Just received a bill for $45 not sure what that was for. Started account Saturday and running back to Verizon cuz grass was not greener. Unable to connect home WiFi seamlessly once I got home like Verizon made it for me, and didn't have home WiFi all day. Then got a text saying I reached my data cap and that they were going to reduce speeds. Wwhhaattt! Wow - Verizon on speed dial now, her name is Tye and she's great. My bill went from its original $156 to $129 anyway! So no harm no foul. Learned my lesson. Ask more questions and continue trying new things as long as they can be reversed. This could have really messed things up.
