    So, I decided to create a yelp account just to write this review. Originally, I was extremely nervous when I made my appointment particular due to my size. I'm a heavier set woman, and I've always had anxiety when shopping for any type of clothing, let alone a wedding dress. I was paired with Eric, and he did everything in his power to make me feel so comfortable during the entire process. He picked several different dresses that were in my price range, and he really picked a variety of dresses for me to try. I found the ONE! The service was absolutely amazing. Eric was absolutely amazing. Instead of feeling uncomfy like I have being helped at other stores, he made it feel like he was your friend, and I loved that. 10/10 would recommend him and David's Bridal for any bride.

    We stopped in to buy my shoes and look at dresses, ended up buying a wedding dress! My consultant, Jade S, was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. I tried on one dress that my friend wanted me to try, and two that I liked. Jade brought three more and I chose the one I liked the best since I was short on time. Best choice I ever made. I will definitely go to this store for all my dress needs.

    Their "fix" after ripping my dress

    David's bridal has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. EVER.  Their alterations department RIPPED my dress and refuse to accept responsibility or do anything about it. I'm 2 months out from my wedding and don't have a dress with NO HELP from the company who ripped my dress. The manager doesn't want to take any responsibility or come up with a sol that doesn't cost me more money. In February 2022 I scheduled my alterations appointment, for February 13th. The dress had fit great, zipped up with no issue, and no excess room. I needed to have the dress hemmed, a bustle added, and asked about the way the dress didn't lay flat across my chest. I had my appointment and explained what I wanted/needed to have done. At the end of the appointment I scheduled my follow up appointment for pick up. I showed up for my pick up on March 31st, at which time the dress had been hemmed, the bustle added, and the sides were taken in. Now the dress didn't wouldn't zip up because it was taken in on the sides (even though it fit perfectly at my first fitting). The alterations department said they would take it back out and return for another appointment. When I returned for that appointment on April 14th the dress had been let out on the sides and fit again but I still had the issue that the dress didn't lay flat. This time the alterations department said they could take in the front where the bust seam was, and to come back for another appointment. I returned for another appointment on April 28th, at which point they had taken the dress in on the sides (again) and it wouldn't zip up. Once again they told me they would take the dress out and to return for yet another appointment. A week later I show up for another appointment on May 5th. The dress had been let out on the sides, back to its original size. After another discussion about what was "wrong" with the dress and it not laying flat she told me to take it off and to let her do something else and to come back in 2 hours and this time she would fix it. I left and returned to the store 2 hours later. When I returned it was again taken in on the sides, and the dress wouldn't zip. She was trying to zip it and ripped my dress in the back. Yes ripped the back of my dress, and I heard the material rip. My mom was in the room and the lady doing the alterations threw the piece on the floor. My mom picked up the piece off the floor and the alterations lady snatched it out of her hand and told her its fine it can be fixed. At this point I am more than frustrated at the number of times I have been to alterations appointments, the number of alterations that were done agains what I was telling them was wrong, and the fact that now my dress was RIPPED. After I took the dress off this time she took the dress to the back again and finally fixed the boning (I think that is the term they used) in the dress to make it lay flat across the front. Now that the dress fit and was laying the way it should I had to make another appointment so that the rip and beading could be fixed. The manager and the one doing the alterations assured me the rip could be fixed, they had plenty of beading and everything would be fixed when I returned the following week to pick up my dress. I returned 1 week later to pick up my dress. The alterations manager came out to speak with me. She proceeded to tell me they couldn't find the beading that would match what is on the dress, and that there is nothing they could do about the rip, but they tried to fix it. She showed me the dress. The beading that they chose didn't match (not the same size, shape, color, or material) , the beading pattern didn't match the rest of the dress, and the rip still there with beading overtop of it. She told be that this was the best that they could do - I would personally be embarrassed to ever admit that this was their best work. They kept the dress again and said they would work on it some more. I returned again on May 12th for another appointment and the dress still looked the same, with no changes to anything that was wrong with the dress. I refused to accept the dress in that condition. The manager says that it's an old dress so she doesn't see what the issue is with the dress not being in the same condition as a dress that is brand new.

    We had a remarkable experience picking "The One " for our daughter's upcoming wedding. Jordan was fantastic and made the process perfect for our daughter and family. We are blessed - thank you Jordan and David's Bridal our daughter has the perfect dress for her wedding!

    This new location is harder to get to overall. It's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of this extension of Easton, but the space is gorgeous. It definitely feels like they are going for a higher end boutique feel - more so than when they were in their old location across the street. Service is friendly and the alterations made to my dress came out great and were made in a timely manner.

    Not at all helpful for a mother's dress . Selection is poor . I do not recommend shopping here for mother of the bride or groom dress .

I want to inform all prospective customer both in person and online of risks of buying anything from Sole Classics. My review is based on my unfortunate experience and my efforts to collaboratively get customer service help from them but it takes two to collaborate and only one not achieve this. My son bought a pair of shoes online on July 4th, 2025. He did have a mobile payment issue so he called in for help, the person was nice and directed him to desktop website. He was excited to get his shoes via FedEx which he did on July 11, 2025. So all is good so far, here's where the problem begins. My son tried on his Saucony shoes 10-1/2 and within 5 minutes they were painfully rubbing his left heal. He has been a 10-1/2 solid for about 5 years. Never has had an issue with any brand from nike Jordans, Fila, NB, Saucony to name a few. So to have this problem is unfortunate, I said wear inside to not get them dirty, give it a day or two. He wore them more same day and the next and still causing pain..so I said return them you just got them. He said he can't return for refund, only a return for exchange /store credit. I was like huh that's not the norm, usually it's 72 hours from receipt for an online purchase, he says they have all sales finals and the document in FedEx box says 14 day exchange policy starts from date of purchase. I was like nah, that's not right. Sure enough, the document in shipping box says it, I called store in Columbus to inquire, got a nice guy who said oh sorry about that, I don't know why it says that don't worry, we have you listed as start date of July 7th, 2025 not July 4th. I said shouldn't;t it be where he got from Fedex which would be July 11th? he said a manager would know but one not available. I called on Sunday 2 days later, got the same nice person who helped him with mobile payment website issue, Adama who happens to also be store manager, he said sorry about that 14 day timeframe starts when you receive it which in our system shows as July 11th date FedEx delivered it. I thanked her for help and time. I was told return process start could be done online, I went online next day and website said time has expired his purchases not eligible for return. ‍. I called Monday July 21st got last. mgr Brian, he was nice and empathetic and said to write an email which he would forward to owner to make a decision about full product refund. I said website doesn't state transparently all sales final. They have it well hidden to click on very small font at bottom of page. Nothing open about this company with all sales final policy or its; 14 exchange policy. It serves interest of business and hurts customers thinking time has elapsed to return/exchange shoes. Luckily I'm consumer savvy but imagine if I went by their correspondence and one employee saying July 7th..?? I asked for full refund and started process with Brian said he talks with owner daily and its' been 3-1/2 weeks and they haven't granted full refund. Wait Brtian said after 2-1/2 weeks waiting I could ship back the shoes and if they find a defect a refund would be given..lol I write back I don't trust Soel Classics and asked what is the criteria to deem them defective..no intel or response further insight to that criteria. I emailed Brian sorry not going to blindly send them to Sole Classics cause once they have shoes they can say and do what they want now I'm stuck. Ive asked several times and warned I would go this route and AG complaint route, I don't want too, look at my reviews, they almost all 5 star reviews. ok gonna run out of space t write..bottom line their return refund policy not openly listed all sales final this is by design so ur stuck with shoes. 14 day policy deceptively listed on shipping docs as starting date of purchase but verbally you may be told various other dates only if you're wise enough to inquire. Imagine if you go by their document with shoes delivered?? all of this favors the business and hurts consumers. I had to write so you don't buy from them because you too may easily be stuck with shoes and trying to resolve with them yeah not gonna happen probably, it hasn't for me. I contacted AG Ohio office to appraise them of above intel. If they had just said hey well allow refund for shoes I woudn'ty have written but I do not agree with any business acting in deceptive business practice for all prospective customers. I noticed many other online customer issues with Sole Classics upon starting this process. If only my son researched before hand, he has learned valuable lesson don't but from Sole Classics and this has bene a very hurtful negative experience for him as a young consumer. It should could have bene a very positive one even though shoes didn't fit as all other shoes have. A real bummer, places needtobeethical

    I saw this shop here on Yelp and decided I wanted to stop in and check it out. In one of the pics I saw a little beehive Christmas ornament so thought I would go check it out (my mom is bee anything crazy). I wasn't sure where the GPS was taking me but once I saw the beatiful mural on the side, I knew where I was heading. Really friendly staff and some really cute gifts here. I was promptly greeted when I came in and was offered some coffee or water. I had to pass as it was a quick stop but I really liked the vide here. The shop had a bit of everything including clothing, candles, jewelry, and all sorts of gifts including some gorgeous drinking glasses. Definitely worth browsing just to check it all out. Overall, it looked like the general price point is on the higher end but nothing too outrageous for a boutique shop. I did find the ornament I saw in the picture but I know my mom already has the same one, or one that could pass off as its twin anyway. So many cute gifts and would totally visit again even though I didn't find something this trip. I really had to resist buying something just to buy it (holidays and all) but they have so much cute stuff.

The staff will leave you alone to look around but if you need it, they will give you their undivided attention. Super friendly and knowledge staffs.  Also, there is ample parking outside of the store.
