I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. I already knew that I wanted them to order online but chose David's Bridal (instead of online options) because I wanted the girls to be able to try on different styles and sizes. When we arrived for the appointment no one ever asked what our intentions were. The stylist assigned to us (alexis) didn't explain anything to us either. She passed around a clipboard to get names and emails. My friend asked if the store shipped to her address in Springfield, MO and she said no - it would be an extra $15. I stated that we weren't placing the order in store - we were ordering online (free shipping plus cheaper - $20 off online orders). Alexis literally stopped talking to our group and walked away. This was okay for me - i only needed dressing rooms for the girls. I feel bad that this woman may have missed out on commission but again - no one asked our intentions when we arrived. We are still ordering 5 dresses from the website but never intended to place the order at the store. I think it was incredibly rude that the stylist treated us like this but i think the store policy should be to ask brides/bridesmaids what they are needing when they arrive to the appointment. read more

I recently went to the Sunset Hills location and was very pleasantly surprised by the store and my consultant Nikki! I cannot recommend Nikki enough. She is a great consultant! About ten years ago I went to a different David's Bridal and was unimpressed in general, so I didn't have a lot of expectations. This time though, was blown away with the store, the consultant, and even the quality of the dresses! I am the bride and had an appointment scheduled. We were early but they quickly took my name, checked me in, and told me it would be about a half hour (my appointment time) before anyone could help us. Less than 15 minutes later, while browsing dresses, my consultant Nikki introduced herself. This girl has a fantastic personality!!! She immediately understood my style according to the few dresses I pointed out. She asked lots of questions and was genuinely interested in helping me find the right dress. I went to the Sunset Hills location to try on one specific dress and she took it back with us to the dressing room immediately. She took my measurements, got me proper foundation garments (which make a HUGE difference in the way the dresses look), and put me straight into the dress I wanted to try. It was THE DRESS. Instead of selling me on it at that moment, she had me try on other dresses that matched the style and theme. There were dresses I disliked on the hanger but they looked incredible once I put them on. She definitely knew what she was doing! After trying on several others (probably 10 more) she put me back in the first dress so I could make a well informed decision. She never made me feel like I was taking too long or trying on too many dresses. The entire time she was happy, animated, and excited! There was no pressure from her or the manager to buy that day. When I asked for a few minutes to talk it over with my fiance, they were happy to give me time. They made suggestions as far as a belt and undergarments but I chose to only purchase my dress that day. I did not feel like they were trying to "sell" me on anything extra. I setup my first dress fitting before I left and because I bought a clearance sample dress, I was able to go home with it that day! I loved this aspect! Thank you Nikki and David's Bridal for helping me find my dress! With a July wedding looming I was very concerned about finding the right dress in time but you made it absolutely the easiest and pleasant experience ever. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My bridesmaid ordered a dress, paid in full and was told it would arrive by the end of March. What they FAILED to tell us was that although there were 15 "in stock" they were coming from other stores and it would have to be determined if they were in good condition to ship. NONE were in good condition therefore the dress is not available now!! She's a size 4 and they don't have any sizes bigger to purchase & have altered either. NO ONE mentioned this process and potential outcome. Everything happens for a reason so I guess we were being looked out for as I'm SURE there would have been future issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Weddings are stressful enough without this bs so save yourself the headache and go elsewhere read more

Have gone to David's bridal in sunset hills for five weddings in the past several years. 8-9 years ago, service and alterations were better. However, had several really bad interactions in a row this year. Made an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses and no one ever helped me in the 1.5 hours I waited. Decided to have alterations there and had to have 4+fittings--more than I had for my own wedding dress there 9yrs prior. My initial fitting appointment they gave me online confirmation of a specific appointment time. When I arrived they said I was an hour early. I showed them my online confirmation, but they said "well no one can help you now so you'll have to wait." The first time I tried to pick up the dress, the shoulders were uneven and they had sewn a hole into the front of the dress as well as pulled it (chiffon) when adding a snap to the inside of the dress. They assured me they could fix it, and tried to tell me the shoulders were fine and appearing as they were supposed to. The second time I went to pick it up nothing was fixed and they had no record I had ever been there to try and pick up before (something about a missing ticket?)They again, assured me it would be fixed and I should come back whenever it suited me. The third time I went to pick it up it was within 3 weeks of the wedding and nothing had changed about the dress. Eventually, due to time, we opted to add a pleat to the front of the dress to hide the hole and they refunded me for some of the alterations. They also admitted the dress appeared to have been manufactured incorrectly, which is why the shoulders appeared uneven, which couldn't be fixed. I decided to just go with it because it wasn't too obvious and it was, at that point, too late to order a new dress. Will never come back here for alterations and would urge anyone who has to have alterations there to advocate for yourself and schedule way in advance of your event. read more

I am so grateful to have come here. Because of COVID, I found myself really not feeling excited about my wedding anymore. Emily and Ariana went above and beyond helping me find the perfect look. They were kind, fun, and so accepting of my feedback on dresses, veils, and belts. When it finally came together, I found myself in tears. Updating my review having experienced the alterations process at DB and wearing the dress on my wedding day. For my first alterations appointment I waited at least an hour past my appointment time to actually be seen by a seamstress. What's the point of making an appointment? They said that there was an issue with their booking system and that they had overbooked. Maybe they could have called and rescheduled people? I think that's pretty unacceptable. Anyway, the seamstresses were all very nice and helpful and apologetic. Not their fault, still annoying for me. At my second fitting, my dress still did not fit right. The seamstress I was working with said that the girls who do the actual sewing don't speak English so it's hard for them to read the instructions. That's ridiculous, but whatever. Luckily I had a month before my wedding at this point. At the next fitting, the dress fit okay but still not perfect. I paid upwards of $450 for the alterations alone for a dress that didn't quite fit! On the wedding day, my bustle completely broke by the reception and some of the places where the buttons were sewn in tore the fabric of the dress, so my dress is covered in holes. Luckily I didn't really care that much about the dress, but I can't believe how much I paid for a bustle that broke and wrecked my dress. Also, since the bustle broke, the dress dragged on the floor and people stepped on it all night = more holes. Cool. Based on my experiences with alterations, I do not recommend David's Bridal. They have cheap dresses but the alterations are low quality and cost a lot so you don't necessarily save money. read more

A few weeks ago I decided that the dress I originally bought back in December wasnt THE ONE (didnt show my curves, and slightly scratchy from being lace)...So I made an appointment for my mom and maid of honor to find their dresses, and while I was there wanted to try on a few more to see if anything else hit me. We worked with CINDY, and let me tell you. She knows what she's doing. I've been to all 3 locations near St. Louis and none of the bridal consultants compared. She was super nice, gave me this comforting feeling, she was confident, knew her inventory...and just knew what would look good on my body. Use her! She's excellent. read more

By far the worst expierence of my life and they ruined what should have been one of the most special days a bride looks forward to. I would never refer anyone to this place. They messed up 3 wedding dresses, told it was going to be shipped on this date and it wasnt, they came in amd they were not even close to what size i ordered. Ordered a belt online, came in pieces, they fixed it and it broke again, they fixed it again and it broke AGAIN. My daughter had to get 3 different dresses because the ladies measured her incorrectly 3 TIMES. Admitted this entire fiasco is their fault and only offered me a free dress press, asked for a price match on another dress and they wouldnt budge (as they keep reminding me this entire fiasco is their fault but you cant budge). Listening to all the woman in alternations talk about how much they hate their jobs and all of the different dresses they don't want to alter really changes the experience of trying on your wedding dress. I regret getting my dress from David's Bridal and will recommend to anyone I know they go somewhere moremprofes **Update - After trying my dress on at home once the poorly done sewing fell apart and the straps on my dress broke. The buttons put on my dress in alterations for the straps are misaligned and the hemming of the lace is horrendous. I have never experience such terrible customer service at any business before, until I went to this David's Bridal. The employees seemed as if I was bothering them or being an inconvenience for wanting their help. As I was there with my sister and my mother, for my sister's alterations, we could all hear the ladies in the back talking crap on their jobs and also the dresses they were working on. This was supposed to be a happy and exciting time, yet it was filled with negative comments and disrespect. As a manager I would be absolutely embarrassed if these were my employees, let alone my store. The ladies who handle the alterations need to understand that everyone can hear everything they're saying, and it honestly ruined our experience. I also recently called the alterations department to see if I would be able to have sister pick up my dress, while she was there at the time doing her final fitting. I was speaking with a lady named Laura, and she proceeded to tell me with the most disrespectful and unprofessional tone in her voice "I highly doubt your sister's dress is done because we're still working on it, so I don't thinks she'll be getting it" which I then explained that my sister was there as we speak. Laura then put me on hold and when she came back she proceeded to have a very fake attitude and explained that my sister can absolutely take my dress and it's not a problem. Employees like Laura, are what can destroy a company. I myself work in customer service and I would never speak to anyone the way Laura spoke to me. Between Laura, the negative attitude from the alteration department, and the experience as a whole I will never suggest David's Bridal to anyone, I will never step foot in a David's Bridal, and I will do everything I can to make sure anyone I know does not go to a David's Bridal. Pretty good selection of affordable dresses; I think most were at or less than $1000. Come early to see all the dresses and pick 5-10 favorites. Service people were great but were totally overworked on a Saturday morning in October, with my poor consultant Kris running around between 3 different groups and apologizing. She was great though - very efficient and accommodating to my requests, and never taking too long to return and ask how things were. Also, all the dressing rooms are side by side, which might be awkward for some, or for what could be quite a personal moment. Had a big crowd for the girl 2 doors over see a dress I tried (asked the consultant to bring me her favorites), and they got their consultant to bring it out for their girl trip try on :P. Got to hear the group behind me complain about the fit on a bridesmaid's dress too!I didn't mind it too much. I also wish they had a mirror in the changing room instead of just outside, and a little pedestal where the bride could stand without all the dress/train just pooling at your feet. read more

Worst customer service I've had the entire time of planning my wedding. Would not recommend this location. I called the store (Sunset Hills) for two questions about petticoats. After kindly waiting on hold, I was greeted with an answer that seemed very annoyed/ extremely rude. I went on to ask her my two questions- and her answer was "you can probably fine that online." .... I replied "I had already looked online at their website- and this is the whole reason I was having to call the store." The associates response was "mmm" and hung up. I've worked in retail management and can tell you that this is far from how a customer should be treated. I would not recommend giving this store your time or money. If the associates don't mind being rude and aren't willing to help paying customers, I'd rather spend my money and time else where- such as at a place that is grateful for my business and happy helping customers. read more

David's Bridal is not the place to buy your dress. If you purchase a dress with David's Bridal you cannot return it. I ordered my dress in store because they did not have any in stock. The dress has never left the box, but when I called the store to return / exchange the dress they told me that I was not allowed too and could not exchange it because all sales are final. It says online that dresses are eligible for exchange, so I offered to buy all of my bridesmaids' dresses in one transaction so the cost would be greater than that of the dress. The manager did not even speak to me and was funneling information through their customer service representative and told me that was not allowed either. They said that the dress sales were final and they would not allow exchanges. Their company is not catering to brides. If you have even a little doubt that the dress is not the dress for your wedding you're stuck with it. I would never go to David's bridal again and will tell all of my friends to go somewhere else. It is unreal the level or rudeness I experienced on the line even as I was offering to exchange the dress and spend more money than the cost of the dress. Never buy from here. read more

I made an appointment and showed up on time, The lady at the desk was busy and spent 20 minutes helping these people before she made the call to have the sales rep come take me back to try dresses. During those 20 minutes waiting there was nowhere to sit. I came in to look for an evening dress for a masquerade ball. They said they had those style dresses in my size 24. They had nothing in my size at all. I had to try on dresses too small which looked horrible and then they wanted me order it in my size. I would have no idea how the dress would look on me. They also had very little selection. Don't go here if you are looking for prom or special occasion dresses. I was at the St Louis Store in Sunset Hills. read more

I almost never leave reviews but, I had to share this as it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I will never shop here again. First, my appointment was set for Monday at 3 pm. I arrived early and filled out the form; however, I still waited 45 minutes for my rep. She kept saying she had to finish up with several other clients. I felt like I was at a restaurant. I never had her full attention. She didn't even listen to me when I described the dress I was looking for. All she heard was lace. She also did not pull some of the dresses I requested even though they were in my price point and they had them in my size. Speaking of sizes, my rep Sherie took my measurements, which she said were 34/35/44. Then proceeded to say and, I quote, "I don't know how we're going to find a dress that will fit you." This was extremely rude and unprofessional! For one, if you're trying to sell a dress to a bride the LAST thing you do is make her feel insecure about her body type! I thought that would pretty obvious... Two, I know you're store carries a wide range of sizes. So for a sales rep to say there may not be anything that fits me is entirely unacceptable. I'm a pear shape as many women are. I should not be discouraged because of that. Sherie must not have needed the sale because she proceeded to make more remarks about my size. She kept pulling 12's and 14's that were swimming in me up top & would not get clips to pin anything back. I was drowning in several of the dresses. It made it hard to envision how it was going to look. She also kept putting the dress over my head because she said, "Your hips are too big to step in these gowns." Which was not true. At my last appointment I stepped into size 8's ,10's and 12's with ease. The ONLY reason I did not immediately leave was because they had several dresses that fit my budget. But, everything she pulled was all wrong and lacking in quality. Basically, my rep was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Later that evening I found & purchased my gown at my last appointment. It turns out Sherie had my measurements ALL wrong. She added 4 more inches to my waist and hips...4 inches! Needless to say, I recommend going somewhere else. read more

Made an appointment with Kim to get bridesmaids dresses. I inherited my wedding dress, so I wasn't buying my wedding dress there, and the moment I said that, the staff became visibly angry. Kim treated us with nothing but disdain, was condescending, and refused to help even though we booked an appointment with her. She said she would help pick dresses, and I ended up having to find my own sizes, and when I had questions about selection, she shoved the catalog in my hands and walked away. I came in expecting to spend a couple hundred to fit my bridal party, ended up so disgusted that WalMart would have been a better idea. And yes, I mean that as an insult. read more

Update: Returned with some other bridesmaids and was helped by Regina, who was beyond helpful and personable. She dealt with my demanding bridesmaids well, answered all our questions, filled us in on promotions, and even tried to help my bridesmaid get additional discounts on their dresses. My only complaint was that she was helping about 3-4 different customers, but from what I hear, that is normal for David's Bridal. Original: My maid of honor and I came in on a weekday evening to scope out the bridesmaid dresses. We made an appointment and showed up about 10-15 min early. We were "signed in" quickly and paired with a sales associate. There was one other customer in the store at the time. I told the consultant the color we were hoping for and requested to see the color swatches so I could decide on the exact shade. She disappeared for quite a while and left us to shop the dresses on our own. Now normally, I prefer to shop on my own without a pushy sales person, but in a specialty shop like David's, a little guidance would have been much appreciated. Eventually we found several dresses to try on. The sales associate awkwardly stood there for the entire duration of my MOH trying dresses on. I tried to make small talk, ask questions about swatches and materials, etc., but it appeared she wasn't interested in conversation, so I quit trying. My MOH found a dress she liked, but I wanted to discuss color options with my fiancé, so requested color swatches to take home (which run $1 each). My MOH and I browsed the accessories a bit before the sales associate returned without the swatches. She started us walking us towards the door when I again asked her for the swatches I wanted. She finally got them for me and checked me out. While the selection of bridesmaids dresses was good, neither of us were impressed with the service and felt ignored for 90% of our visit. We will use David's for bridesmaid dresses simply due to the selection since my bridesmaids will get to pick their own dress in the selected color, but I'd definitely not consider their service adequate. read more

I wanted to make sure I was checking all my boxes in dress shopping, and that included going to David's Bridal. I wouldn't call my experience HORRIBLE, but compared to every other place I went, it was severely lacking in every aspect. To start, I had to wait for a solid 15 minutes after my appointment time to be checked in and assigned my consultant. I had read ahead of time to mark dresses you like online so they can pull those for you, so I did that. She pulled one dress I had marked online and asked what I was interested in. I told her what I was looking for and she had me follow her around the store as she pulled dresses, none of which were even similar to what I had asked for. Every time someone in my group or I pulled a dress that I was interested in she acted shocked and would make comments like "really, that?!" Then, when trying them on, I tried to take off my bra because most dresses aren't made to be worn with a bra (strapless or otherwise) and she got really uncomfortable with that. She even said "this is going to be weird because I have to be in the dressing room with you". Oookay then, I'll keep my bra on but I can't really see what the dresses look like with the band showing. She tried to make me wear a slip to try on dresses to make them more poofy even though I explicitly said I did not want a poofy dress. The dressing rooms are all tiny and dingy and open to an area that has everyone's party sitting in chairs line up like a basketball game or movie theater. It was hard to really see the dresses and hear what my party was saying because it was so loud and crowded. I felt on show for everyone else who was waiting for their bride to come out which lead to some comments from others that I did not want. Finally, they give out your information and my inbox has been nonstop spammed by everyone and their cousin. I am making a point of not using any vendor that has spammed me from David's Bridal. I didn't find their dresses to be that much cheaper price-wise, but they were for sure worse quality than dresses at everywhere else I visited. Overall, unless you are in a rush to get a dress quickly, go elsewhere. read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had when trying on bridesmaid dresses. Luckily, our bride found her dress elsewhere. After we were greeted and sized, the bride and MOH shared some pictures of dresses they had seen on the website, with their #1 choice not even being in the store. Our assistant offered to bring us options that were similar so that we could get an "idea" and then order the #1 pick instead. After several failed suggestions from her, we all began to realize that she really was not helpful at all and not listening to what the bride wanted. Most of the time she was just sitting on the chairs offering unnecessary comments regarding the dresses we were trying on. We wanted a dark purple color and were pretty specific in style, but she either did not care or did not hear what we wanted. I eventually began looking around myself and found a dress in the color we wanted, only to have our assistant walk by and rudely say: "those dresses only come in that color." Well okay...but how many times have we said that this is the color we wanted? I was completely thrown off by her comment. The dress I chose is actually the dress we ended up all liking the most. The MOH is rather tall and the dress was going to be too short, unfortunately, that dress did not come in extra long like all of the other dresses because it was actually a mother-of-the-bride dress. MOH ended up trying some others on. After we decided to purchase that dress, the checkout process was extremely long...we were almost 30 minutes late for our dinner reservations. Multiple times our assistant had to be corrected by another employee regarding shipping and coupons. She was going to charge for shipping one dress and then said we couldn't use our coupons...both incorrect information. We ended up leaving one girl there to pay so that our table wasn't given away. All in all, just a horrible and unhelpful experience. She seemed bothered by us and did not want to help at all. Additionally, they don't have all sizes on hand nor do they have all dresses on hand that are shown on the website. And one girl had an upcharge for a "women's size." Aren't all of these dresses women's? And the dressing rooms are small with no mirrors. Only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because of the other employee who helped our assistant out during checkout. Terrible. A soon as I said that I wanted a short dress for my summer wedding, the consultant completely lost interest. She only pulled two dresses off the rack. As my mother and I were about to leave, we spotted a handful of short white bridesmaids dresses that would have been good to try on. Somehow David's Bridal managed to make me feel simultaneously unwelcomed and guilty for not buying anything. Gee, sorry I broke your secret rules about what is acceptable bridal attire and what isn't. As a side note, I went down the street to a discount clothing store and found the exact same dress as one that I had tried on for hundreds of dollars less. Their fake enthusiasm is irritating and I have received spam email from their partners. read more

All of the sample bridesmaid dresses my fellow bridesmaids and I tried on smelled of body odor, had makeup stains and most had either broken zippers or tears in the fabric. As I was considering which size to order, as both sizes would require alterations, one of the floor supervisors walked over to us. Without asking for her advice or opinion, she gestured to my body and said I could wear Spanx to "fix this." I'm a 2 for reference and this manager felt the need to chime in with inappropriate comments. I shudder at what she's said to other women. In addition, appointments are somehow "lost" in their system and they act like it's somehow your fault when it's clearly on their end. If a bride calls to change any of her information, it won't be updated. When we called about the bridesmaid dress we were going to order? Dresses originally promised as a 12 week fulfillment period turned into a 16 week fulfillment period. Somehow this information changed within two days. If you have any sense, you will not do business with David's Bridal. read more

This place absolutely ripped me off. First off, they told me that it takes 4 weeks to get dresses altered through them. Even though I had provided enough time for them to finish the dress before my prom, I was charged an additional $25 for rush alterations and refused to refund the $25 even after I complained to managment. The manager simply threw my dress at me and said "if you dont like it, don't come here" .... great customer service ya got. Also, when I was in the store and making reservations for alterations, all of my information was switched with another person. First off, they tried to call a completely different number to confirm the appointment and then had scheduled for me to pick up my dress AFTER the event. Also, I keep getting phone calls to my cell phone from this store for a different person's alterations. way to go geniuses. Although the store has beautiful gowns at a fair price, the customer service is not great and it seems as though there is never anyone around to help you. If you are looking for a place with nice friendly customers, this is not the place to go. read more

Not a great experience. I had a bride and bridesmaid appointment back to back on Labor Day. The associate assigned to me was not helpful at all. I only got to try on 3 dresses (of her selection) in an hour and a half. If I would say I didn't like something about a dress she would argue with me about it instead of finding a dress that looked the way I wanted it to. She kept talking about another girl coming in that day that had specifically requested her but that she couldn't help because she had my appointment...like I was such a big inconvenience to her and she wanted my blessing to help someone else. She shouldn't even be telling me that. But her unprofessionalism reaches new heights when she told me she was leaving David's Bridal mid-September and slipped me the name and number of her future employer (another bridal shop in Chesterfield). No thanks. Not wanting to work with that lady again. Also, if you are looking for bridesmaid dresses that are notfloor length gowns, this is not the place to go. They hardly have any shorter style dresses (high lows, knee length or shorter) and not a good selection of bright colors either. I would like to say that David's Bridal in Sunset Hills Mo needs better customer service by a caring staff. After years of shopping in this store for dresses for our brides we have ran into a roadblock. Two weeks ago I purchased a mother of the bride dress from this shop. Today I received an email that this very same dress just went on sale for 100 less and needless to say I wanted to find out if they could give me the difference in store credit/refund due to the sale. Rude, rude sales clerk says" NOPE"!!! We have seven day return policy". I wasn't asking to bring the dress back but merely asking for a credit/ refund amount!! Having paid thousands for dresses in prior years at the same shop I was appalled at how I was treated via phone today! I had intended to get alterations at the same shop but because of the rude, obnoxious customer service we ( friends/family ) will have our gowns altered elsewhere and will never step foot in a David's Bridal again! I had a great experience. Made an appointment, had already marked several favorites on their website. My stylist, Jessy, was amazing! She pulled my favorites, and a couple more after talking to me. When I had one some I liked, she went and added a veil and sash which pulled it all together. I did not make a purchase, because it was my first day of looking and I'm anal about buying stuff without looking all over, but will definitely go back. The only reason I did not give David's Bridal a 5 start review is because they never seemed to have a full selection of bras or slips to try-on. I made 2 appointments on Friday mornings so there would not be a ton of people in the store and it was great! Sherri was so kind and helpful and really helped me find a dress that I had never imagined that I would like. I was also nervous about being plus sized and hearing that things wouldn't fit but she never made me feel like there was anything out of reach! I highly recommend Sherri! She was phenomenal and made a stressful experience really easy and fun! read more

I went into my appointment without a clue of what I wanted in a wedding dress or of what to expect from David's Bridal, but I was blown away with both the store and Kate. Kate was beyond amazing, personable, incredibly knowledgable of the dresses, and she made me feel like I was the only bride in the store. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of the store and attentiveness of all of the salesgirls, but you must make an appointment with Kate if you are searching for the wedding dress AND the experience! read more

I would just like to say that the Sunset Hills, MO location needs to learn about customer service. The staff was very rude and not helpful. I had to ask for assistance. I showed a picture of a dress I had found on their website but was told it was not in their store. She said she had a similar dress. I waited and she NEVER came back over to me or even tried to find the similar dress. I spent hours looking online and drove 3 hours to This shop. Even walking in their front door The staff made me feel unwelcome, not friendly or helpful at all! read more

I've heard nothing but negative reviews about David's Bridal. I am a second time bride with a very limited budget. I found the service to be outstanding and the staff was very helpful. I worked with Stephanie and Christine and both were fabulous. Best part is I found my dress, it wasn't expensive and I didn't feel embarrassed about the fact I didn't have a huge budget. Amazing experience! I came here with my sister who is getting married. In total we had a party of 7, helping and watching my sister try on wedding dresses. The lady that helped us was phenomenal. She was excited and bubbly, and made our experience a memorable one. She helped my sister, who was oblivious to what she wanted, narrow down to the perfect dress for her. I had the best experience (by far!) that I have ever had with a David's Bridal this past week. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a sweet consultant named Alex. I did not make an appointment, as I was just there to look at some bridesmaid dresses, yet she treated me like I was her first priority the entire time! She had a couple other brides there at the same time, but was always ready to help me in any way that she could.
