To start off, I ordered through Uber Eats and it was a half hour late. That's not necessarily the store's issue, I'm mentioning it because it affected the quality of the food. Let's begin with the Hashbrown nuggets. Because of the lateness, they arrived soggy and their boxes full of condensation from the steam. Perhaps a better method of packaging them to prevent this in the future. Taste wise, both are personally not to my liking at all. On their descriptions, they sound delicious. But both just have a weird taste in their own ways and neither are appealing to me. Plus the fact they weren't crispy really just made them not good. The sweet potato casserole cup, as shown in the picture, came with stickiness all around the sides and just dirty looking. Presentation threw me off. Taste wise, it's just mashed sweet potatoes and a soggy topping with some nuts thrown in. Could have used more sweetness and to me, I'd prefer a not soggy top. An actual crumble, instead of just all mushy wetness. The Texas. Now let's get into the main sandwich. I ordered extra brisket, and asked to sub the chipotle ketchup for their mild bbq sauce. This thing was so wet from the condensation that the paper stuck to the top brioche bun and I had to peel it off. And there wasn't really any sauce on the sandwich- there was so little it was like you put it on and then wiped it off, and the smear that stuck to the bun was left. No flavor of bbq sauce anywhere. So really the only wetness on the sandwich was condensation and egg yolk. The brisket was good, but it's the same brisket from "Long Shot BBQ", because this place, that place, "Texitos" and "Pedronis" all are housed on the same location, using the same products. Wouldn't recommend the items I bought today. If I want the brisket again I can just order it from their Long Shot BBQ option.

It's been a couple days since this happened but I need to post this anywhere I can because never in my life have I've been served a sandwich so disgusting and nauseating. I'm honestly contemplating calling the heath department for being served straight up raw meat. I'm still fuming about it. The black burnt hash browns were the least of my concern when I saw a pile of raw meat on my sandwich. I'm genuinely confused how this place has so many good reviews

Holy cow this jawn was delicious... a little Too much so for the morning might I say. But definitely a great way to start the day, super excited to enjoy again

Been a frequent customer for about 10 months. Amazing service and add-on options and even better food. EASY contender for best breakfast in Philadelphia. Always bring out of towners here when I give a food tour and they always say that their Day Break meal was the best they had during their stay. "I know you took us to that place written up in NYT (Middlechild) but I really think the breakfast sandwich from the place in the parking lot was better (Day Break)." There is not a single detail they overlook-- when you order an iced coffee it comes with a "cold kit," Including multiple sweetener options, creamers, and a straw. Maybe even a stir? It's a little thing that isn't even food but it demonstrates how much care they take.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns for delivery. The food was excellent. The sandwiches are large and filling. We tried the Bacon, Egg and Cheese and Green Eggs and Ham, and both were delicious (although the Green Eggs and Ham has a good amount of pesto so may not be the best choice if you are not a fan of pesto). We couldn't resist taking a bite so I didn't get a photo but will try to update my review with a photo upon my next order. Update 1/30: Added photos from my second delivery order!

Needed something hearty for breakfast and saw the good reviews. We were just there for a couple of days from AZ and 1st time in Philly so we did not know what to expect. The area is a bit scary but as soon as we parked - everyone there was great. Anyhow the best breakfast sandwiches we've had - hands down. They are huge and so savory - son loved the one with brisket. My fav was the bacon!

Doesn't look like much when you walk up to the building but the workers are sweet and welcoming. Brisket was very moist and delicious inside of the Texas breakfast Sandwich, the bacon apple fitter was something amazing. I love it! Definitely glad I tried a staple spot in Philly.

Texas Brisket is extremely thin and looked like leftovers.

The $10 martinis on Friday were an excellent deal and definitely one of the highlights of the evening. A well-priced martini always sets a promising tone, and these did exactly that. The bartenders were helpful and kept things moving impressively well, even with a group our size, which was much appreciated. The space itself is huge and very clean, with plenty of tables and seating, so it was easy for everyone to spread out, settle in, and enjoy themselves without feeling packed in. A major point in its favour is the setup for watching sports. They have a massive wall of TV screens, plus more TVs throughout the space, which made it very easy to keep up with multiple games at once. No awkward craning for a view, no fighting for the one good seat, just a very solid setup for a group outing. Overall, it was a fun experience and very much in line with the good times we have had at other City Tap locations in DC. A lively, well-run spot for drinks and groups, and one we would happily return to.

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype for me. It could have been cooked better, and overall I wasn't particularly impressed with it. What stood out most was the service. Luckily, we found street parking right next to the restaurant, which was a nice surprise. When we arrived, the wait for a table of three was about 45 minutes. I ordered the House Angus Burger with sweet potato fries. It was solid, flavorful, and definitely filling. My friend got the Bella Vista Omelet with home fries, and we both agreed that while the food was good, it felt like standard brunch fare rather than anything particularly memorable. Based on the long wait and the hype surrounding Sabrina's, I think we were expecting the food to really stand out. In my opinion, the dishes we tried were comparable to what you'd find at a quality chain brunch spot like First Watch. That's not necessarily a bad thing, the food was satisfying, but it didn't quite justify the lengthy wait. That said, the menu has plenty of more unique and creative options that we didn't try.
