Originally paid $500 for them to replace the 4 bald tires on the 2022 Tesla we were purchasing. By swapping from 22-inch wheels to 20-inch wheels, they said that we actually wouldn't have to pay for new tires as they had 4 "like-new" tires that they would throw on the car. They sent the car to get the 20-inch wheels repaired. The car was charged to full before, they drove the Tesla Plaid 100 miles in the process of doing a wheel repair, completely uncalled for. The wheel repair was crap, the paint is peeling off. They were supposed to repair the trim as stated in the Due Bill. They said they put the 4 "like-new" tires on. I test-drove the vehicle and the wiper blades got stuck up on the windshield due to not being tightened down. Misdirected by this and the 100 miles of missing charge, I failed to check the tires. After purchasing the vehicle, I looked at the tires - 1 was completely bald, another had a giant hole in the side wall. These guys let me hop on the highway in the rain in a 1,000 horsepower Plaid on a bald tire and a blown-out sidewall. I called them to ask them to put the 4 "like-new" tires they said they were going to put on and fix the trim as stated in the Due Bill. They were very unprofessional and hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. These are exactly the type of immature, unprofessional, sleazy salesman you see in the cartoons.

This review is about the stellar customer service that was provided to me while buying a car. Buying a car from a dealership is a pain and I spent weeks stressing about doing it. When the time finally came, I went to a local and known Ford Dealership that immediately tried to screw me over on payments and price of the vehicle and had to walk away. After I left there, I went to Seattle Finest Motors because they had a car in their inventory I was very interested in, a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had found it online a couple days prior and the sales agent Leonard reached out to me about it. The day I wanted to see it, he came in on his day off just to help me. The entire time I worked with Leonard he was honest and respectful. He not only helped me get the car I wanted, but got me a much better rate than I was expecting. During the test drive I noticed the air conditioner in the car wasn't blowing as cold as it should be and the team there kept the car overnight to have it looked at and the next day when I went to pick it up the AC was cold as ice. The day I picked it up, another sales agent named Habib assisted me in getting all of the paperwork together and answering all my dumb questions. I drove the car off the lot that day. About two weeks later I received my license plates via mail (a huge advantage that saved me a trip!) along with a check for the difference in the cost of vehicle tabs. What impressed me most about Seattle Finest Motors is the honesty about the vehicles and transparency about what you pay for. They didn't try any aggressive sales tactics, make me feel pressured, and were extremely helpful. If you're looking for a used car, definitely check these guys out. Side note: I know I said the review wasn't about the car, but I've put several hundred miles on it already including a trip that was over 100 miles and it's had absolutely no problems.

I was lucky to get Asif on the line who answered all of my questions, gave good tips, and was not in the slightest pushy. My husband and I drove an hour and a half to see this car and it worked out perfectly! Asif was SO chill and funny and didn't make us feel the 'I'm just asking getting to know you to pass the time' vibe and that means a lot! He made the process as easy as possible and would recommend him anyday to anyone looking at the lot! Hopefully you read this and know how thankful we are for your help and also for the zip tie that came in CLUTCH for a hair tie Habib was also very helpful on the docs/finance end and made the signing painless! Thank you for helping put me in my dream car, fellas!

We asked about availability and Diana got back to us quickly. We arranged for a "test sit" to see if I fit inside, and then took it out for a spin. Problem was, it was a bit over our budget, so we sat down with management and hashed out a deal agreeable to both parties. Recently, I took the car to our mechanic to give it the once-over, and he reported it to be in excellent condition, just as QAC had said. No issues other than what one expects from a 10-year old car, and nothing that couldn't be addressed within the next year or so. The team at QAC was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, forthright about costs and budgets, and very flexible in working with us to come to a deal. By far THE BEST car-buying experience in my 60+ years.

When I contacted the dealership for assistance, I explained that I have children and that this was a major safety concern. I also explained that I could not safely get the vehicle there myself and could not afford a tow truck. Initially, I was told they would need to ask the owner about helping with a tow, but nobody ever followed up with me. When I called back, I was then told there was "no way" for them to get a tow arranged. Because of this, I was forced to manually bypass the warning/code issues myself just to get the vehicle drivable enough to make it from Mount Vernon to Lynnwood. During that drive, I had no functioning brake lights or turn signals, which made the situation even more dangerous. Despite explaining all of this, I felt my concerns were brushed off. When I finally arrived, I was told they "didn't HAVE to help" me, but that they would once the vehicle was there. At one point, after expressing frustration and mentioning possible legal action, I was also told that if I pursued that route they would not help me or fix the issue. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have also discovered that both the engine air filter and cabin air filter were extremely dirty and appeared to have been neglected for quite some time. These are basic maintenance items that should have been inspected or replaced prior to sale. I also later learned the vehicle originated from Canada, which explained why there was limited history available through Carfax. While I did notice scratches and dents at the time of purchase, I was disappointed to later realize there may have been additional history I was unable to fully verify beforehand because Canadian vehicle history does not always appear the same way on U.S. reports. To be fair, the dealership ultimately did fix the issue and paid for the repair. However, the way the situation was handled from the beginning -- especially considering the safety concerns involved -- left me with very little trust in this business moving forward. What makes this even more disappointing is that I traded in my nearly brand new Toyota with only around 25,000 miles on it because I trusted this dealership and expected the vehicle I purchased to be properly inspected and reliable. I would have never traded in my dependable, nearly new vehicle for something this unreliable had I known the condition this vehicle was actually in. I understand that once a used vehicle leaves the lot, responsibility largely falls on the buyer. However, customers still expect vehicles to receive thorough inspections and to be reasonably safe and reliable at the time of sale. Unfortunately, this experience was stressful, disappointing, and has left me questioning how carefully these vehicles are actually inspected before being sold.

The other customer than leaves and HE PROCEEDS TO GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE in front of me while I wait by the car door... I walked up to him and asked if we could test drive. He appeared bothered and asked me a few questions. I told him if the car looks great for both me and my sister (buyers) and our dad would come later with the mechanic to make sure it's ok and give it an inspection we'd get the car. Then he says " I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LETTING YOU DRIVE IF THE BUYERS NOT HERE"... mind you my sister is the buyer, and we don't even know if the car turns on even at this point!? I told him my sister was the buyer. THEN HE ASKED ME IF I WAS READY TO PAY TODAY, because if not he doesn't feel comfortable letting us drive... we are 2 African women in our 30's staring blankly at him. What was going on here? Not sure if he's a sleazy salesman and the prospect of having the mechanic there scared him? Or that we were "sketchy" looking, is this is a race or gender issue? The Caucasian women before us was able to test drive the car... but not us. Even if it wasn't a race or gender issue the attitude was so rude I felt so small. It's such poor taste to demand that we agree to pay today to just test drive it. He wanted our ID and credit card to be left with him.... I've never heard of that. Anywho I wanted to cry I was so frustrated to be treated less than. Not sure what his intentions was but he came across not friendly, rude, and greedy/ sleazy, his cig was more important than the customer even. He stated he was the owner and had his reasons and could do what he wanted. This is my first bad review I've written in years. People be aware. Black people don't waste your time!! Not worth it. Bad energy.
