Service: Well, we discussed this amongst our family several times as we dealt with both rude and horrible staff and kind and friendly staff. You can definitely tell those who enjoy their job and those that need to find a new line of work, because customer service and client interaction is not their forte. LOL! Food: we bought all day dinning and drinks, which is definitely the right way to go. The drinks alone pay for themselves. Unlike other big parks, everything on their menus seems to be available on the all day dinning versus only certain choices... so that is great!! You get one entre choice (chicken tenders, burger, ribs, tacos, fish sandwich, pizza, etc), one side (fries, salad, fruit, mac and cheese, coleslaw, etc) and 1 dessert (cupcake, cookie, fruit, even a pickle, which I appreciated as I didn't want dessert) every 90 minutes. So no one went hungry. We even bring some ziplock bags so they can nibble on their pizza later. Most of the food was good, and some was really good. Overall: we had such a good time and we would definitely come back again. Tips: bring some bug spray, sunblock, water shoes and ziplocks.

They were directing traffic based on the traffic signals and not using any strategic or common sense approach. For context, if no cars were crossing over I-Drive into the park, vehicles making a right turn into the park should have been allowed to turn right while waiting for that light to change. It took about an hour to travel a half mile. Once we were on property, we were directed to parking lot C. It was a little walk to and from the entrance. Thankfully we got to Aquatica when we did. We heard later from other park guests that some people had to park at SeaWorld and walk over to Aquatica. We enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool. The lines for the rides were really long so we didn't bother. We did dine at Waterstone Grill. The gift shop staff was pleasant. We utilized park bucks for a gift shop purchase and at Waterstone Grill. The bucks were available to pass members to spend in park. Bucks had to be redeemed via kiosks. Once redeemed, kiosks dispersed the vouchers (bucks) for use. Pass members also received two bonus free guest tickets. I redeemed those prior to our arrival and presented at the park entrance. Although, the day was chaotic in the beginning we enjoyed the visit. Aquatica was a great way to cool off on a very warm sunny morning/early afternoon. We left right before the rain started.

In the afternoon, we ordered several platters, and one of them was the charcuterie spread. The Mickey had goat cheese was delicious. All the arrangements were fantastic. We also got the chicken fingers and the nacho bar which I forgot to take pictures of lol because we dug right in. Overall, when going with a group to the water parks, it is definitely worthwhile to all chip in and rent a cabana. 10/10 we would do this again.

Our driver Nate was friendly and welcomed us. He drove safely and got us to Volcano Bay without any issues. Upon arriving to Volcano Bay, I immediately went to the Sales/Tickets counter to purchase Mom's and my tickets. I wanted to purchase the tickets with gift cards I had. Gift cards can only be used on site and can not be redeemed online. (I was also able to pay for parking at Universal with one of the gift cards.) Lockers are, of course, available for rent. It was 7 of us so we got a family locker. That didn't work. We had to rent another family locker to hold all our stuff. The family lockers are not big enough if you have multiple bags. Some of the staff are cool. We encountered one team member who greeted almost everyone in the Kopiko Wai Winding River (lazy river). Every time we winded back around to where he sat overlooking and safeguarding the river he spoke. His attitude was hospitable and refreshing.

Highly recommend getting the drink package and trying a few... or all of them if you can handle it. I loved how many different areas there were to explore. Seeing dolphins swimming so close to the beach was actually kind of magical. They also have a monkey island which I was really excited about. It was closed when we got there, but I could still see them from a distance and I loved that. The aviary was really cool too. Tons of birds, but also tons of people. They recommend going first thing when the birds are most active, which we did, but so did everyone else. We got there about 45 minutes after opening and the birds already seemed a little over it. Honestly, I don't blame them. The Grand Reef was such a cool experience. I didn't really know what to expect, and even though it's man made, it still feels really immersive. Some of those rays are huge and have zero fear. They will swim right into you. My guy had never experienced anything like that and he loved it. I also liked that there were shallow areas and deeper sections if you wanted more of a snorkeling feel. The only downside for us was the Wind Away River. There are spots that get deep really fast, and that day they were apparently out of floaties because people were hoarding them and claiming areas. Staff even acknowledged it, which was frustrating because nothing was being done about it. It made parts of the river harder to enjoy than they should have been. Other than that, everything else was great and it made for such a fun day. Also the bar swings were a highlight. Loved those.

We had our own private ambassadors show us around the park and were escorted to the sting ray feeding area . We got our wet suits and lockers . Bathroom is very clean and has plenty of towels . The sting ray feeding was so much fun . The ambassadors are very informative . Trainers will feed the larger manta rays since they are larger and take vitamins but we fed the smaller sting rays which was a lot of fun. Also we got to feed small fish which was a fun treat for us . Monkey island pool - warmest water in the park Tropical river - slightly chilly but overall fun Great reef- chillest but once submerged not bad . Colder due to sea-life . Great reef was amazing , it looks like nothing but once you put googles on it's another world. Highly recommend. All inclusive drinks package - worth the money it can get pricy . Food - buffet style , it was okay . Not great , not good but satisfied appetite . Lots of towels , food all inclusive and a great way to spend time in Orlando !

They have poolside service, a lazy river and lots of lifeguards standing by. The only downfall I see of this property is that is so big so there's a lot of walking. But overall it's an amazing hotel. Very close to the Disney parks and plenty of room for families. You can even do groceries and cook and if you want to. This is my go to resort when in the area. I highly recommend it.

What makes this even more tedious is that there are no towels provided so you have to get all that stuff yourself through the park. The chairs were a bit run down. Only one food booth with limited options and they weren't accommodating at all when I accidentally ordered the wrong fountain drink. I doubt I will come back. The hotel pool is more fun.

The kids absolutely loved the water park, and it was a lot of fun for the whole family. I would also like to recognize the Front Desk team for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and kindness. They deserve a 10 out of 10. And I cannot fail to mention Sandra, the Colombian employee at the restaurant. She was amazing--friendly, charismatic, and provided outstanding customer service. This happened despite the fact that we had called and sent messages in advance to confirm our arrival and specifically asked them not to cancel the booking. Nevertheless, the reservation was cancelled, and we were forced to make a new one after already waiting in line. At the front desk, the staff insisted it was our fault for not notifying them, even though we had clearly done so. Unfortunately, the real disappointment began when we entered the room. The smell was extremely unpleasant, and since the window did not open, it was impossible to ventilate the space. We requested a different room, and while the second room was slightly better, it still had an unpleasant odor. The pool area was also difficult to tolerate due to a very strong chlorine smell. Overall, the hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained, making it hard to relax. Even the bar was closed throughout our stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience
