If I could give this place ZERO starts, I would. I sent my dad's Jersey to be clean here, and they not only ruined it, they didn't care at all. The worst part was that they didn't even tell us this happened, they just hide the Jersey in the other clothes we sent to be cleaned. When we ask them to resolve the issue or give us some credit money to have this issue resolved, they told us they could fixed it and put the name and number back, but surprisingly they never did. Weeks have passed and still no solution. Their customer service SUCKS! They were mean and they didn't even care that they ruin a $200 jersey. I do not recommend this place, and this isn't the first time we had an issue with this place. Gave measurements, i asked for the same hem as pants had....when i went to pick up the hem i asked to be on a pair of pants were regular...when i took the other pair home I discovered they were not hemmed as I asked...I returned to store they said I would have to pay again...NO WAY this place has taken my last order. Their employees do not always have had the best in customer service. They are not very friendly and when you ask questions they seem to be to bother! Easy clean and very personable, John and his wife (i think) run this place and they always have their daughter around. The owner John you can tell is so sweet and kind. And he really takes pride in his job and his shop. He was very down to earth, spoke in a directive but soft spoken kind of voice but you can tell he knows what he is doing. It was kinda calming taking to him. I love the fact that it is family owned and the prices are super reasonable. Went here for an alteration on a white jumpsuit that was obviously too long to wear. I needed the hem taken up a couple inches around the leg and the spaghetti straps taken up 1 inch cause my torso is short too. They have a clean dressing room for you to try on stuff you need altered with a large mirror. The owner even suggested that he would take in the sides for me for free because he said he thinks it would look better. Drop off was on a Friday and picked it up the following week on Wednesday. 2 legs hems, 2 shoulder straps altered and a couple of stitches to close the side so my bra wouldnt show all for $20. Best deal ever When I went to pick it up, he made me try it on to make sure i like the alterations which I loved! You can tell they do honest work as well as good quality work here and my alteration they did proved it! Will def be recommending friends here for alterations as well as dropping off a few more things. The best thing is that they open until 7PM monday-Friday and are open on the weekend until 5PM. So I bring in 2 suits for dry cleaning cleaning on one of my suits the blue one, they faded the jacket and on the Gray suit they returned it with Brown pants I took the suits back to let them know what happened and they redied the blue suits so they look similar again but but as far as the Gray suit they return Brown pants and I told them they were not my pants I never seen those pants they're not even my size. I had several t-shirts and jeans hemmed by them and I don't think I'll return. I provided the exact inseam for my jeans and they were still too long, nearly 2 inches still too long. And the stitching on my shirts was too tight. The stitching broke as I put them on. I figure it's common sense to leave a little give in t-shirt stitching so it can stretch as you're putting it on or taking it off. I don't think they completely know what they're doing. read more

Horrible quality. They did not clean the armpit areas or the collar of my shirts, it's basically as if I paid them to iron and steam my shirts. And don't you dare go 5 minutes before the 5pm pick up time, they will tell you to leave and come back. I would give them 1 star but the price was reasonable and it doesn't look bad inside so they get an additional star for that. When I picked up my dry cleaning from them I had to pay again to place it in a different cleaners that will actually clean the key areas. read more

So my grandmother took a pair of pants to get hemmed, She asked for size 28 length and they did 29. She did not realize until she got home and took them to tell them it was wrong, they said it would cost 10 dollars more. If you don't do the job right the first time, you shouldn't charge to redo your mistake. Very disappointing. read more

The people are rude and very unprofessional about 3 months ago I brought in clothes to get cleaned and was given a receipt with my items that stated 4 items 2 were to be altered and 2 were to be cleaned went back to pick up items and only 3 items were given to me I was told they'll look for my shirt that was lost went back a week later still couldn't find it showed John the manager owner the original receipt and he still insisted it was a mistake, it most definitely was they lost my shirt I texted and called him several times after this but it was excuse after excuse he never made it right i was told were still looking for it etc etc but to this day nothing I was thinking of suing the place but after 10 years they can keep the shirt valued at 60$ because this will cost them in the long run oh did I mention I had to take clothes back because they were never cleaned they charged me but never cleaned them I gave them the benefit of the doubt but too many better dry cleaners around to waste money and time on bad bad bad service !!!! Worst experience ever. Brought in a hoody sweat shirt & a new metal zipper. My old plastic zipper was broken. I dropped it of on 12/27/16. I was told it would be ready on 1/2/17. Iwaited until 1/4/17 to pick it up. It could not be found. To return 6 days later to pick it up. It was not ready. I was asked to return after I was told that they cound not find the metal zipper I had brought in. That they would find a metal zipper & complete the job. I went to pick up my sweat shirt , they had installed a plastic zipper. I rejected the sweat shirt , told them I just wanted my swear shirt back. I had to go back twice before they finally gave me my sweat shirt back. I always extend courtesy as I had worked in the public field for many years. I found the clerk extremely rude & condescending . When I finally picked up my sweat shirt I was greeted with " Don't talk ,listen we canput this other zipper in if you want " . I said no , just give me my sweat shirt back.
