Great place family owned that did my spray in bed liner and the spot to go for all your truck accessories.

I've been a customer here for several years. Where I come from, self-serve isn't very available…read moreand, if it is, it's an unorganized crapshoot. This yard style made finding parts fun again. The costs can be confusing. While there is a decent price list on the website, I was initially tripped up by the à la carte pricing. For example, I bought an instrument cluster bezel priced at $15.50. However, the bezel had the headlamp switch (9.95), dimmer switch (9.95), and cigarette lighter (2.99), bringing the total to $38.39. I had the choice to remove them or keep the extra parts. Pay attention to the components! Like any other business, you pay for everything that you take. If you don't know how this works, you might feel overcharged. Pros: - Large inventory - Well organized - Pricing is mostly fair - Helpful staff - Easy to use online inventory and pricing Cons: - Inventory has been refreshing much more slowly in the last year. - Website inventory isn't updated daily. Of course, cars aren't set on the weekend, but new inventory sometimes isn't published for 2 or 3 business days (this applies to Orlando; the Fort Pierce and WPB locations are punctual). - The aisles in the yard are soft, making it difficult to walk and move parts. - The yard is narrow and long. It's nearly a 1/4 mile from the parking lot to the back of the yard. - The website is barely usable on the iPad. (Edited to remove iPhone as it is fixed with the iOS 26.4 update - iPad version still sucks both in Mobile and Desktop site modes). My Wishlist: - Website updated daily (business days). - More pictures of the cars! Other yards post the six outside, two inside, and an engine compartment photo. - Improved accessibility with better aisles. I'm not talking about ramps or rails, just basic walkability. I frequent a few similar area yards and it's so much easier to use the paved yard with shopping carts! - Some shade would be amazing. - Sort out iPad formatting issue. It's a straightforward fix. Final thoughts: I will give them five stars when the online experience is upgraded so that inventory changes are promptly posted and more photos are included. EDITED 03/19/2026: Updated to reflex iPhone fix.

Not even a star Review:…read more I recently visited U-Pull-&-Pay Orlando and honestly left pretty disappointed. The pricing information they advertise online doesn't seem to reflect what they actually charge at checkout. When I went to pay, the amount was higher than what I expected based on their website, which was confusing and frustrating. The customer service didn't make the situation any better. The staff came across as impatient and uninterested in helping when I asked about the price difference. Instead of explaining things clearly, their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was not great. Between the unclear pricing and the lack of good customer service, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. I hope they improve how they treat customers and make their pricing more consistent.

5/10/23-I bought a supposedly rebuilt engine off ebay from A&A Auto & Truck, and had it shipped to…read moreme / my mechanic in Craig, Colorado. The engine had a broken crank shaft bolt, my mechanic said the seller must have known about ahead of time because the seller put a bolt in to hide the broken crank shaft bolt, but couldn't tighten the bolt due to the elongated hole that was created when the camshaft bolt broke. I sent pictures of this to the seller and Alex at the seller (A&A Auto) agreed to refund my money if I returned the engine. 9/6/23- I finally received text from Alex on how to go about returning the engine. He said I had to take a picture of the engine strapped down on the pallet ready for return shipment & he would order the return shipment the next business day. I sent him that picture multiple times via text and via eBay over the next three weeks, with no response. 10/3/23- I called the 800 number asked for "Alex" I was transferred, I received a voicemail of someone name Omar and I left a voicemail. 10/5/23- I again left voicemail for Alex. I Filed complaint w/ BBB & eBay. The business never responded to the BBB complaint and eBay told me too much time has gone by to get their help with a refund. 10/6/23- I called, left voicemail for Alex again. 10/9/23- I called LVM for Alex again. 10/10/23- I received a return call from Alex. He said I need to send him a picture of the of heat tab/s on back of the engine head. I sent him pictures multiple times and called him multiple times over the next couple weeks before he acknowledged the pictures and agreed that I'm entitled to a replacement engine or refund. I told him I want a refund - not another engine. 10/31/23- l left voicemail for Alex to let him know the engine was shipped back last week. 11/1/23- Spoke w/ Alex; he tracked it, and the engine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. The tracking number is the "Pro Number" in the middle of the Bill of Lading. 11/6/23- I left voicemail for Alex to confirm return. 11/8/23- I spoke to Alex, confirmed the engine was returned, and that he's willing to issue a refund but that since 90 days has passed, eBay will not let him issue me a refund via eBay. So, he said to call the credit card company and have them do a "charge back". The credit card company is "Affirm" - they are a finance company, not a credit card company. An affirm told me they cannot do a charge back. 11/9/23- I responded to his email & requested a check be sent because Affirm can't do a charge back. 11/10/23-I called and left a voicemail for Alex, telling him Afirm is not a credit card company their a finance company and they cannot do a charge back. Can you please cut a check? 12/12/23- I called left a voicemail on Alex's direct number, and forwarded him the email. He sent me previously stating today is the day I can call and request a refund via check because the chargeback window is closed. 12/13/23- I spoke with Alex, he said they will cut a check and mail it to us, to give it two weeks for the check to arrive. 1/2/24-No check yet, I called & left voicemail for Alex 1/3/24-Spoke w/ Alex, he confirmed the address was correct the check was sent to & said they will issue a stop payment on it & send another. 3/29/24- Still no check received, it's now over 9 months we have been waiting for our refund that the seller agrees we are owed.
