I was totally amazed at the service I received from Jim .l expected to have to replace my carpet because I tried to clean it myself with my Costco carpet cleaner. When Jim finished with my carpet it was truly dazzling I am definitely going to have him come back to clean the rest of the carpet that I have in my office and in my doctors office I highly recommend dazzle service because you truly get a dazzling result. I work in an apartment complex and one of my residents came in freaking out that the carpet people she had scheduled bailed on her. Shes an older women and had already prepped and moved all her furniture. Our own carpet people were booked and couldn't come in that day. I went on google and found Dazzle Stone and Fiber Care. James was able to squeeze her in between appointments. She was so thrilled with his work. I have carpet throughout my house which I am renting. Last summer, my landlord hired James to clean the carpets which haven't been cleaned in YEARS! I have two children, so you can imagine how filthy the carpet was when James came to clean them. It took him all day (because the carpet was so incredibly filthy), but the carpet looked absolutely amazing after he was done (it is a very light, taupe color...everything shows through!)!!! Today (almost 7 months later), James came to touch up the rooms and heavy traffic areas. James came and clean my carpets today and I am extremely happy on how my carpets look afterwards, brighter and the nap standing up like it was when it was new. I am a dog lover so the dogs kind of take over my house when it comes to running around the house and then out 1 exit to the doggy door, so that room in particular is used frequently. He is very professional and very friendly. He knows a lot about carpets, stone, tile, fabrics, he even taught me something today about carpets. His equipment doesn't have that run down look that other carpet cleaners have, his looks up to date. I thought his costs were reasonable. I would certainly have him out for the next cleaning job. I've reviewed Dazzle in the past because of the outstanding work done by James, the owner/operator and am repeating my review based on the superior job he did when he cleaned our carpets again today. Before we found Dazzle, we used a different service each year since none was able to remove a few set-in stains that always re-emerged within weeks of the other companies' work. James did a fantastic job again! As we have used before. This go around we needed chairs cleaned and they are white I did not think that they were going to be able to come clean but not only did they come clean they look brand new. He also took care of a white rug and it is perfect. We had carpets cleaned in bedrooms and they are over 15 years old and look new again. Dazzle cleaned our carpet and microfiber sectional. I've had my carpet cleaned by different carpet cleaners, but the same stains always come back after a few months. After using Dazzle, it's the first time the stains have yet to come back. I've recommended them to friends and family, and they are just as happy with the service as I am. Not only is James (the owner) very accommodating to busy moms schedule, but understood exactly what i needed by just looking at the stains that 2 young boys have left in my carpets. My Carpets have not been cleaned in over a year, yet when the job was complete, they looked and smelled like new! drying time was unbelievably fast! James arrived on time and provided the cost of all work before starting. My rugs are older and I assumed needed replacing soon. After James thorough cleaning I no longer feel the need to replace them. He did a fabulous job on my upholstery also, which included a chair that had seen better days but is now looking great. As usual our carpet was way beyond the "kind of" dirty stage, having a large dog that loves to rub herself all over the carpet, and kids and parents, who like to wear their shoes inside. I recently had tile (that looks like wood) installed in my living room and dining room. I called James from Dazzle to see if he could get the white film residue that was left on the tile after it was installed. He explained why it was white and how he would remove the film.
