The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. After the IV treatment, I genuinely felt like a different person. My energy started coming back, my body felt refreshed, and I finally felt like I could function again. As a parent of a very energetic toddler, being sick is not an option for long. Say less let's do it." Chloe was wonderful and responded the same day by text and personally called me to answer all of my questions. I had a lot after doing my homework, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She sent me extremely clear instructions on parking and entrance and all these small things just make the entire experience more enjoyable and less brain-power to use which is always so appreciated. Joanne, who is Allergan-trained, originally from Korea, and has more than 10 years of CoolSculpting experience, was phenomenal during my consult. She assessed my body and contours with a real artist's eye and helped determine the best treatment plan for me without ever making it feel like a larger package was needed versus a smaller one. On treatment day, (exciting!) Joanne Keylsye and Tiffany made everything easy and super comfortable. They explained what to do before, during, and after treatment to get the best results and took great care of me throughout (wrapped like a baby in blankets and support pillows half the time haha!). On top of everything...their pricing was also at LEAST 30% better than several other clinics I researched, and yet their combined experience and training was high quality and top tier from ladies who have done over thousands of sessions of this and know how to do it properly. One thing that absolutely stood out was Joanne's incredible post-treatment massage. She takes it seriously and is very thorough, which was important to me after learning how much the massage can matter after CoolSculpting! Other clinic massages are weak compared to what she does and if you do the research, you'll see how much it actually matters with results. And do you want to pay more elsewhere for less results? That's what I thought. ;) I had a blast. I watched Korean cooking travel shows the entire time (even with Joanne haha! Giving me the Korean-scoop on all the places and food and her own history with Korea), took several naps, and was kept so comfortable I barely felt like I was there for a procedure. When I first came in, my skin barrier was in really bad shape from trying way too many products and doing way too much to my skin. They told me my skin barrier was super thin and needed a lot of TLC. After consistently coming here for the past three years, my skin barrier is SO much stronger, my skin is clearer, and so much more glowy. I only wear a tiny bit of concealer in my day to day and get SO many compliments on my skin now. This was not the case before and I owe it all to Joy (my facialist)! Joy is my facialist, and she is truly the best. I absolutely love seeing her and look forward to every facial. Her treatments feel like a combination of a lymphatic drainage massage, extractions, and LDM all in one. It's so relaxing, but at the same time, I always leave feeling like my skin has actually been taken care of and reset. She knows my skin so well and always knows exactly what I need. Anytime I have an emerging pimple, it completely disappears after my facial because of her work. I also get microneedling here about once a month or every other month, and it has completely transformed my skin texture. I really appreciate that they don't just do the same thing every time, they look at what my skin needs and will add things like red light therapy or whatever they think will help with healing and getting the best results. I also get Botox here, and this is genuinely the best place I've ever gone for Botox. I've had some pretty bad Botox experiences in the past, including in Korea, where I really hated how it looked. At Irene's, my Botox is always done very conservatively and naturally. I still look like myself, just more refreshed. And to top it off, the entire staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I especially love seeing Irene and Edward there. Every time I walk in, they greet me with the biggest smiles, and they are just the sweetest, nicest people. Irene's Skintopia made the appointments easy, and they were very friendly. I believe it was Irene herself who did the procedure: 15mins for cream anesthesia, and only few mins for actual removal of millia. She made it look easy peasy! :) I was able to see the procedure and staff helped record video of it, and we all laughed because it was like Dr.Pimplepoppers. I've always felt comfortable asking for her opinion when it comes to products, treatments, or services because she genuinely knows what she's talking about. Of course, nobody has to take every recommendation, and if something isn't for you, you can simply say no. Personally, I like having variety, trying different things, and sometimes bundling services because it can be a better value. I get different things like the detox facial hydra facial, micro, needling, laser, hair, removal radio frequency, Venus, and more and I really enjoyed them. I also have a few favorite technicians, and I think that's one of the nice things about Deluxe, you can find the people whose technique and style work best for you. That said, I'm always open to trying someone new. A quick parking tip, they do have a parking lot, but it fills up quickly. They allow double parking, but if you do that, you need to leave your keys with them so they can move your car if necessary. It's worth knowing ahead of time so you're not surprised. There are also a lot of really good restaurants in the neighborhood, so you can easily make a visit to Deluxe part of an afternoon or evening out. Overall, I continue to come back because of the people, the expertise, the variety of services, and the fact that they are willing to make things right when you communicate with them. I came in for another tattoo removal session, and while they do numb the area beforehand, they left me sitting in the chair for over an hour with no update. When I finally asked the front desk when my treatment would begin, I was told I was "still numbing"... with no explanation for the delay. When the technician finally arrived, he smelled strongly of food, which suggested I had unknowingly spent that hour waiting while he was on his lunch break. While I don't mind someone taking their break, it was frustrating that my time was clearly not respected. On top of that, he was cold, unwelcoming, and by far the most unpleasant staff member I've encountered at any Sculpt location. After that visit, I never returned and chose to take my business to Removery instead. I wouldn't recommend the Silver Lake location to anyone.
