I have had the pleasure of knowing Debbie and her beautiful lash extensions for several months. I love the natural look of her lashes,they never feel heavy, and her studio is so pretty and relaxing. I am a Zumba Fitness instructor, and sweat goes with my job. The money I spent on mascara was a waste when it would run down my face or in my eyes during class. Those days are over! My lashes always look great and sweat is never an issue with them, not anymore. Last and most importantly, Debbie is a kind hearted woman, and a true professional. The time and effort she puts into her job is something I wish there was more of with professionals. I had the most disturbing experience at this place. I went to get my lashes done, they came out pretty but I woke up the next morning with w swollen pink EYE LID. I went back, she said she would remove them and give me my money back. She told me to be there at 12pm, I waited till 12:15pm, I knocked on her door wanting to tell her we can reschedule because I had to go to work.. Her client opened the door telling me off and arguing with me. I was in shock! My eye is swollen and I was in time for my appointment. Then she wanted to only give me half my money! For what?! I woke up wit. A swollen eye and she wanted to keep my money. I was so saddened by her service and professionalism.. Oh and the great part!!! She said it happens to customers, their eyes get SWOLLEN!!! Wow really?! It's normal! Never again will I go here. read more

Debbie and I are a match made in lash heaven! Her private studio is calm, serene, and inviting. Her touch is gentle and the lashes are gorgeous! I only need to fill my lashes every 3 weeks cause they stay so well! They are perfectly placed and precise! They are lightweight and soften my eyes in just the right way... I am updating my review..I can no longer recommend Debbie. She closed her studio after having a baby in September and became completely unreliable. She moved to a shared studio in Tustin market place and that lasted not even a month. Then she started doing lashes out of her 1 bedroom apartment with a newborn, 2 children and another adult and needless to say that was not working. I would have appointments scheduled that she was constantly cancelling due to shared salon time issues and then children being sick at home. The last straw came when I had a 9am appointment and when I text her to confirm the day before she cancelled on me at 10pm the night before, with the explanation that her baby was sick from all the clients coming to her house! Prior to that I had shown up for an appointment and she was running close to an hour behind because she forgot her supplies. No call or text to let me know ahead of time before I had driven 20 minutes to get there, not to mention I had plans immediately after my scheduled appointment with her and it caused me to be late. Debbie, lacks the basic common courtesy for her clients time, schedules and their lives and is completely undependable. I had been going to Debbie for close to 6 years and the last few times I had gone to her she applied half the amount of lashes as she normally does and they did not stay on. Debbie is simply the BEST at lashes! I have been a client of Debbie's for almost 3 years and I am hooked. I have very sparse lashes and I don't want anything crazy. I love Debbie super amazing not just in her craft but also a beautiful compassionate person. I have been going to Debbie for 5 years she is super booked so call and make you appointment fast. But she is very accommodating so just let her know what works for you. I always get my lashes nice and full but they are still on for over a month, unless your lashes she'd or you workout everyday (sweat and oil tends to make them fall off FYI). I'm so disappointed. Came here in March 2018 after reading great reviews, so was very excited for my "new" lashes... Told Debbie I wanted VERY natural, "barely there" lashes. I came out looking like I had caterpillars on my eyes - VERY glam, not at all what I asked for. Several people commented on my lashes right away, like WOW because they were very noticeable, they looked like a strip lash where you glue on the whole strip. Super curled too, C curve not D curve, which is more natural. I contacted Debbie the same day and asked her to fix them and she agreed that she had made a mistake and this wasn't what I had asked for. In spite of admitting that the error was on her part, she said she would take off "a couple of lashes" to fix them, but if I wanted them fully fixed I would have to pay for a whole new set. So essentially she refused to fix them OR give me even a partial refund so I could have someone else fix them. I'm devastated, it was a huge waste of money - lashes are expensive and I had to pay someone else to take them off and start over completely - and in the beauty industry I think you have to really communicate as far as what someone wants, ask a lot of questions and clarify... and then most importantly stand by your work. read more
