I came here late on a weekday to find a dress for a gala. The choices were very limited since many of the non-wedding dresses were either bridesmaid dresses or prom dresses. I didn't have an appointment and I personally did not really want someone to help me, but they assigned me with someone anyway. She was a sweet lady but I felt very pressured throughout the whole process. I was also not happy that AFTER I had already swiped my credit card, she gave me a receipt to sign that I was told there are no returns/refunds on the dress. I wish she had told me beforehand. I felt tricked and was definitely annoyed. Overall, the experience was just mediocre. As a bridal salon, I would've expected more. This experience made me realize that I will definitely not come here to shop for a wedding dress as the experience was just underwhelming and kinda awkward. read more

Like many brides, this was the first place I went looking for a dress. I got polite service. The gowns themselves were absolutely underwhelming, though I didn't realize that until I went to Wendy's. I always get good customer service on the phone here, even though I've had to call and change appointment times a ton of times and they must be annoyed with me by now. When I tried on dresses and didn't like something, I felt that the consultant sort of tried to "talk me into it" - whereas at Wendy's, the moment I expressed doubt, my consultant disappeared into the racks finding something better. I became disenchanted when I brought my matron of honor here to find her dress. We had made an appointment because I thought you had to, but our experience was no different than if we had just walked in unannounced. I'm not sure if we technically had a consultant. There was a woman who would wander by occasionally and help us if we looked helpless enough. I think it's a big mistake that their consultants are always multi-tasking different parties. I came back again to find undergarments for my wedding dress. I had ordered a longline bra from their site that fit ABYSMALLY - and I was not able to return it due to their site not functioning right and refusing to accept the order number I inputted. Whatever, not this location's fault. Anyway, it was an emergency situation because my dress fitting was the next day so I needed a bra right away, which I figured would not be a problem as the site specifically said most of them were available in store and online. Based on my experience with my matron of honor I did not bother making an appointment. No one was at the front desk, and the longline bras are not out on display, so getting any help was again a matter of wandering around looking helpless until someone notices (they are always busy with others because they are understaffed or something, so I can't go up to them and ask). When I DID get some help, she went into the curtained area and figured out they didn't have any in the size needed (34B - nothing unusual) and went to check the back or something. This took quite some time, I'm not exactly sure where she went. She produced some 34Cs to try, gave them to me, and left. Now, I don't know if any of you have ever tried to put on what is basically a girdle by yourself before, but it's not really something that should be attempted! Think a normal bra with 12X the number of hooks and specifically designed to be really tight. So I stood there in what is basically underwear for several minutes before she finally came back. After getting the input of a seamstress, we figured out that one didn't work with my body, and tried the other one (I actually did get help putting this one on), and we discovered it to be slightly too big - meaning I would need a 32C rather than a 34. Of course they did not have this size in the store, OR at the Sawmill location, and the only solution they offered was the privilege of paying $35 for them to alter the already $60+ bra (which, I might add, was kind of ugly). I don't understand why you wouldn't keep such normal sizes in stock. These aren't things you want to be buy without trying on, so it is vital for them to be available in store, not just online - which I learned the hard way! In the end I went to Macy's and found what I needed. read more

Went to David's Bridal to pick out bridesmaids dresses. They didn't have the color I wanted so they offered to ordered the dress for me to pick up in store. This was last month. They failed to tell me that I had 7 days from the purchase date to return it. Which to me is very ridiculous how can I return something that's being ordered in that 7 days. On top of that I have 60 days to exchange, (8/11) and I just picked up the dress a few days ago (7/16). They count the days of your dress being shipped out and not even in your hands. They also said they would call me and tell me it's in and THEY NEVER DID. I HAD TO CALL THEM. How is that fair! It's ridiculous I can't get a refund for something I didn't have a chance for my bridesmaid to try on and decide if they like it Or not. Do not come to this place! All they will do is take your money and make sure there is no way for you to get it back. Very bad customer service. read more

FROM A HIGH SCHOOL EVENT PERSPECTIVE: David's Bridal is my go-to place for formal high school events due to the selection and low prices. The selections for homecoming are more slim than they are for prom, but nonetheless some good options for both. The staff isn't overly pushy, they're willing to pick out dresses for you or be as hands-off as you'd like. The price ranges for prom are significantly cheaper than other places, comparable to Macy's, most ranging from $100-$300. The homecoming dresses are less impressive, ranging from $80-$200. The store itself is clean and there's never a hanger crisis, most of the dresses are neatly hung on the racks and it's easy to maneuver through. Parking sucks in the "new" part of Easton where the store is located, there's a lot not far from the store and a couple street parking spots nearby if you're lucky/bold enough to park there (for a fee). Also beware of the hours, they actually do close at 6pm on Saturday nights! read more

I came into the store, tried on quite a few dresses and went home happy to have a list of about 4-5 dresses for consideration. I asked the consultant for the list to take home with me, but she said the easiest way to handle this would be for me to fill in a profile sheet and she assured me that she would add my information to the David's Bridal database so that I could come back and try them on with my mom and sister. I walked out without a list--what a huge mistake! My profile was never uploaded into the system and it has apparently disappeared. I have since visited a different David's Bridal location and am happy with their service but I will NEVER walk out without a hand-written list again. I also would not recommend this location--they need a course on customer service and organization. read more

Today at this location, I had absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I came in to check out some flower girl dresses. I had been told over the phone that they did not have a specific dress in the sizes I needed (yes, sizes, this was 2 flower girl dresses I was after). I went into the store and managed to find, in no time at all, the exact dress, with multiple dresses in each of the 2 sizes (3 size 5s, and 2 size 6s). Ok, so someone didnt get what I was asking. Fine. I then asked for a fitting room to try this dress on my child. I was rudely refused a room. I was told without an appointment there was no way I was getting a spot, and she laughed at me for being confused. I was told I could come back for an appointment (this is quite a drive for me), but the dresses would not be held. They were non returnable. I left the store, then decided to go back in and request, again, a fitting area. I was told that a 3:00 appointment was late, and if they did not show by 3:15, I could have the room. It was 3:10. I waited. and waited. and waited. At 3:25 I requested the room. Even though nobody had come in for an appointment during that time, I was told they showed up. Even though I was standing less than 3 feet from the desk, they couldn't be bothered to tell me so that I didnt continue to wait, along with my 4 and 6 yr old daughters. The girl running the front desk was rude, inappropriately full of attitude, and on a total power trip. I have never in my life gone into a store where you are supposed to buy clothing and been told I may not try that clothing on before purchase. This chain has lost a customer for life. read more

Typically, I would not recommend David's. In the past when I have gone I have had horrible service, rude employees, and left feeling unsatisfied and unaccomplished. This was not the case. I had Grace for my bridal fitting and she was AMAZING!! She made me feel good about myself no matter what negative comments may have been made by the company I brought along and didn't make me feel bad that my budget for the dress was a little lower. Grace restored my hope in Davids Bridal. I will not dread going back for my alterations because of what she did for me. Grace, you are wonderful thank you for your help. I bought my dress from Brides Against Breast Cancer and brought my dress in to see if they could alter it. Understandably they could not but our consultant, Deah, did sell me straps, a belt and was able to direct me to a lady who does alterations. I had also gone in to see about getting my grandma a dress to wear to my wedding and after many other shops and some tears, Deah was able to take my grandma by the hand, help her try on some dresses and found the perfect one for her. I've always had pretty good service when I've ventured to David's for dress shopping but this was an exceptional trip and was very thankful for Deah's helpfulness. Even though I had bought my dress somewhere else, she was still eager to help me find straps and a belt that matched. read more

Our visit started fine until we met with one of the ladies who was supposed to help us. I believe her name was Angela. One of her first questions was if my best friend who came along was my sister or mother..??!! Right there we both were unpleasantly surprised with professionalism... then I got asked about price range - which is a fair question, except, I was not sure - I needed a simple wedding dress as we don't plan on big reception and of course I'd be happy if I could find one for cheap but I'd spend lots of money if there was one I'd fallen in love with. Next thing she failed at was dressing room experience, she hang dresses and let me in (and I don't do wedding dress shopping every day so I had no clue I needed to wait on her to help me) and then she expressed her frustration right in front of my best friend because I tried a dress on and didn't wait for her to help me (it also was one of the shorter dresses so it's not like I really needed assistance...) They have some really great dresses, unfortunately I didn't want to continue shopping just because of the sales person and ended up going to a different place. read more

I bought my wedding dress from this store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I had saved 6 dresses to my favorites on David's Bridal's website to help save time on trying to find dresses. I would recommend this because it can be really overwhelming when first walking in if you don't know what you want. I also had an appointment, and I would recommend that as well. I worked with Ann Kinder and I felt like she got to know me and my style. Based on some of the dresses I had on my favorites and thinking of the parts of the dresses I liked and didn't like, she was able to pull some dresses not on my list for me to try. Some of the reviews could steer you away from this store, but I would advise you otherwise. As long as you schedule an appointment and have an idea of what you'd like in a wedding dress, the process of finding something can go smoothly. Come prepared and be flexible. Ann was even working with another bride during my appointment time and I never felt like I had to wait very long to try on another dress. I had great service and a memorable and enjoyable wedding dress shopping experience. Ann really got to know me and I was able to walk away with the dress of my dreams! read more

First experience was in 2012 when I was getting married - I had an amazing experience, excellent alterations - was very pleased. A bridesmaid did have a dress malfunction but that wasn't really DB error. I had many bridesmaids dress experiences since that have all been painless and easy. I am writing the review to thank their acting manager (I believe it was Amber?). I always just pick up my dress without really looking at it/trying it on (I know I'll alway need alterations which I do elsewhere anyway due to their price/long timeline). My dress wasn't at all right when I went to try it on at home. In a panic, I called - they provided me with another option, 10% off and rushed the service. She was super apologetic. Incredible customer service, they have jumped into action with every problem I've had whether it be appointments or bridesmaids dresses- they prioritize the entire wedding party and not just brides to ensure that everything is perfect, not just the bride aspect of the wedding. Obviously the brides are always most important, but I want my entire wedding party to feel cared for and prioritized (especially if they're making a large monetary commitment) and they always make that happen. read more

I went to DB on Morse Rd in columbus, ohio my stylist was Courtney she was the greatest I came in not really sure what I wanted as far as fabrics and if I wanted strapless or straps, white or ivory all I know is I wanted shiny, elegant and sophisticated with rhinestones and pearls completing it with either lace or satin and she picked out 4 dresses for me and not even more than an hour later I found the dress that was exactly how I dreamt and the vale to go with it. I said yes to the dress, made a wish and rung the bell. David's Bridal helped me feel less stressed and more looking forward to my big day, im very grateful thank you guys so much muah!!!! read more

Brought my daughter here for a prom dress. They have a lot to choose from. She ended up with a gorgeous blue gown that looks like something from the red carpet. The woman who helped us was great. Although I do think $96 for a couple of alterations is a bit overboard they did pin her right on the spot instead of having her come back to do the alterations and it was right before they closed so I was thankful for that. read more

I have been to this David's bridal on several occasions over the past year and a half. I got engaged, as did my best friend. We have been in there for bridal try ons, mother's of the bride, and bridesmaids on several occasions. The experience has been inconsistent and overall more negative than positive, which I hate to report. When I did my own personal bridal try on, the associate was helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and she had a lot of great tips for bridal shopping in general. I do feel like they have a large selection with something for everyone. I went in for several bridesmaid appointments and while I did feel rushed through some of them, and at others told our time was up and we needed to make additional appointments, I was pleased that one of my bridesmaid required an extended sized dress and they did have a relatively good selection for her to try on. That being said, one bridesmaid was never notified her dress came in, we had to call and ask where it was, and another had the same experience PLUS they gave her the wrong dress in the wrong color. This bridesmaid is my best friend who actually did get her bridal gown there, which they never told her was there for pickup. She found out coincidentally when she went to place her order for her bridesmaid dress to be in my wedding. Other times we have stopped in to look at accessories and they've been rude, wouldn't let us try on because it was "after try on hours," which we didn't know existed since they take walk ins and made sure to remind us several times when they closed. Honestly, if it wasn't for their huge selection I probably wouldn't have returned for follow up appointments for other things. read more

With homecoming and prom season approaching, my daughter and I entered this store (my first experience in a formal drew shop) for the first time in February, 2015, to simply begin looking for shapes of dresses that looked best on her. We received stellar service from Amber and walked out of the store that day having purchased a formal prom dress with which my daughter's thrilled! Due to the great service and competitive pricing, (and b/c we needed to have the straps shortened on the prom dress), we returned to the store about a week later to begin the search for a homecoming dress. Our consultant this visit. Katherine, was equally as attentive and helpful. My daughter tried on approximately 20 dresses, and there was no sense of exasperation that she was "wasting" the consultant's time with a homecoming dress that would be a fraction of the cost of outfitting a wedding party. My daughter, who's a size 6, fell in love with a dress that was only available to try on in a size 17. It was clearly communicated to us that we could order the dress, but that it was chancy--the dress could be returned for store credit, but there would be no refund. We went ahead with the order and were told that the dress would arrive in a few weeks (we did get a "by" date, but I can't remember that at this writing.). The dress arrived at the store within the week, and we hurried over so that my daughter could try it on. During this visit, Savannah helped us and was equally as fabulous as our two prior consultants! It happened that some of the stones on the dress weren't attached securely (it seems as though a thread popped and some of the embellishment had/were dropped/dropping off.) Even though we weren't able to arrive at the store until later on a Sunday afternoon, she expressed no disdain that what should have been a simple "try on and go" turned into a more extensive visit. She quickly called over a manager to show her the defective dress and willingly brought out several more dresses for my daughter to try. Both managers on duty, Jessica and Emilee, were helpful and agreed to fully refund what we had paid for that dress--not a store credit, but a refund. They even expressed an understanding should we decide to go to another shop, which only reinforced our desire to be dedicated David's Bridal/Morse Road customers. Still on the hunt for the elusive homecoming dress, we returned to the store one more time. The consultant pulled several different dresses--one that my daughter had seen and fallen in love with (and the price was right), but that was only in the store in white. Would it be available in her size in mint green and could it arrive at the store in time for the homecoming? Yes!! We ordered the dress. It arrived on time. We returned to pick up the dress and have my daughter try it on, happy to be helped by Amber once again! It fit perfectly!! The dance was last weekend and my daughter was thrilled to be wearing a dress in which she felt like a princess. Just a statement about the alterations department: Gina is wonderful!!! Though all she needed to do was shorten the spaghetti straps on the formal gown, she was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant at each fitting (including, since it was a very minor alteration, allowing us to adjust the normal Wednesday/Friday "pick up" day that we couldn't make due to our family schedule). At each visit, as I expressed my appreciation to the staff for their helpfulness and courtesy, they said "Like us on yelp! We're under new management and we're really trying to turn around our reputation." As I'm finally getting around to sharing that we have been more than pleased with the service (and I'm one who will pay more for good service), selection, and price at David's Bridal/Morse Road. It will be our go-to store for formal and semi-formal occasions--and, who knows...maybe a wedding gown in ten years or so! read more

I didn't plan on even looking at David's Bridal for my wedding dress because of all of the terrible reviews I have heard and read. My future mother-in-law came to town from Texas for a visit and so I decided to make an appointment at this store because it was the most convenient location. I was not expecting to find a dress at David's and I was dreading the dress shopping experience. I even broke into hives when we entered the store because I was completely overwhelmed by the huge selection. I had no idea what style I wanted or what I even liked. I let my MOH and future MIL pick out dresses for me to try on. The stylist who was assigned to me was Deah. She asked a lot of questions about me, my fiance, our wedding location, etc. She picked out a few dresses based on what I told her, and my reactions and comments to the dresses my MOH and MIL picked out. Her sense of humor and laid back attitude helped calm me down and put me at ease. The fifth dress I tried on turned out to be the one. I had my doubts as Deah was helping me into it: it was strapless and lace and had a ballgown skirt - none of which I thought I wanted. I was surprised when I looked in the mirror to find that I actually really liked the dress. It wasn't heavy, it looked great, and even had pockets. Deah then grabbed a sash in my wedding color to add to the dress and it made it complete. It looked amazing! Deah provided excellent customer service that day. I didn't hear great things about David's Bridal customer service, which kind of made me worried when I got there, but I left very happy! First of all, I didn't make an appointment, but they got me in with a stylist very quickly! My stylist was Haleigh and she was AMAZING. She printed off the dresses I had on my favorites list, and got the dresses they had in stock for me to try on. She went above and beyond getting me in and out of the dresses, while also finding more she thought I'd like! She helped me find the perfect veil and flower crown with my wedding colors in it! She just made the day feel so special and I left with saying "Yes to my dress!" Such a fun experience! read more

I agree with Meredith's review completely. Lucky all my dresses fit, but the deodorant stains are all true. The snotty attitudes from the staff was also in full effect. Dropping in just to look after coming from and OSU game I felt like my mother and I were judged by the way we dressed.This feeling came up more and more as once we decided to buy one of their pricier dresses the way we were treated shot right up. The terrible thing about David's is it IS so convenient. With no bridesmaid living in the tri-state area I had no choice but to order a dress from this establishment. Luckily, for bridesmaid dress shopping our tide turned when we had the help of Alison. She made the shopping fun, and easy. Helping me to choose colors she gave the gift of opinion and stopped me from choosing some icky colors. She even let me try on the dresses myself so I could be assured the fit would be flattering and the material not itchy. David's is a necessary evil for brides. Huge selection and convenience makes it unfortunately a must stop for brides to be. When its your turn to walk down that aisle, make you sure you book Alison as your guide. The service was horrible. I had a list of wedding dresses that I wanted to try on, and during my appointment, the woman working with me refused to even look at my list. My sister had to take the list and find the dresses herself, while the worker kept bringing me dresses that I wasn't interested in and were much more expensive than the ones on my list. When I was looking for my shoes at a different visit, 2 workers told me to get out of the way while they were trying to do other things. I went in one time to get a sash for my gown, and no one would help me at all. My sister is now getting married, and we have been having the same experience with her at this store. They would not get her the dresses that she wanted to try on, and they kept trying to make her buy one size bigger than she actually needed. Even though there were at least 8 employees, I was left on my own to try on any dress I could find. No offer to help with sizes or zippers. I had been looking at gowns on the Internet and was ready to try some on in person. I went to David's on a busy Sunday afternoon, so I wasn't really expecting to get great service going in without an appointment and after reading the reviews on here. But I was wrong--my consultant Anna was amazing and wonderfully helpful! Anna wasn't working with multiple customers, just me. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on, but of course, there were about five others I had to try on before getting to that decision. The runner up was a strapless one, and being plus-sized, I was concerned about the amount of skin showing. She patiently showed me other options for a bit more coverage: lace jackets, veils, adding sleeves to the dress. But I finally decided on the first dress, after trying it on two more times--once without the slip and then again with the slip. Anna was sweet and patient the whole time. I was also impressed with the selection of dresses. I was dreading the thought of trying to find a gown to fit me because I was afraid they would all look awful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of plus-size options, and the ones I tried on all looked nice. The only reason I didn't rate the store with five stars was due to the size of the dressing room--it was a bit cramped with dresses, me and Anna in there at the same time--and the privacy factor. When the door opens and you come out to see what you look like, everyone in the store sees what you look like, too. But overall, finding my gown here was a good, relatively painless experience. read more

I made an appointment over the summer to have my mother and MIL come with me to try on dresses. My appointment was this last weekend, and I couldn't have had a better time! Firstly, my consultant Suzanne was a rock star! She was super amazing and very understanding (I came in with a list and a million requests) and quick - bringing me the dresses I wanted and a few that she thought that would look great. She was attentive the entire time, I even tried on 2 or 3 dresses 2x in my consultation. I was interested in the VW White collection and called a few days before my consult and was told there were none of the style I wanted in store (especially not in my size, I'm a 20) BUT Suzanne went out and she FOUND ONE! While I didn't buy that dress, I did get to revel in trying on pounds of tulle - and Suzanne made that possible. The ordering process was no fuss, lay away and check out were a breeze and my dress will be in by December, a good 4 months before my ceremony. I would certainly recommend a few things when going to David's: 1. Make an appointment - WELL ahead of time! 2. Call and ask for a time that isn't exceptionally busy. 3. Tell them what you want and don't back down. 4. Have fun and don't let it stress you out! I had an amazing experience! After a disaster with my first gown, I had a tight budget to replace it! India (the incredibly thoughtful sales associate) helped my mother and me go through every dress in my price range and even after the first 5 gowns I tried weren't right, she didn't give up until she helped me find the perfect gown in my budget! She was so patient and sweet and the price as well the gown were perfect! I was lucky that I went during a sale because my gown was marked down an amazing amount! Not only does it look expensive, the material feels expensive! I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and still beautiful wedding gown! read more

I have to say, I'm honestly surprised that this Davids Bridal has as low of ratings as it does! I came to this location after two underwhelming appointments at the Sawmill location. I had a third and final attempt appointment at Sawmill, but drove over to this one a few days before just to scope it out. I ended up canceling my appointment and moving it to this location, even though it is much farther from my home than the other location. Off the bat, you can tell that this location is several years newer than the Sawmill location, and in return is a lot more organized and they also carry a larger stock of sample dresses. What really made me come back to this location was the variety of dresses available to try on in my size. I am a plus-size girl and let me tell you - finding a wedding dress is not easy - especially if you're plus size! My sales associate was Ginny, who was very sweet and honest - as well as understanding of my size. I pulled 6 dresses to try on, and didn't any father than the second dress...I had finally said yes to the dress! My dress had been priced incorrectly and the manager honored the price anyway, as well as the sale they had going on additionally. I am so happy with my dress and now cannot wait to get married! This place is HORRIBLE! My three bridesmaids and I arrived for our appointment and were matched up with a consultant. Five minutes into the appointment, our consultant claimed there was a "wedding dress emergency" she had to attend to, but assured us she would return right away. We never saw her again. We asked two other consultants for assistance, but they rudely dismissed us and made us pull the dresses ourselves. After bridesmaid dress shopping, we managed to find a flower girl dress. It took over 35 minutes to purchase the dress. The consultants are also the cashiers, so as you can imagine, it made everything extremely dysfunctional. I bought my wedding dress at Davids Bridal and was happy with my purchase. I decided to have them do the alterations thinking they were experts and would likely get the dress done more efficiently than taking it somewhere else. I was SO wrong! When I made my alterations appointment it was 2 months prior to my wedding. I had a return pick up date for 1 month prior to my wedding date. I was on my way to pick up my dress and received a call saying that the dress has not been started. I reluctantly made another pick up appointment for 2 weeks later and was assured that the dress would be finished. On the way to the second appointment, the exact same thing happened! I got a call saying my dress was not done. I went into the store anyway to see what had been done. The store manager said it was almost done and they were just waiting on some beading to come in. I didn't trust her and asked to see the dress. When the dress was brought out to me, the only thing that had been done was that 3 bustle buttons were added. Absolutely nothing else has been done. I told the manager how upset I was since I only had 2 weeks until my wedding! I planned to take my dress back and demand a refund not knowing if I could get it altered by anyone else but decided to give them 4 more days while I found someone else to do the alterations. When I went back to get the dress to my surprise, they did have it done but not before I spent weeks stressing out about not having a wedding dress I would not recommend going to Davids Bridal for alterations! read more

Just bought my wedding dress here and had a fantastic experience. I came in on a Sunday with no appointment and they still managed to help me try on dresses so family from out of town could be there. I worked with Cassandra and she was fantastic. I ordered the dress on Sunday and by Tuesday was having second guesses. Even though my purchase was final sale, they said since it was on order I should be able to apply the funds to a new dress. I went in again that very night, tried on new dresses with Lisa and had another great experience. I decided to not jump on another dress that night since I was more cautious after not liking my original dress. I went back Friday, worked with Sarah and was able to finally get THE dress. All the girls I worked with were great but Sarah went above and beyond, asking me all the right questions, changing the sash/belt on the same dress 100 times and just being overall so kind and fun! Glad I didn't let the negative reviews scare me away because I seriously had the best experience each time I went here & am so happy with my dress and accessories!! read more

I too had a bad experience here. Bride or not (I am a bridesmaid), customer service is so important. Sure, the prices are affordable, but for me, that doesn't make it worth the trouble of dealing with this. I also stood in a busy and over-packed dressing room in a tight dress for probably 20 minutes before I got dressed and tried to leave. What's worse, is there were probably 5-7 different employees that walked by me multiple times and lowered their eyes as they passed so to not make eye contact. Nice. When I finally basically grabbed someone's arm to get some help, she said they didn't have my size to try on. I got stopped by the "dress manager" (or something like that) on my way out and she pulled the correct size (which they did, in fact, have) and I got my dress ordered. If it hadn't been for her, I would have left. So now it's 2 months later, and I finally called to check on the the status of my dress. It's been there for 2 weeks. Why didn't anyone call me? I asked the woman if it was normal for customers to NOT receive a call because if so, I would tell the other members of the bridal party that they should call in and check up. She danced around the question for a few moments and when I asked her again, she said, "yes, we normally call." I'm not an idiot. Why not apologize right away? It's bad service. Make a mistake and then try to cover it up. Anyway, David's Bridal is an essential part of many weddings - it's convenient and affordable. Just make sure you're on top of it, because they are not. read more

I have been to David's Bridal at Easton three times in the last three months, luckily for me I have had the privilege of working with Ann each and every time. When I first met Ann, I was looking for a dress for my best friends wedding. I off handedly mentioned I too was getting married and fully dreading trying on dresses because it's just "not my thing" Ann immediately told me to come alone, it would get me a good feel for what I like without the stress of having to show other people and so I did. I found four dresses I liked and decided I'd make an appointment later to bring a few other people to check them out with me. Then my fiance's sister needed help picking her dress, I took her to Ann who helped her pick her "Yes Dress". This past weekend I again met with Ann, with my fiance's sister, my mother-in-law and two friends to find my "Yes Dress" and Ann did it, with patience and understanding she helped me to find my dress as well as my bridesmaid dress for my fiance's sisters wedding and her bridesmaids dress for mine. Ann never once tried to push a higher priced item because of commission, she wanted me to love what I was wearing. She was amazing from start to end and I would recommend her a hundred times again. (By the way, she works Tues, Sat and Sun, in the afternoon/evening). The one downside I had, I went on Saturday, I had an appointment, when I made the appointment I said I wanted an appointment with Ann and they said to just ask for her when I arrived... she was booked. I had a meltdown and was ready to walk out but the manager helped accommodate me to ensure that I had the best experience possible and I was able to have Ann as my angel in disguise :) read more

A huge thank you to Tianna and the rest of the staff at David's Bridal! Around April, I was notified by a different boutique wedding/ bridal shop in Indianapolis that my dress was not going to arrive until after my wedding (though ordered in November 2015 for a June 2016 wedding!). Since I had already spent an enormous amount of money on a dress that was not going to arrive on time, I came to David's Bridal for (1) a more affordable dress and (2) reliable service. My expectations were more than met. I was very surprised by how many inexpensive, beautiful options that Tianna helped me find. She handpicked about ten dresses for me that were all unique and under $600-700. I was able to secure a dress and alterations in under a month. Fantastic! read more
