. Modern design in room, Better than expected. I think this is a very modern version of the days inn, at least inside our room.

A clean quiet good budget hotel with a gigantic grocery store one block away which is perfect! and there's even parking for truckers if truckers need that... We liked the room and we just thought it was great cause the air conditioning worked very well, and it was a hot day. The parking lot was well paved and there were a handful of spots but it was slightly crowded. Lady at the front desk was professional and friendly and easy check in... the breakfast was 6 a m to 10 a m which is a very big spread of time and was helpful for us. We were concerned that it could be a little loud next to the freeway. But it was perfectly quiet and I think because there were a few truckers, It was peaceful because they all wanted some piece and quiet also. We really recommend this spot because stopped in as a dangerous place but this was only 10 or 20 more miles or so down the road from Stockton...seemed way safer.

It may seem odd, but I'm moving to this area, and the price was reasonable, for a reasonable motel. I could have gone less expensive, but I may be here a while, as I look for a place to live. Of course, I got a bad impression as I was dealing with rush hour traffic on Friday afternoon between state road 99 and I-5. This motel is located just off I-5 at Lathrop Road, so navigation decided it would be best for me to practice in traffic. The room is upstairs, near the front of the building. I have a good view of I-5 and Lathrop Road. If you're in a wheelchair, I hope that the ADA-compliant rooms are downstairs, as I was offered the stair case. (I'm not in a wheelchair, but there didn't seem to be an elevator, and I'm glad to have the minimal exercise, actually.) The king-sized bed seems fine and there is a chair and also a side table. There are a fridge, microwave oven, tube-type TV, and extra sink, just separated from the bathroom sink. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Trash and dirt on an old, disgusting roller bed. Used tissues, beer cap, something that looks like a condom!

This is the cleanest and best smelling Days Inn I've ever been in. I've traveled across country a few times and this Days Inn tops them all!

I said you already took the money out of my bank. It shows right here and I was showing him so at that point I asked if I could speak to the manager her name was Jenna and she came out very defensive and started telling me we don't take Chime. I said I'm not trying to give you Chime. I said I already paid for my room and she goes well. Chime prepaid and I had to correct her and say Chime is not a prepaid card. Chime is a bank. It may not be a brick and mortar but it's a Bank long story short. I just just hit rude and I just told her I'm good. I just don't feel welcome here and I just left the hotel fast-forward to today. I decided I had to come back. I decided to give it another chance it's been a while. I went in. It wasn't 3 o'clock yet which is the check-in time the room wasn't ready. no problem because it's not 3 o'clock I understood and I went and sat in my car is 96° and it's now it was after 4 o'clock in my room still wasn't ready so I decided they must not want my business. Keep in mind nobody in the parking lot no line at the desk. I had to call Hilton's customer service. They had to call and cancel true did not try to say oh we're so sorry have her come in? It's our fault. They just said yeah give her her money back counselor blah blah so what I'm finding out is that Hilton is no longer a corporation Jenna and her family own true and Lathrop and the Home whatever one further Homestead suite whatever it's called right across they own both of the hotels so they rented how they want so maybe that's how they run things in their home country but in any event very rude I will never go back if you're white you'll probably be treated well that's that that's what I'm thinking because when I wanted to be checked in I couldn't but another white couple walked in. They checked them in. They went upstairs cause I saw them and they came back down and left so why my room wasn't ready. Who knows like I said there's it's not crowded and there's no one here so I am going to file a formal complaint with Hilton corporation. Nothing will probably come of it and I'm also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I would file with the Chamber of Commerce of Lathrop, but based on who the Maria is here and the owners of this hotel probably wouldn't do any good. That's my two cents on Tru By Hilton Hotel..

If you miss it, the people that can wrist bands at the water park will direct you. Once you're inside, far right are the changing rooms, rest rooms, and lockers. $18 for a small one. The wave pool wasn't working the day we went which was a bummer. Smaller in size but seemed cool. However, there are multiple slides and rides that were all good. Seems like the water slides all use salt water, and the pool outside is chlorinated. There's a bar, dippin dots, and a pretzel based place and a burger place inside for food and drink. No water bottle refill that we found but you can refill at the drink stations. For good rides, the family one (right biggest staircase when you face the left from the entrance) will let you on Sequoia Splash or River Canyon Run. The former is at the top to the right, and River Canyon Run is to the left. RCR is much tamer as a slide, but both have a 250 lb per person limit and 700 lb total limit. They weigh you before you get on so don't attempt to get on without that. The smaller body slides all run a lot of water flow so don't worry about getting slowed down or anything. Great water fun! Definitely will come again! They are big on safety, and have lifeguards posted everywhere, and they seem to rotate areas every 30 minutes. No running and they are super cautious about what goes on. Very helpful when asked about any questions. One more thing: You can pay for your parking ($20) when they check tickets. Make sure you keep that wristband. Also, the entire park is cashless so make sure you have payment via your phone or a card handy! Have fun!
