I went with this business simply because it was close to home. One of my jackets needed a button sewed on and a wrist strap thingy sewed on as well. I mean, I could've sewed it myself but ain't nobody got time for that! Total came to $6. The turn around was 3 days. Customer service is average, but the business looks new and clean. I first brought in two pairs of jeans and a pair of cashmere lounge pants -- and they did such an excellent job that I've been back multiple times since. They've added elastic to the sleeves of a very expensive winter coat, hemmed several pairs of slacks and jeans, and taken in both the legs and waistbands of other pants. Every piece has come back fitting beautifully. Lisa is thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything fits just right, and the pricing is very reasonable. It's not even noon yet, there's no way they had enough time for that. I've been coming here for years - I know what it's supposed to smell and feel like when it's washed. I had to ask for a refund on the original service since the comforter still came back worse than before. Crazy that they didn't offer it in the first place after their mistake. The manager has no accountability, will tell lies to cover their asses and is the reason why they're poorly rated.
