The email you mentioned was on the 23rd not the 24th where you mentioned the $400 on a diamond that you had selected which took 3 weeks despite numerous follow ups, after i had raised the issue with you. You mentioned the $400 to prove to me that you were finding a diamond of equal or more value to cover your mistake and at no time during our phone or email correspondence did you state that I would need to pay the difference until as i stated before, the ring was already on its way back to you! The diamond discussed in this particular email was not even the one ultimately selected as the replacement. Not even at anytime during the discussions of this diamond ultimately selected as the replacement did you even mention the $500 difference let alone having to pay for it, again only after the ring was already on its way back to you and then you used it for ransom! Roger, your claim that the incorrect diamond i received is still worth more than the one I had originally selected is based on your value. Not an independant value. 0.01 larger in carat weight only whilst being of lower quality in color, cut and symmetry and not to mention it is a diamond that you have been sitting in for 6 years and was put on special because nobody else would buy it! I am not stupid Roger, I did get a lower quality diamond than what I paid for and for this, yes i was ripped off! Why is the exact same diamond under a code with only the letter "P" added to the end still listed for sale on your website? This will be my second review of fascinating diamonds. I did quite a lot of research on diamonds and stores to purchase from. AGS and GIA certified are the only two to really trust . Like I posted on Google not too many on line places can you call and get personal service for a picky lady. I initially found on eBay. I upgraded with no extra charge the Centerstone for the engagement ring. She is absolutely in love with it and I also purchased one band which they soldered together and everything was delivered faster than expected. The ring is even shinier than the picture does it justice. I chose to upgrade to a .6 carat asscher cut IF quality E color Centerstone from a .33 carat VVSI quality D color princess cut. On my first purchase I was obviously a little hesitant to make such a large purchase online but after the phone call and talking with Raj it put my fears at ease and I went ahead and purchased the engagement ring after reading their policies on upgrading and lifetime warranties. After the ring came I regretted not making a larger purchase in the first place and having to send the ring back to them to upgrade so trust me when I say no one will have any issues making any purchase from them if you feel like I did and want to talk with someone all you got to do is give them a call and they are nice, courteous, and very professional. My rings were insured, sent via FedEx overnight & needed my signature, so I was confident that they'd arrive securely. I originally came across the website for Fascinating Diamonds after seeing their listings on eBay. As I was in the UK I was nervous about placing such a large order from a business in the states. I searched everywhere to find reviews and testimonies for the business to reassure myself. I could not find one review which wasn't exemplary. I spent hours and hours on the design your ring page on the website till I came up with a combination of stone, ring and style that fitted my budget. After checking reviews again, I placed my order. Within a day Roger called me to offer a different stone than the one I ordered (which was actually a higher value and for no extra cost), as all the reviews were so positive I didn't hesitate to take his advice. The delivery to the UK was so quick (left the store Weds PM and was at my house in UK Mon AM) and the tracking Via FedEx is so detailed you know exactly where the ring is! Roger had sent me pictures as soon as the ring was finished and it looked fantastic, but when it arrived and I opened it, I was amazed. I had looked at literally hundreds of rings in shops in the UK but non, even like 3 times the price, looked anywhere near as good as the one I received! This is a long-overdue review. We were wary of internet-based jewellery companies, but we needn't have been. I chatted with Raj online after seeing they're website. I had an anniversary ring in mind that I had seen near where I live for almost twice the price. Raj spent a lot of time discussing options. There was a similar ring on the site that I wanted to customise by using larger and better quality diamonds. He said this was possible and we agreed on the prototype. We organised for him to send the finished product to California when we were visiting there. It seemed a bit fraught, but Raj said he would get it there during our visit. The ring arrived, but the design was different than the picture on the website. I was crushed, as I didn't think it could be sent back across the country, remade and returned to us before we left, but Raj moved heaven and earth and the perfect ring arrived in time. There was a problem, all of the drama could have been avoided by sending pictures of the finished product before shipping, as we would have seen that it wasn't as pictured, but the customer service was exceptional and I ended up with my dream ring at a fraction of the price of local dealers. I spent a couple of months choosing an engagement ring and found this company very helpful. I didn't know much about jewellery when I started but "Roger" on the online chat helped with a lot of my questions (not sure if it's one guy called Roger, all they all call themselves that!). I did speak to him once on the phone (he phoned me of my landline in the UK). I bought the ring with some amendments, they did a mix of side stones instead of all the same at my request. The ring came about 3 weeks after my order. However, it had been made wrongly! "Roger" understood the problem straight away and I sent it back to the US from Britain (BTW: DHL was the only carrier I could find which would insure it). About 10 weeks later it arrived, correctly made this time. Now, that time period did cover Valentines day, and I assume that must bea very busy time for Jewellers, but that is still too long. (Very stressed GF wondering why I was taking so long!). I eventually got reimbursed for the return postage. I found chatting online the best way to get anything done, just emailing seems to get forgotten at times. Good ring in the end and helpful guy "Roger". He let us know that some stones, although within budget and appearing to be larger in weight, were actually not that great for a variety of reasons and he suggested we keep looking with him until he finds one that is worth it - which he did! The experience of dealing with this company has been awful. It took them nearly a month to initially ship (while initially asking for a review of the product weeks before they gave it to me), despite multiple reassurances that it was being shipped "soon." And then they finally provided a poor quality broken and re-soldered necklace just two days before Christmas. I was told that at that time I would be given instructions in early January to return it to be remade. It wasn't until April, after asking multiple times what the status was that I was finally given a return authorization--that I had to pay for out of pocket. There's nothing quite like making me pay even more for the company to fix its own mistake. And then, when they finally shipped out what they claimed was the final product, quite literally one day shy of FIVE MONTHS from my order, they didn't even bother to do the appraisal that I paid for. But no worries, I was told; I could just pay to ship it back to them yet again. This is comically inept, and I will not do any further business with this company. I love my ring set, it is incredibly beautiful and unique. My only complaint is that the wedding band doesn't have a flat back. They skimped on the silver and there is a little valley underneath in the silver and when I take off my ring it causes it to dig into my knuckle and sometimes cut it up if I don't soap my finger first. One of these days I am going to pay to fill it in, but I don't take it off that often. In the meantime I wish I had known about this design when we picked it so we could have discussed getting it filled with the order. Also the warranty includes fixing prongs and cleaning, but we have to mail it in with very specific instructions. I don't want to be without my ring that long and found it better to just use someone local. I will only use the warranty if a small stone falls out since I believe that is covered. Other than this the transaction was wonderful, the ring was just as beautiful as the pictures, and the customization and ease of ordering was perfect. We were skeptical about ordering online but it was perfect and came in an amazing lit up ring box! read more

WOW!! I was a little hesitant at first to buy something as expensive and important as an engagement ring online. I did some internet snooping and found their reputation was really good. I glad that I took that chance, I have absolutely zero regrets and my lady couldn't be happier!!!!. I talked to roger directly several times during the build and we worked through a few different ideas to make it the perfect ring. Roger is more than accommodating and the accent stones he chose were flawless. When it showed up I was blown away with the beauty and quality of the ring. One option during ordering is to see the actual diamond in a 360 view. You can turn to image to see how the diamond sparkles but also to see any inclusions or imperfections and it really gave me a lot of confidence in the diamond I chose. The ring box I received had a LED light that shines on the diamonds and really came in handy since I proposed under a clear starry night in the mountains here in Western Colorado. I was really worried about ordering from here because it was a lot of money to send to a random company I found on Google. I ordered my husband's wedding ring here a year ago and I just finished payments last month. Their customer service was excellent, and they called me to check in and make sure about the design I chose and see if I would like some options that weren't stated online, which I did. I remember I messed something up when ordering that required them to cancel and do the order again, and still everything was seamless in the end with the order. I used the financing, too, and that turned out great for me and let me get a nicer ring than I would have been able to at the time. All in all, a great experience. I got a gold ring with no stones, so I can't speak to their diamonds, but I do know their customer service was great and I was able to get a much more unique design than I was able to find in stores. read more

I was in the market for a diamond ring and ran across Fascinating Diamonds on Ebay. They have a wide range of diamonds and ring designs. I shopped the same ring with a major jeweler and they could not come close to the prices that Fascinating Diamonds quoted. I wanted to be cautions buying such an expensive ring without seeing it so I called and spoke with Roger. He was very helpful in selecting the best value diamond for the money. I got the ring today and it is incredible. I got a lot more diamond for the money than any where else I looked. I designed and bought a ring from here for my wife for Christmas and she LOVED it!! It's beautifull and everybody she shows it to agrees. I spoke and ordered the ring from Roger on the phone and he made the experience very easy and enjoyable! I ordered it very close to Christmas and he made sure I received it in a timely manor. Even the box it came in was awesome. I like the fact that you could design and personalize it yourself and they even engraved the inside of the band. The ring was awesome, the materials were pretty, but the most important part of the experience, the service, was phenomenal. Roger was polite, patient, careful, and above all helpful. I sometimes wonder if perhaps the man is some kind of super helpful wizard.
