This Days Inn deserves 5 stars. Most other Days Inns don't even come close. The only gripe I have is my room lacked a microwave and I'm not sure why. But it did have a fridge. That being said, I knew when I walked in this hotel was not a Days Inn forever, in fact I found it had been a Holiday Inn only a couple years ago. It's so much bigger inside than what you are used to from a Days Inn. They have a restaurant which we didn't get to eat at, and they had $1 Labatt Ice there (!!) We actually stayed for free because of my Wyndham rewards, but the room would've been $57 before taxes! That's a steal. The room was clean, big, had comfy beds, & good shower water pressure. The breakfast was continental PLUS make your own waffles & HOT eggs & sausage. I didn't even know this place had a pool til I was wandering around and stumbled upon one down the hall. In a big, open atrium there was a nice eating area beside an inviting indoor pool. Usually I have swimming on my mind and this time I did not, but I went to grab my suit because the pool just needed me to jump in! At night, there was dim lighting and no one else around. I jumped in the heated pool all by myself and it was so relaxing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Allegheny National Forest area! Top notch! read more

I hated this property! After my experience, I will never stay again at another Days Inn and/or Wyndham property. Well, first of all, they could provide free breakfast like their website states. Had I known this, I most likely would have reserved elsewhere. Then our room had only two working electrical outlets. Due to this outlet shortage, the fridge had been unplugged, and water from the defrosting freezer was all over the floor. Also there are no USB ports of any kind for charging your electronics. Even Motel 6 (I hate them too), and the little dive The Alamo Motel in Sheridan, WY, provided a variety of USB outlets. The swivel desk chair is permanently set to leaning back that when seated, you feel like you're in a chair in a dental office: precariously leaning back, expecting the worst possible pain and discomfort! The beds are too firm, near concrete slab firm. If you have a CPAP machine, good luck finding an available power outlet. Received two key cards to our room and only one works. Good luck with trying to go to the pool and not having kids yelling and screaming. The room we were given smelled like stale cigarette smoke. read more

This place is old and filthy, from the elevators to the dirty carpets and dresser drawers to the bathtub! I'm not a picky person, but this is awful. We are only here for one night, thank goodness, and will be out in the early morning, maybe even earlier than I had originally planned! I even resorted to taking pictures to prove what we found. The patio door was unlocked, as well as the access door to the outside! The lamps didn't work, so I searched for the plug to make sure it was connected, and found a power strip with the mini fridge and two lamps plugged into it. It looked as though someone had dumped a big bucket of dirty scrub water into the tub and the grit and stones were still in the tub. The toilet kept running and we had to jiggle the handle over and over again. After midnight, a bunch of teens were screaming and making noise in the pool, which our room overlooked, so we heard all the noise. I'm just praying our sheets were clean, but I can't say. This was just a horrible experience... and all I can say is NEVER AGAIN! read more

This hotel is DISGUSTING! We pull up and get out and the first thing I notice is overflowing trash containers. We get to the room and the room looks ok, they have recently painted and replaced flooring. The linens are new and clean. The beds themselves were HORRIBLE! Lumpy, old, etc. We should have left. There was no hot water until after we moved the water handle around. The towels were flimsy, there was an open bottle of Shampoo in the tub, the tub drained very slow. So, you were left standing in water. No Breakfast as advertised and the night Clerk was NOT allowed to make coffee until 5:30 AM. The coffee pot they gave us was broke. The elevator didn't open on the 1st floor unless you pushed the button. The night clerk Halea was very helpful and apologized over and over about the place. I left there with a horrible allergy attack. There were tiles and MOLD remover siting in the hallway. Horrible place! read more

Days Inn Warren was formerly Holiday Inn Warren. It's been around for a long time but has been kept up rather well. It's also well located within though on the outskirts of the City of Warren, and for decent accommodations much less expensive that the Hampton Inn in nearby Conewango Township. It has a good bar with food service, The Allegheny Grille, a small indoor pool, a decent sit down restaurant, complimentary Wi-Fi and lots of parking. But being located within Warren County if there is a convention or big meeting going on, the DUI Enforcement people will be standing by ready to nail you. They really do go out of their way to target tourists, not only for driving under the influence but for any other infraction no matter how minor. In fact Warren has a noted reputation among the locals of "Come here on vacation, leave on probation." read more

Worst hotel ever. No good housekeeping. Open body wash and shampoo open in the bathroom. They advertise breakfast and the only breakfast was granola bars and water. The walls have mold on them. The elevator does not open on the first floor unless you press the open door button. The customer service was barely there. Seems like there's only two workers in the building. You have to request towel and wash clothes instead of them being in the room. Worst experience and wish I never had to stay here. Price should go down not even worth the money i paid. read more

I chose to stay here while work was being done on my apartment. Very pleasant surprise! For roughly $60, I was not expecting much... but had hoped for a quiet room where I could get some work done. Days Inn provided that and more. Jennifer at the front desk was very personable and professional, not only helping with check in, but also offering recommendations of local events and amenities of the hotel. The indoor pool was open and looked inviting; at least one family was utilizing it on my first night there. Although the on site restaurant is closed, the bar was open, and the female bartender made some fun conversation. Yes, the room is somewhat dated, but very clean. Again, at $60 a night, I did not expect lavish furnishings. It was well lit with over 6 lights/lamps in the main room. There's a mini fridge in the room, which was nice for keeping some food around during a three day stay. The fact that there was no housekeeping for stay overs due to Covid is understandable and didn't really matter to me; I can reuse a towel and straighten up a bed I've slept in. I'm told there are plans for renovations, including reopening the restaurant. In conclusion, for the money, the Days Inn of Warren offers great value and comfort. I'd definitely recommend. read more

We didn't see anything about this on the web site where we booked our stay, but now that it's a Days Inn, there's a free breakfast (a couple of choices of cold cereal, instant oatmeal, a few choices of bread-y items and a toaster, yogurt, those make-your-own-waffle machines that I love so much, a couple of choices of juice, tea, and coffee). As near as we would see, the restaurant isn't open, except for the breakfast. But it did look like there was construction going on in the kitchen, so they may be planning to re-open for other meals once they're done. The pool is still there and still open, although we didn't have enough time on this trip to give it a test swim. I did notice that they now keep pool towels in a rack at the pool, instead of making you go and get them from the front desk. (That's a much better way of doing it, in my opinion.) They're still in the process of converting to the new layout, so while we were there, the exercise machines were temporarily in one of the event rooms. Generally speaking, I like the building and the location, so it's nice to be able to stay here at a more reasonable rate. read more

We had booked through Travelocity, so you book and hope for the best! When we arrived we panicked when we realized we didn't bring cables to lock down our kayaks. I went up to the front desk to check in and had asked if she had any ideas how to secure our kayaks since we weren't familiar with the area or knew what kind of crime went on there if any! Without hesitation she told us to bring them inside and gave us a secure place to store them! We were beyond grateful! I've never stayed somewhere with such helpful and attendant staff! We stayed here to be near family after the death of our grandmother. Located close enough to anything needed this hotel is a good price and find. Staff is kind and willing to help. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, which we watched staff maintain almost every morning and was very clean. Our only qualm is with breakfast, on the weekend food was hot and well prepared. As the week went on the selection became sparse and they were even out of fruit loops. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and if back in the area staying here again. read more

3rd floor vending machine is broken and pool is closed for repairs but the nice large room and friendly staff made up for it. Free continental breakfast and WiFi. I think my absolute favorite thing was the shower. It may sound silly but it's so nice to have hot water and tons of shower pressure. So you're probably seeing this and you're like, "Morgan, two reviews for actual establishments in Warren, PA? What gives?" I could not find a yelp page for, 'The City of Warren, Pennsylvania' so I'm just going to give my review in between the two places I stayed. This was my third night in a row staying hotel/motel situation and I could not have been more sick of having to honor a checkout time. I was freezing my nuts off, I left a cup of coffee in my car overnight when I stayed here only to come back to find it frozen solid, and I was exhausted. Driving in the snow in a sleepy Pennsylvania town was not my idea of a relaxing weekend. Warren had character though. With a kitschy "downtown" aesthetic and enough places to stay that didn't freak me out, I must say this was probably the best night I had out of all three nights on that trip. The room was clean, spacious, and they actually had soap in the bathrooms. If that ain't living, I don't know what is. read more

Days Inn Warren has been one of the best hotels I've ever spent my vacation in. Second shift front desk clerk was so helpful, kind, and very compassionate. She was helpful with all that we needed. She gave us great recommendations for food and shopping. They were always willing to assist us and our needs. Great atmosphere! Very clean! Breakfast was decent. Pool was a little cold and the area around the pool was kind of cold as well....Kids loved it though. Lost my DL and they mailed it back ASAP... Definitely recommend this hotel! read more

Ridiculous to say the least. Drove 10 hours when booked was not notified the pool was broken. I don't get time off with my kids often I could of booked anywhere else without pool for 20 to 30 dollars cheaper a night. The third floor vending machine was broken. The printer in the lobby didnt work. House keeping still hadn't come at 3:35 pm this place has my blood pressure threw roof and I have to make a speech tommorow out front of tons of people Im disgusted by the fact Im here for another night. read more

This hotel was really nice with a pool, sauna, and continental breakfast. There is a nice restaurant inside with a bar. The staff was extremely nice and the rooms were really clean. read more
