Is what you are buying genuine, are diamonds lab manufactured or natural mined, is the piece manufactured with quality, does the company have a refund and return policy, a warranty and what is the right price? All of these factors, plus, are most important and online can make it that more challenging to verify the authenticity of your purchase. When I searched for the specifics of the diamond bracelet I was looking for as a gift online, my search brought me to Davizi Jewels in New York City. After email communications back and forth to verify the quality, cut, clarity, and details of the diamond bracelet my decision was made. Robert, at Davizi Jewels, was forthright and honest in all communications and stood by his product 100%. They are a division of a larger jewelry company in NYC's Diamond District that has many years in business and a long standing reputation. The product was delivered in a very nice box along with the store appraisal. I was able to use my credit card, without additional fees, for the online purchase plus there was no sales tax when shipping out of NY state, and shipping was free. Davizi also offered a 20% (NEW20) discount off the listed price. All of this made my decision much easier. The bracelet is beautiful and I'm most certain she will be surprised and love the sparkling white diamonds and the white gold bracelet. Beware: expensive bracelet arrived damaged and poorly crafted I purchased a 4-carat 14k rose gold tennis bracelet after seeing only positive reviews and having very responsive email communication before ordering. Based on that, I felt confident moving forward. When the bracelet arrived, it was immediately clear something was wrong. The back of the bracelet had visible gouges, several diamonds were tilted, and many prongs were uneven or not securing the stones at all. On closer inspection, multiple diamonds were visibly crooked and unsafe (shown in photos). I contacted Robert right away. He apologized and offered either a full refund or to cover repairs through a jeweler. Before fully realizing the extent of the issues, I brought the bracelet to BC Clark for an independent evaluation. They told me the bracelet appeared worn and was of very poor quality. They were shocked when I said it was brand new. They would not provide a repair quote because they said all of the stones would need to be reset and strongly advised me to return it for a full refund. A return label was promptly provided, and I did receive my refund. However, the entire experience was a major waste of time and extremely disappointing. This bracelet should never have passed quality control. Buyers should be cautious, especially given the price point. read more

There are so many things I wanna say about this business, I don't eve know where to start. After doing some research online trying to find the right business to make a big purchase of almost 2K, I unfortunately decided to go with Davizi. I went directly on their website and started a customer service chat to ask some questions, the customer service person I talked to was Robert, he seemed to be more focus on rushing me to place the order than to answer my questions, I guess that was the red flag I ignored and I didn't think much of if then because I really wanted to support a small business. I made the purchase and received it some days later, the tennis bracelet I received was a lot shorter than it was suppose to be, what that means is that not only I paid for a bracelet with x amount of diamonds and gold but when he knew I was placing an order for a shorter bracelet, instead of either adjusting the price or send me the gold and diamonds, he went ahead and charge me full price for a bracelet that was shorten and kept both, the diamonds and gold. When the bracelet arrived, I reached out and told him the bracelet was way to small and again, the unethically ways of running the business came into play again when he asked me to make another purchase, I declined and instead I told him to send me another bracelet or send me a full refund. He argue that the bracelet was not refundable, so not only he sent a bracelet with the wrong measurements and keeping the gold and diamonds but then also proceed to argue as to why he will not take the bracelet back. After many emails arguing with him, he started insulting me because I didn't agreed to send him more money and at that point I didn't want another bracelet because I realized I was dealing with a sketchy business and I told him so. I had to pay $90 out of pocket to send the bracelet back via ups to make sure he wasn't wanna come up with a distorted story as to why he never received the bracelet, so I made sure I sent it insured and signature required.
