This place is run by children and it's an extreme hazard to children. The go carts are not supposed to be run like bumper cars which kids were literally acting like animals on the road. Before they took off to begin the session the employees mentioned that if the children that had been previously riding dangerously were to bump my kids cart they will instantly take them out. They began to play rough and they did not take them off. I got the manager and expressed my concern and he did not want to take proper protocol until I made it a big issue. This place needs better management and better employees to protect every kid that gets on the field. I do not recommend this place at all and would never want any kid to be at risk because of the carelessness all employees clearly expressed. read more

When I say we really like putt putt in our house, I think that may be an understatement. That being said, we've been to many of the nearby putt putt courses in the area and St. Augustine, and when we visited Buc-ees, we looked for nearby putt putt courses, and this one came up. That being said, when we arrived, the parking lot was pretty empty (there was plenty of parking). We only saw a few families on the putt putt course, so we opted to go and play putt putt. I will say, it's nice when a course isn't crowded, especially playing with a younger kid, sometimes they don't get the jist of there's a party behind you, so we can rehit every shot. Luckily for us, that wasn't a problem and we were able to play each hole at our own pace. I will say, this course could using some sprucing up. It's in need of some updates and TLC. I wish they had taken care of some of the greens and water features more. I will say that the flowers around the greens were kept up nicely. We also opted to let our little one do the little kid go karts, which was a pleasant surprise. No one was there and the young man helping us was such a delight. Seriously, I wish I remembered his name, but he was super courteous and wonderful with our little guy. Pros: -Not super crowded -Variety of things to do outside: putt putt, batting cage, go karts for both big and small -Courteous staff Cons: -Putt putt course needs to be updated, in addition to the greens and water features Tips: We didn't do this, but there was a ton of signage that if you downloaded the moneypages app on your phone, you'd get a free round of putt putt....worth a try if you plan on going mini golfing. read more

Fun place to bring the kids. I came on Sunday 3/26. We first did go karts. The track was nice, however for as slow as the cars went I was very surprised they go by height my 8 y/o is almost 5ft. Yet she still had to ride with an adult. Mini golf, was the same as any place. Snack bar was fairly priced. I personally didn't order anything, then there were the games: majority of them were out of order. So that in the long run was a waste of money. This place is no comparison to what the pictures show. We went specifically to play putt-putt and ride go carts. My gocart wouldn't even climb the hill, it maxed out around 5 miles an hour. Half of the machines were either broken and labeled as such or they took the coins and didn't play a game (it did if for 3 different machines). The basketball game had no basketballs. The ticket counter was broken and the one I tried that wasn't labeled broken, ate several tickets before breaking and counting them as one (the cashier did make this right). For my sons 5th birthday he wanted go karts. We found this place online and head there. The only thing open is the arcades inside. Rather than hopping back in the car we play a few games. A few of them are broken. The place on the outside looks really cool and has a lot of potential but there was only 1 person working the joint. Cafe was closed down so you couldn't get food or drink. This popped up on Google when we were searching for Easter activities to do with the kids. Our children enjoyed themselves immensely. We attended both Easter egg hunts, which benefited charity. The staff were super kind. They attended to our every need. When one of the machines broke, they fixed it right away and gave us free tickets and tokens. What an abysmal dump. Dirty, smelly inside the building. The mini golf carpet is full of mold. The little ponds are either bone dry or filthy with algae. I spent half my time going to the counter to tell and employee that a video game took my sons tokens. They never asked which games so they could at least put an 'out of order' sign on it. No apology that this kept happening. You can tell there is a ton of deferred maintenance on the location. Employees seem miserable. Lady at the counter was not so nice. sign says licensed driver must be with children under height limit. My daughter is a licensed driver but she would not let her ride. We decided to do the arcade. Spent 100.00 for 6 kids to play. My daughter hit the 1,000 jackpot and used her other coins to play all kinds of other ticket games. She won all kinds of tickets in other games but when the ticket counter counted them up, it was only 1,173 tickets. She won well over 2,000 tickets with her 100 coins. When I told the guy, he was like "oh well." I am not a big fan of arcades to begin with because you get crappy toys but whatever. Adventure Landing sure was quite the adventure. Such an adventure my 5 year old almost fell asleep on the super slow go carts. We paid for tokens and surprising this place with little or no air conditioning didn't produce the tickets after my children were supposed to have hit jack pots. Thank goodness for the malfunction of the outdated angry birds game that started shooting out award winning tickets for losing the game so bad. Tickets shot out from both sides, you would have thought my 5 year old defeated not only the game here but the entire angry birds game anyone has ever played. We took a group of kids, ages 5-11, to Winterfest. I was not expecting first rate rides and attractions but with the exceptions of the ice skating rink, it was like a low budget carnival. We went on a Sunday evening around 5:00 pm and it was moderately busy. The "reindeer games" were literally a Spin the Wheel for a prize and a Football toss. The bounce house, which all the children were exvited for, was exclusively for toddlers and even the 5 year old was over the height limit. The nightly snowfall occured twice and it was about 2 minutes of bubbles blown from the rooftop. Santa was nowhere to be found and no employees were dressed as elfs or evrn in anything "wintery". The ice slide was a big hit with the children although it was a short straight down slide. The ice skating rink was "watched" by 2 employees who stood in the middle of the rink staring off into space for almost half the time the kiddos skated. At one point my child fell, pretty hard, hitting her head and elbow. I actually had to yell to the attendent to please help my child up instead of just staring at her cry. All in all, Iwas not impressed for the over $100.00 we spent for maybe 2 hours start to finish. Hopefully as a waterpark it is a better experience and value. read more

I was somewhat worried when I read all the negative reviews, but the place was fine. All we did was play one round of miniature golf (using the online coupon--they said we were supposed to print it out next time, but gave us the discount), and sure, the holes weren't amazingly innovative, but they were fun. This place sucks. We went to do some go karting and they said it was closed because of the rain. So we ended up doing arcade games and over half of them were broken. A couple days later we went back to do go karting. But before that we called to make sure they were open and they said yes we asked him about two times to double check and they said yes. We ended up going the next day and they told us that it was closed because of the rain at 2 o'clock which we checked to make sure that it actually rained at 2 o'clock and it didn't. We moved to Saint Augustine last summer and tonight was our daughter's 14th birthday party and we took six girls to adventure landing for go carts golf and gaming. We ordered everything in advance online to save money and when we got to adventure landing they had no idea how to verify our purchase when I had an email and a confirmation. The young lady Sarah who was sweet and compassionate put the arm bands on the six girls and I told them to go ahead and go to the go carts as it was late. Sarah said they might need to wait and I told her if I have to pay again and deal with the online issue later I will but it's for my daughter's birthday. She went and got the manager who came and took my phone to verify the email and then radioed to the go cart staff to not let the girls on until they verified our purchase which she just looked at the email and I paid $207 for six quest pass and 650 tokens. My daughter called from the go cart area while we were at the counter still waiting and said they would not let her and her friends ride yet. Then when she verified she told me I had to get my tokens right then which was the manager Bernadine who was very rude and Sarah told me I could get them later after the girls were done go karting and golfing. Bernadine was rude and insisted that I need to tell her or Sarah and Sarah was going on break and I had to make sure one of them was up there with an attitude like get your tokens now so then I had to get 7 cups of tokens and sit and guard them until the girls were ready to use them. Had a joint party for my kids at the facility in St Augustine and had a great experience. Wish I would have known in advance about how they run the parties. Tokens have to be used first but other than that the kids had a blast and there was hardly anyone there so we pretty much had the place to ourselves with out the insane cost most other places charge you for a private party. I used to go to Adventure Landing many times a year, but this year was different. First off, they're no longer maintaining the location. It has become very dirty and much of the equipment is broken. You'll be driving go-karts with missing wheels/flat tires, squealing/knocking motors, and sparks flying from loose bumpers - some karts are barely running. Two karts were taken out of the rotation in the 3 hours I was there due to mechanical problems. While my mother was waiting outside the track, she was bitten by ants that are colonizing the pavement. When I went into the Arcade to play a few games, I was dismayed to find that at least half the machines were out of order. Many of the others just stole my tokens. The machines themselves were very dirty and falling apart. Never mind the dilapidated look on the outside - there were dust bunnies *inside* several machines. The last straw was when I won a 1002 ticket jackpot and the machine refused to pay out. The Arcade counter staff was stubborn and told me "too bad." +1 star because the go-kart staff were helpful. this facility is advertised as having over 80 arcade games. they may have 80, but 30 to 40 percent of them are not working. in addition to having broken and faulty games, the facility only had 2 ticket redemption centers... one of which was located right at the prize counter and it continually miscounted tickets, sometimes not even counting any strip of tickets at all. the staff kept brushing it off and saying they would reset the machine. they finally realized that it wasnt going to count properly and gave us a voucher for tickets, which was nice... meanwhile, we had to wait in a second line at the ticket eater machine. while waiting in that line, we saw even more people waiting at the counter, feeding their tickets into a flawed machine. i definitely wouldn't go back here. the redemption prizes are okay for this place but the facility itself has too many broken machines. read more
