The paper sign on the door saying they were closed.

I hate to leave this review, because I had a lovely time picking out my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses. Because of that, I chose to get my alterations and some alterations for my bridesmaids done here as well. The appointment was for today, I got a call on Wednesday to confirm. I arrive at the store, and there is a paper sign taped to the window saying they are closed. No notice, no call, nothing. I flew into town from Colorado and drove nearly an hour to get there for my appointment, and they were closed without notice. I called several numbers to try to figure out what to do, and I was put on hold and hung up on every single time.

Tear in the front when the dress first arrived.

I checked out their women's shoes to see if there's anything that tickles my fancy. While I found a few slip ons which would have been excellent for the coming summer months, they did not have any on my size. There were 3 different pairs I considered but no 6.5. I finally went to check out and the lady told me that the shoes are buy one, get one half off. No one told me while I was perusing. She held the pair I was getting for my husband while I checked if there's any I would like to get for half off. I found a pair of Nikes that seemed like they would be cute with dresses. I went with those. They weren't on sale but fairly affordable at less than $80 for the pair. Not to mention the buy one, get one half off sale. Overall, it was a good visit with new shoes for my husband and a surprise pair for me!

Ok great, I went right out, got the inserts as well as a new pair of Brooks shoes that the sales person recommended. I was very happy with the service and the sales persons knowledge of the products so I purchased both to the tune of approximately 310.00. After about 3 or 4 weeks of wearing them to work, I am a mail carrier, the little tabs on the toe of the shoes began to detach from the main body of the shoe and my feet started getting wet when it rained. Within 2 months the front of the shoe soles stared separating from the main shoe as seen in the picture. On Aug. 28th roughly 2-1/2 months later I went back to the store to ask for a replacement for these defective shoes. I was told point blank that I would have to purchase a new pair of shoes and that they would give me a 15% discount. I found this to be unacceptable and said so in a stern voice. I was then ganged up on by two employees at the same time. This was one of the worst examples of standing behind your product I have ever seen. Originally, I thought this establishment was extremely professional only to find out that their products are junk, and that they will not stand behind them. Therefore, I give Lori shoes the lowest grade that I can and will never give them my business again.

I have to run for my job and I don't want to be the guy who is "in shape" but can run 1/4 mile without dying . With that being said, I despise running because it kills my feet. So I decided to get fitted at this location. Jaclyn was a pro and have 4-5 pairs of shoes in front of me within 5 minutes. She had me stand on their 3D scanner, walk on their special pads, and walk so she could see my steps. She was a real pro. Than came the shoes. She got 4-5 pairs out, helped me get them on and off and had the patience of a saint. Granted I was pretty easy and fast, but I could tell she was ready to help me all day if need be. 18 minutes and she had me in the perfect shoe....unreal and I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Thank you so much to this location for having such great employees. Value here I felt was really great. She also pointed me towards the shoes I NEEDED and not the ones that were the newest or most expensive. She only even asked for my opinion, and gave facts about the shoes. Not once did she give her personal opinion; because like a pro, she knows everyone's feet are different. I 10000000% recommend this place!!

They have a massive inventory of second hand, name brand, and overstock items. The space is poorly organized. Items are grouped by size and gender but that's about where the organization ends. Items are placed on racks and it's your responsibility to hunt through row by row, rack by rack. Pants skirts sweaters shirts all together. It took a good bit of time to work my way through the store. They did offer a plus size section, but this was also haphazardly organized. I came away with several treasures! Brand new and some brand name items. I didn't spend more than $20 for any single item. The tags offer an additional discount off the listed price up to 25,40, and even 80% off. Best part were the fitting rooms. Nothing worse than getting home with a pile of treasure that don't fit or look right. The staff seemed to be fairly limited. But they were friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions.

I needed some new walking shoes and I have traditionally had a very difficult time finding shoes that work well for me. I really enjoyed the computer analysis of my feet shape/size and the mechanics of how I walk. The 3D models were interesting (and very accurate of the challenges I have finding shoes). You get an email link with your foot analysis that you can torture your friends and family with. Thanks for that, they'll love it at the holidays this year! (Sorry, not sorry.) Bethany was very patient bringing me many shoes to try on. I did finally select a pair that *might work for me, from a Finnish brand I have never heard of - I'll have to see how they are after I try walking in them some. They do have a 30 day return policy that I hope not to have to use. They also have a rewards program that earns you discounts on future purchases. I will say I was surprised that, right out of the gate, they try to sell you socks. I have no idea how expensive those socks are, as they were too tight to be comfortable for me. Then, before you put any shoe on, they bring you $60 insoles. The socks and insoles are on top of what I think of as higher end shoes (around $175-200/pair). I haven't ever experienced this at a shoe store before. Most of the shoes brought to me to try on were run/walk combo shoes or running shoes. I do not run. Ever. I guess they either don't carry a lot shoes for walking specifically, or those weren't a good fit for my foot. They were all a rather specific style that's popular right now but that I personally hate: crazy thick soles with super wide flared foot beds. I think this store would be better for a serious runner than for me. Perhaps my feet aren't fleet enough?
