrounded me and tried to gaslight me that the dress is fine. They argued with me that the dress looks straight and it's not tight at all. At first Jo argued it's not tight, then she argued that it's tight because that's what I told her I wanted. The dress looks NOTHING like the original dress I paid for. When we showed Leslie and the employees the photo from their own website and what my dress now looks like, they said I'm not showing them the same dress. They couldn't even recognize it from the horrible alterations! They seriously thought I showed them the wrong dress for comparison. The dress originally had curves and was straight satin. What I was given looked like pleated drapes that were folded to force it to be too small. It completely lost that curved shape and made me look like a flat block of a tennis skirt. To the very end, the employees refused to acknowledge how badly this dress was altered. At first they refused to give us a refund because they don't refund altered dresses. They then said they can order me a new dress in a size 2 and alter it down, but I have to pay AGAIN for that new dress, and that I will have to take it to be altered somewhere else because they refuse to alter for me as I am not satisfied with whatever they do. So their solution was to make me pay 2 times for 1 dress, and pay for their alterations AND pay for wherever else I go to alter it. A different employee called corporate and we finally got our full refund after the back and forth of nonsense. My wedding is in 20 days. I bought this dress back in June and they have put me in a bind where I can't find a new dress easily if at all. No one should have to go through this. Do not ever go to David's Bridal! They always say a wedding is the biggest day of a young woman's life. You would think that a woman, working at a bridal store, would understand this and sympathize with it. Apparently not. My fiancé took my niece with her to this location to help get both of them a dress. My niece was super excited as she gets to be in the wedding and this was a bonding experience for her with her future Aunt. They arrived at 6:30, apparently the dressing rooms close at 7 but the store closes at 10, which is a bit odd but hey we respect the policies. My niece wanted to try on two dresses given the dressing rooms were not yet closed. However apparently this was inconvenient for the lady working there because we got nothing but attitude about trying to use the dressing room. Her customer service was so bad, so appalling that we just left. No one inside the store was being assisted, no one cared that customers were walking around trying to shop, and this lady exhibits customer service so inexcusable that it nearly ruined a bonding experience for my niece and fiancé. I know how companies react to surveys like this, you just sweep it under the rug and it gets lost in the wind. But for those of you who do your homework before giving a business your hard earned money - avoid this store. They don't care about their customers, they don't care about their jobs, they are nothing more than walking mannequins. read more

Had such an amazing experience here! I have been to multiple bridal shops, and this was my favorite time! They really gave all their attention to my party and found such amazing dress options. They are having a ton of sales as well. Every price was honestly very reasonably priced given the outrageous prices I have seen. The most expensive dress I tried on was only 1.7k. I did not end up buying my dress here, but I would highly recommend other brides to take their shopping here if they are still in the market for a dress. I scheduled my first appointment to try on wedding dresses at this location and was very excited because my mom flew in from out of state to come with me. I just moved to California, so I don't know anyone here and thought I was going to have to do all my shopping alone, so this was a big deal for us. When we arrived, the woman who checked us in greeted us by saying that we waited too long to schedule the appointment and made us feel like it was essentially impossible to find a dress with the amount of time left before the wedding (7 months -- admittedly, I wish I was able to start shopping sooner, but it just wasn't in the cards). My mom and I both indicated that she was coming on strong and stressing us out with her comments, but she continued, even doubling down. When I started crying in the store, my mom and I decided it was time to leave. We didn't even get to meet the stylist. There was no way I could get back into a reasonable headspace for wedding dress shopping after that introduction and I didn't want that to be my first memory of trying on dresses with my mom. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Leslye, their manager does not honor what customers say and this place will rob you of your money. My grandma and I came here looking for a dress for her to wear for my wedding in September. We ended up buying something on Wednesday 8/21/24. Leslye was helping us and already she did not have great customer service. She seemed annoyed when I asked what was the return policy was for the dress. She told us the info and immediately wrapped the dress without showing my grandma and I the current state of the dress. The following day my grandma said she decided to return the dress we bought from David's bridal because she had another dress she had that was still in excellent condition. The dress has never been taken out of the wrapping that Leslye did. Today is 8/24/24 and we are trying to return the dress. Leslye refuses to accept our return because the dress has been "damaged and used". My grandma never took the dress out of the wrapping. She is a small lady and had no reason to wear the dress out to an event (see pictures I have attached). Leslye REFUSED to give my grandma her money back because she believes she wore it out. It would have been different if Leslye showed us the dress prior to wrapping it in the bag when we purchased it. But she only showed us an uninterested attitude at check out. She did not inspect the dress prior to my grandma buying it! It blows my mind that people like this are actually managers. HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

Purchased a dress with DB and the experience was over all good. The issue came during alterations. Wow. The cost are outrageous. I'm a size 12 and was told told the sizes run small therefore I was fitted in a size 14. I trusted them. Well now, I'm to alter the dress so much that the cost is outrageous. It will cost 40% more than the dress. Everything on the dress seemed to be in need of alterations. When I purchased it, the only recommendation they gave was the length of the dress, as everything else fit well. But I guess the trick is, fitting you into a larger size and using pins to make you look great and then when you purchase the dress, you will need to get it altered. The fitting experience was very rushed followed by a long gap of just waiting for someone to tell me what's next. Four different people helped me and everyone had a different story to tell. Bad customer service. I bought a dress, didn't notice that there was no tag on it. I was going to return it because it didn't fit me anymore and they wouldn't accept it because there was no tag. The dress was never worn. Staff was rude to us especially kristen. So disappointing!! Will never shop there again. Will never recommend it to anybody. read more

My friend and I stopped by this location and were rudely greeted at the door. The person greeting people at the door didn't even look up when she spoke to us and she had an attitude because we didn't make an appointment even though we just wanted to browse, not try on wedding dresses. The other sales person was kind and informed us that we could try on bridesmaid dresses but needed an appointment to try on wedding gowns. She was nice and informative, unlike the person who greeted us rudely and didn't even have the decency to look at us when she spoke. read more

Birdie is a very nice consultant who helped me find my dream dress. The dresses are beautiful and they have great prices. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to come here. read more

The other staff were very kind as well. 3 stars for the dress selection - there's a lot of princessy glitzy stuff, but less if you're looking for a simple dress. Giving two stars only because things ended up ok. We had an appointment for a wedding dress session. Bride, mom and a couple from the bridesmaid group. We live far, and traffic was bad so we were 20 min late. When I say far, it's a couple hours. Not "LA far", actually far. When we arrived the stylist said we were late and can only try on three dresses. Then she looked at the bride and said "which ones do you want to try on?". What???!!! We just walked in the door?! The Mom and I told the stylist we'd come along way and there was more than the usual traffic and we'd appreciate it if they could please accommodate, this was her first dress appointment and it's a big deal. Her response was "I'm just a stylist, I don't make the decisions." We asked that she please consult with the person that does decide or to point that person out way. She did not. Ultimately, we had to seek them out. They had only one other person in there but 4 people working. The stylist continued to make us all feel rushed. Ultimately, they gave us the full hour, as they should bc by the time we were done there was no one in there. The stylist did end up pulling two dresses, but we spent more time helping and looking than she did. She was rude and outwardly irritated. For something that should feel like a fun exciting day, we were treated as an annoyance, not made to feel welcome, and it soured the entire experience. This staff needs much better training on customer service. We will not be returning nor purchasing a dress from DB. read more

Soo sooo pleased with our recent visit. Went in with my daughter to get her a bridesmaid dress. She was sized and asked what colors and type of dresses she would like . All dresses that were available were pulled for her. It made things so much easier. Mackenzie the stylist that was helping us also recommended matching shoes belts and jewelry. This is a whole package deal and it surpassed my expectations. We left with a beautiful dress, shoes and jewelry for under $250 and I was very pleased. My 14 year old daughter loved all the care and attention she got also. read more

Omg!!! The worst experience ever! The girls behind the counter could not be bothered to stop talking and hanging out. Rolled their eyes and were super unhelpful. Asked is there was a different size and was just told no. I asked why and was told "out of season". Asked another person on the floor about another dress and was told no. Asked why, out of stock. There seems to be one nice person who was helping a bride but the other 4? Super rude, not helpful. I had $500 to spend and after one hour of no one answering any questions nicely or trying to help, walked out and started calling bridal stores. Never ever go here. read more

My fiance went to the store yesterday to return 2 dresses we bought at another store and the manager Stephanie was incredibly rude and dismissive. He drove 1.5 hours to Burbank because there is no store near us. The dresses were purchased over the phone at a different location on Wednesday 9/13 and were not picked up until Thursday 9/14. The policy on DB website and the receipt is "We accept returns in our US or Canada stores up to 7 days after you receive your merchandise for a refund to the original form of payment.", and we did not receive our dresses until 9/14 so they were in the 7 day return policy. The manager would not return them even after talking to me on the phone, again she was super rude and she said she would call her regional and get back to me, I never received a phone call. I then called the store we originally purchased the dresses from and they said we should have no problem returning them, they personally called the manager in Burbank and she would not return them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I have spent thousands of dollars at DB over the years. I cannot believe this lady is a manager and is allowed to treat people like that with their big day coming up. I only had to purchase multiple dresses from different locations and have my Grams bring them to me (she lives 4 hours away from me) because there is no store near me and they didn't have the sizes I needed to try online. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone again. I used to steer everyone to DB for their customer service and plus size selection at an affordable cost. BUT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. read more

I made an appointment to come to this specific location because my mom lives in Los Angeles. I drove with three friends from San Diego! Being my first dress try-on, I didn't know what to expect! We got there early since we were in the area earlier that day and grabbed some brunch! So we came in to take a look at what we like! LAURA was my dress helper! And she was accommodating, asked me what I liked, and told us to look around. I also pulled out some dresses she thought I would like--overall, a great experience. I will be setting up my next appointment soon! I would love to share some pictures! But, At the moment, I would instead save those until after I finish picking a dress! read more
