However, it's been a real disappointment as I have completely just been ghosted. My appointment for a home cleaning was scheduled for yesterday at noon. I received a text within an hour of that appointment saying they couldn't make it due to car troubles. I didn't mind and was understanding of the situation. We agreed to reschedule the cleaning for today at 830am. By 9am I called twice, left a voicemail and even text messages with no response. It's now 2pm and I've still yet to receive a text or call back. My plans to sell my house have been pushed back another week or two. I would have appreciated it if the company could have just reached out saying they couldn't make it today. They wasted a lot of my time, and I'm really disappointing with their customer service.
