I called ahead for an appointment and it took 30 mins for them to assign a tech to me. I would rather them be honest if they are understaffed. The salon is eerily quiet -- nobody was speaking. When I walked in, I greeted the tech near the entrance who didn't say anything. The entire experience was unprofessional. The floors are dirty and though they have a wall of beverages, nothing was offered to me or the other 4 customers in the salon already. Safe to say I won't be back.
