The rear window would not work. I was quoted $725 to fix the issue. I was under the gun because I was selling the car within a few days. I went to YouTube. and the issue came up very quickly on what was needed. I was charged $275 for the part which was the wrong part. I did not need the motor nothing wrong with it. I told the guys you need to clear the yellow code after the repair. Christian nodded his head like yup. When I was told the car was ready. I asked if code had been cleared . Yes I was told no problem. I paid the outrageous bill.. For in the car code NOT cleared . I waited 45 mins no luck. I had to leave and come back. I will never bring my car to these guys again JOKE. I've gone in for new breaks and for a state inspection. I like their texting system where they give you all the details of what should be done to your car and they clearly outlay the pricing. They also don't just jump to do it, you can either go and take your car back or approve the work to be done. The inspection process was also super easy for my husband and I. I know other reviews mention running into issues with an inspection here-- that was not what both my husband and I experienced. They gave a clear list of everything passing and had us on our way. We will continue to visit L&S Auto when we need work done on our cars or state inspections!
