He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.

Staff was super friendly and a technician came out to me in a matter of days explaining everything that was wrong (it fried itself), what our next steps that will be taken, parts that'll be ordered, and of course payment. With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving.
