Fries are to die for!!! So crispy and hot. The only thing I crave after a long week. An awesome walkable breakfast/brunch spot in Point Breeze. Lots of walk in and coffee order takeouts. Very cozy with great food and friendly staff.

Neighborhood gem! Delicious food, friendly and welcoming service, quick and responsive, clean, no line/wait, great prices, big space w plenty of seating in the front and area in the back! Decent portions. Only complaint is wish the crab cakes for the crab benedict had been more crab and less filling and a bit more spice. Fries and burger were delicious. Would like to see a fried chicken stand alone amd sweet potato fries. Side salad to crab benedict was very good. Strawberry stuffed french toast was yummy. Would like a little less of the strawberry spread on it and maybe more on the side and drizzled w more berries. Would also like to see bigger pieces of challah but very yummy. Espresso drink was very good. Customer plates around our table looked really yummy. Pleasantly surprised. Parking wasn't difficult and on Easter Sunday no line. Could tell this is where the neighborhood comes. Will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!!!

This is a neighborhood gem!! Family place with a ton of seating. Fresh food and it comes fast with a smile. The food is hearty. Big portions and they will do as you ask. BYOB makes it even better. The service was fast and they were attentive. I would absolutely return. I had trouble even deciding what it was we wanted. Plenty of people coming in and out. Turkey sausage was superb. I had the veggie hummus wrap and my bestie ordered smoked salmon substitute on avocado toast. Delicious and we will absolutely return.

Sunday brunch spot! Great menu choices. Chicken waffle and Cobb salad were great! Chicken waffle was delicious and salad was super fresh! Staff was very helpful!

Cute little cafe with plenty of options to enjoy. We came after a workout as part of a large group and they did not blink! I loved how they make their breakfast sandwiches fresh yet were still able to keep up with the crowd (20+ people from the workout). Prices are fair and the dine in area is quaint. Even as the seemingly never ending line came in, the staff kept their smiles up and were extremely friendly. The food and service aligned well to create the perfect feel for brunch. As I don't live in the area, I am not sure I'll be back too soon. However, I would make it a point to return when I am in the area. Enjoy!

great hole in the wall brunch spot in walking distance of other bustling ones! service was good, food took a slightly longer amount of time than expected but it was worth the wait. I liked the crepe but savory options others in my party got looked better.

Two Eagles can be found in a quieter section of Point Breeze, not found along any major roadways. So, make it a point to go over there - it's worth every second. I like the aesthetic of the location: it's small, quiet, but still has a decent amount of seating for the space it occupies. It's decorated nicely, and I enjoy staring at everything on the walls. I stopped in, ordered some avocado toast and a latte and some other small items, and was very pleased with my total cost at the end. I feel like I've made similar orders at cafes only to pay much more for what I paid for here. I've been there a few times now, and I've been greeted by a different person each time, and they're all incredibly warm and friendly. This also makes Two Eagles that much more appealing. Highly recommend.

Really nice, chill, fairly priced brunch spot. I wanted something really low key for Sunday brunch. Got a latte and a bagel sandwich with home fries. I loved it! Absolutely coming back next time I'm in philly.

This family-run cafe NEVER disappoints. We arrived early afternoon and were greeted with friendly smiles and great service! We sat down and was immediately offered coffee and water. The menu has so much variety with some Albanian dishes as well! I started off with a Nutella croissant (not pictured). It was flakey, warm, and fresh. The freshly baked croissant was filled with gooey Nutella and warmed up so the outer later was nice and crisp. I got the Albanian Shakshuka (pictured). It was so comforting, especially on a rainy day like today. The owner came by and offered more fresh bread for this hearty dish. The tomato stew was creamy and rich, and the fresh bread accompanying it is unbeatable. My friend got the Grilled Chicken BLT. The chicken was juicy and tender. The tomatoes and avocado were so fresh along with the brioche bun. The fries were also very crispy and flavorful. To share, we got the Two Eagles Crepe. It was a classic French crepe filled with fresh bananas, strawberries, and chocolate sauce. Overall, Two Eagles Cafe deserve more than 5 stars. The prices are right, the atmosphere is great and access to Publix transportation is readily available. Before I get to the food this is a well designed café nicely thought out, very clean and neat. The neighborhood patrons are very friendly, I had a very nice and long discussion while sharing a table with the writer 'J', he was rather interesting. While will we talked the owners wife came to each table to ensure we were enjoying our meal, if we needed anything additional. The food is sold at a great price it's fairly decent just not great it's good enough especially for the price and the portions you receive. Cubed potatoes are not home fries and the bacon was slightly undercooked but it was very meaty. Another drawback is when you order pancakes they are already served with syrup poured over them, with no additional syrup on the table. Additionally this syrup did not remotely attempt to have the taste of maple this was pure fructose syrup. I mean no flavor at all just slightly a sticky feel. I really wanted to love this place but 'kinda like' will have to do.

The chai latte had great depth and spice flavors, and the Shakshuka pastry was a great mix of flaky puff pastry and strong tomato and egg flavors. This was my first time actually trying it and it definitely lived up to the hype of the Yelp reviews. My wrap had chicken, hummus, lettuce, and feta, and it was so delicious. My chicken was very good, very tender and seasoned well. It also had a great creamy hummus to tie all the other ingredients together. The feta added just enough saltiness to balance out the rest of the flavors. All of the ingredients were very fresh, and my wrap was extremely soft, yet still maintained its form completely as I ate. I also ordered a Nutella hot chocolate. It was delicious! It was my fist time having a Nutella hot Chocolate. I usually just get a normal hot chocolate. The pita chips served as an additional side item with this sandwich and proved to be quite enjoyable. The pita chips had a good crunch and were able to pair with the wrap very well. I ended up eating all of the pita chips! It was a great lunch and I enjoyed my wrap! I would likely order from Café Square One again in the future, especially, if that wrap is still on their menu!

The strawberry French toast is topped with roasted strawberries, cream cheese icing, and sliced almonds. It was super filling with generous portions and just the right balance of sweetness. 2. The crab omelet with grilled onions, local mushrooms, and béarnaise sauce. A unique combination that oddly worked really well together. 3. Some new items on the menu so I figured I would go through a new review:…read more Carrot Soup: This replaces their old root vegetable soup, and they thankfully kept it vegetarian. It was much better than their root vegetable soup, and I was quite fond of that soup. It's honestly nothing like anything else on the menu. It has an indian? maybe? taste to it. It's so good. there is these juicy white raisins inside, some sliced almonds (not treenut friendly), and some sort of white yogurt sauce with micro greens. really a fantastic flavor pallet and the actual soup texture is smooth minus the toppings. Cashew Hummus: okay so here's my thing. I find that this restaurant in particular does such a disservice with their menu item descriptions. Based off of the description of this dish, I would think it's probably decent at best, and might not even order it. luckily I had a sixth sense to know this would be amazing. it's truly so good. it's a hummus layer topped with a bunch of seasoned roasted vegetables and chickpeas. The flavors are great and the textures are also great. I wouldn't have known it was cashew hummus if you didn't tell me. it's honestly not that large, so if you really like vegtables and hummus i'd get your own or split with only one person. if everyone is demure, it could go four ways. also! I don't think it comes with bread. it didn't come with bread this recent visit, but I am not sure if that was a mistake or that's how it is. But, to be safe, i'd save your bread you get at the begining to use for this. this is a must get every time I go. Dandelion salad: I only order this for my welsh rarebit. I like to eat my welsh rarebit with some of the salad since the acid cuts the fatty cheese. but, I will say, it's a very good salad. my favorite part is the thinly sliced celery pieces. it has a bunch of varying greens, celery, avocado, cucumber. all dressed in a lemony dressing. it's very simplistic and that's why I think it's so good. it's quite large, and would be a great "for the table" order so that everyone has some fresh bites with their rich entrees. Welsh Rarebit: my favorite. if you don't know what welsh rarebit is, it's basically fancy cheese toast. think proper fondue cheese with Worcestershire, mustard, maybe guinness, melted on a thick piece of toast. so an open faced fancy grilled cheese. it's two big slices of toast. could easily be shared for the table but I prefer my own order. if you get this I recommend also getting the dandelion salad and eating them together. Chocolate Set: I haven't tried their other desserts, but I just know they are a waste of time compared to this. the chocolate set is a dense chocolate mousse with earl gray ice cream, chocolate nibs, and a few orange slices. it's so simple but so so good. texturally, amazing. the smoothness of the mousse with the crunchy nibs is the perfect contrast. the orange is bright, the ice cream is just great on its own and does so well paired with everything else. it can be shared 4 ways if you have demure people. my family of four just orders two and we get half each. that works for us, we would never be able to share one. all in all great service as always, great food, and obviously a gorgeous interior.
