Both watches were repaired for fair prices and expertly. Previous estimates quoted total overhaul and replacement of parts. In fact both watches were no more than six months old. I went back to ask them to fix it with 14k instead of gold plated (because that's what I had paid for) and they say they would, but I don't feel like I can trust them so who knows what they did to my jewelry! Also, the necklace was too short and instead of them fixing it by adding chain, they provided me with a gold plated extender and told me to deal with it.
