I called and when I arrived, the staff came out to the car and helped process my ticket and took the quilts in for me When I went to pick them up, they carried them out to the car for me. They cleaned them for $30 each. Other places wanted $40 to $48 to clean. They do a wonderful job cleaning my quilts Queen and King and I can not praise or say enough about how wonderful the staff were I loved them so much, I stopped and ordered them a dozen . Had a handmade quilt from my sister cleaned and when we got it home , the white areas were no longer white as you can see in the first picture. The second picture shows that all the white is now a pale green. They have you sign a waiver when you drop it off, so that they aren't responsible. $40 to have my quilt permanently altered. If you value your items don't go here! The difference in color is way more obvious with the naked eye. I have been using this dry cleaner since I moved to the area in 2018. There are now new owners from California and they are charging California prices. I came in for alterations on a garment and in the past the charge was $40. This time, when I picked up my garment the price was $75. I was not informed when I dropped off my item that there was a price increase. I was given the number to the owner who told me that $75 was the going rate for alterations. It's not. I call several other businesses and was quoted $30 to $45 for the simple alteration I had done. The owner took my information and said she would send me a check for the overage, $35. 15 days have passed and still no check. I have called and left several messages with no response back. I would give them 4 stars but it's the second time I came here to pick up my stuff after they told me it'll be ready a day ago, and it's still not ready for pick up. Small problem but a big inconvenience. Update:8/20/2020 I'm still waiting on my order to be completed after dropping them off on 8/12/2020. Called to see if it was ready. Staff asked when I dropped it off. I told her on the 12th. She quickly replied it's ready. I explained how they have said this before and my stuff wasn't ready to pickup. She then placed me on hold to see if it was ready. Comes back to the phone, only to say it wasn't. She said she would look into it and give me a call back. This was 2 hours ago and I haven't received any call back. Update:8/21/2020 I was called this morning saying my comforter and pillow case were ready for pick up. Got the comforter and my pillow case are gone. This can't be a real business. Has to be a drug front operation, seriously. There's no way a business operates in this manner and still stay afloat unless it's operated with illegal funds. By supporting this business I'm positive you're supporting criminal activities. I've been reluctant to post this review because I've patronized this business for so long and it's been an up and down wave of good customer service, it's definitely declined tremendously since the beginning of 2019. I'm current missing the drawstrings for 3 sweatshirts. The first time is happened I returned to the location immediately asked if there was a lost and found for misc items found off garments. I gave a description and left my # to be contacted, I never was! I've continued to bring my families clothes there. The next incident happened with 2 more sweatshirts 2 months later. Now I'm pissed, I contact the store ask for the manager who explained to me they out source the cleaning & she would contact the other party to inquire about my garments. It's been over week, still no word. Yet my Husband has dropped off 13 more items this week. One of the main issues is these strings are distinct. 2 pair having metal pegs at the end which would be very noticeable. This is now 3 pieces of clothes that are ruined for me, the valve approximately $. I would have felt better if someone would have just said "Sorry" we lost them. I understand, stuff happens. I wasn't looking for anything free. Just my stuff returned, but I feel disregarded. Hopefully this review brings attention to the upkeep of personal effects from your customers clothes. The whole shop was higher-end and updated. My husband dropped off two button-ups and two suit jackets on a Wednesday afternoon. He was offered coffee and said the employee was very customer-service oriented. I went with my husband to pick up his clothes Thursday evening, and the employee that day was quiet and seemed disinterested. Still, I was impressed with the quality of the shop and the Avengers like emblem emblazoned on the the plastic wrap surrounding my husband's newly laundered clothes. For a one day turn-around and 4 pieces of clothing the total came to $11.40. For $2.85 a piece, the price is kind of steep compared to competitors, but you're paying extra for a high-end dry cleaning service and quick turn-around times. I've been coming here for over 2 years now. After moving to Las Vegas, I came here because they were the cheapest, about $2.95 for most clothes. Walking into this place there isn't anything that stands out, there's a counter, rack for clothes in the back, and area with complementary water, coffee, and popcorn (that's pretty nice). Throughout my time here, I have seen multiple workers come and go, everyone is nice and respectful but the workers don't really engage in small talk with the customers. My clothes usually come back nice. Clothes always come back neatly ironed and in plaster covers with a wire coat hanger. I haven't had a problem with their work until recently. I bought in a white designer t-shirt into the store. When I got my shirt back, all of the stains were still on there. After bringing it up to the workers attention, she commented that "they can't guarantee stains coming out." Now I agree all stains can come out but I was hesitant. The worker offered to send it back to be cleaned again. When I got my shirt back, all the stains were gone! I will inspect my clothing more thoroughly now. Also, I tailored a few things here and it's pretty expensive, dry cleaning here is affordable but please find another location for alterations. Overall, I've been a regularly here and will continue to do so, the workers are nice and it's still the cheapest place, I will just inspect my clothes better when they are done. read more

Was using this cleaner for several years, WAS being the key word. Forget the fact I was taking shirts for laundry and other items - including expensive suits - for dry cleaning and saw prices escalate from in the $40s and $50s, to the $70s the last time I went. And that last time was a mix of laundered and dry-cleaned shirts - no suits. But after what they did to a pair of dress shirts and a rayon shirt that was to be dry cleaned, I would highly recommend you drive a little further if this is the closest one to you. I specifically requested no starch many visits ago when other garments came back far too stiff. On occasion, I'd have issues but overlooked them out of loyalty. But this time, one of my shirts came back like cardboard - and that's not embellishment. I had to soak it in warm water and fabric softener before washing it, I was afraid it would break in half. Another was stiff, and a rayon shirt - which should have been nothing but dry cleaned - was starched. When I spoke to the young man at the front, he said he couldn't refund the charges for the three damaged shirts, but assured me calling customer service would help. When I called, I got a voicemail. Nobody got to me, and I was never able to get through or afforded a return call. I'm not sure if there are new owners or a new corporate structure, but this is the worst customer service I've seen from a dry cleaner in decades when they're supposed to be treating and caring for expensive clothing. I had used them frequently and no problems except one day I brought my down comforter to get cleaned and went to pick up and noticed it was ripped and all the feathers were coming out it wasn't expensive but it's the fact it ripped while being dry cleaned and I called and the person gave me another number to call I called they said they would let the owner know and never heard a word I wasn't asking for him to buy a new comforter but to at least common curiosity to reimburse my fee for ripping it. Beware! Beware! I have had three incidents and kept going back because it was convenient due to my work schedule and location but this is the last straw. This cleaners has given me other people's clothes, necktie lost on my dress and misplaced my clothes. I gave them another chance because they took care of it but this new manager Jessica does not have any customer service skills. I gave them 10 pieces and they lost my tan pants and tan shirt. I made the mistake of taking my 8 pieces home and that was a big mistake because I felt as though I could trust them because of other situations that were taken care of with no problem. Oh no! This has been a complete nightmare. The young man that gave me the clothes knows it was only 8 pieces but they have him lying saying that he gave me all of my clothes. I even took the clothes back the next day and another young young pulled the ticket and found the missing pieces. But I am still a liar. I have had to call and when I spoke with Jessica(manager) she told me that the cameras showed that I took all of my clothes and I am lying and I need to look in the back of closet and she can't help me and I can call corporate because I got my clothes. Unbelievable! I call corporate and the General manager Lori didn't even have the decency to call me back, I had to call again and finally she called back and sided with the manager. I am still stunned at the way that I have been treated. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and have spent thousands a dollars a year with this business and I am called a liar. This goes to show you that people are rude, disrespectful and do not value customers. Both of them kept yelling that the camera showed I received all of my clothes but they never answered this question, "How many pieces does it show that I picked up?" No response accept that I received all of my clothes. This is principle for me because common sense would tell anyone, why would I lie about two pieces of clothes after I have spent $1000s of dollars a year on cleaning. What is them giving me $80 back or less going to do for me? Are they for real??? Obviously, my money is not good there. I know in my heart of hearts that they will come across my clothes and of course I will not get them back because they would come out looking like a liar after calling me one. I am extremely disappointed of this place. Took three items the other 2 were ok but they ruined my coat. The plastic on the coat was burned.. I took it to the dry cleaners for a reason!!!!!! I could of just thrown it in my washer and dryer if I wanted to ruin it. Very upset.... I took a few men's button down shirts to this cleaners and returned with a piece of fabric missing in the cuff and the other shirt still had stains. The manager was defensive when I brought to her attention the defects. She said she would speak to her DM and get back to me. I returned a few days later and they did not try to clean the shirt again to remove the stain and did not touch the cuff to try to repair it. She claims that it was already worn and she can't do anything. It was not worn, only tried on and when he went to button the cuff notice there was chunk missing. Will never go here again.
