I've never had this happen before. Even with our other handyman, plumbers, etc. - if you can't do the work, you don't get paid for NOT doing the work. We were told that this would cover gas expenses - why take a job that is out of your network? They knew our address well before coming out. Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Just felt very scammy and weird after them asking for money without starting the job.

He was able to take my car in the same day. When I arrived he asked if I knew how dark I wanted them (which I didn't). My car has factory tint in the rear and I wanted it to match or closely match with the front. Alonso explained the difference in the colors and showed me how dark it would look on my car. Additionally he took his time to explain the difference in films. I felt the price was reasonable and to be honest probably the best quote I had gotten. Alonso suggested tinting my windshield also for the heat rejection but I was not sure because I have never done that before so I decided on not doing it.
