When we ask them to resolve the issue or give us some credit money to have this issue resolved, they told us they could fixed it and put the name and number back, but surprisingly they never did. Weeks have passed and still no solution. Their customer service SUCKS! They were mean and they didn't even care that they ruin a $200 jersey. I do not recommend this place, and this isn't the first time we had an issue with this place. Please don't bring your clothes here, they didn't even refund the money for the cleaners service that we paid.

Alterations by Amber Dry Cleaners is located on the cross-streets of Farm/Durango, off of the Durango/95 exit. It's located in a small shopping plaza shared by other local businesses such as Dairy Queen, 7-Eleven, Little Caesars and much more. The parking is a little tough here and the spots are limited. If you can avoid coming to this location during rush hour times, that would be recommended. The spots are small and the parking lot is difficult to get in/out of. The Alterations by Amber Dry Cleaners is relatively small. There is one register. I brought in both pants and the gentleman said that the pants would be ready in 5 business days. There wasn't a rush on the order, so, I was good with that turn-around. The [2] pair of pants hemming cost $10.00. Both of my work pants came out great. I've had the pants now for several weeks now and the hemming hasn't come undone yet. Price is great and there was quick customer service! If I need hemming work to be done again, I'll return here in the future.

Not sure how it happened, but I tried to watch a tutorial on how to get a stain out of satin and made it so much worse with a water spot. I brought it to Mary and she was able to dry clean it and fix the mess in under 24 hours as well as giving it a beautiful steam. I am so grateful! And so glad that I now have a trusted dry cleaner.
