I'm posting this to give the people of yelp information I wish I had had…read more 1. A1 has been sold to another company, so someone else will show up to install the door. This was never communicated to me. Also I needed to re-explain things to the people who came in to do the work. Frankly this just came across as deceptive. 2. They either lied about lead times or they straight up forgot to place my order and then lied about it. They said it would take six weeks it took 12. I actually checked in at 6 weeks and it sounded very clearly like they didn't have my order and then they backtracked. 3. The installers left a mess. This is the clincher for me... leave the place cleaner than you came. I ended up with extra holes in my ceiling, drywall dust and screws all over the floor. It was just unprofessional. All in all this was an expensive service and they were grumpy, rude and don't deserve my business (or yours frankly). 4. They installed an insulated door without seals with the shrug of -- well we just don't do that anymore. An insulated door without seals is pointless. Then don't install an insulated door. 5. They are a pain to deal with. No email just an answering service, it was just difficult to get clarification on things. So why three stars after all this... I have a door and it appears to be installed correctly. When you are spending these absurd prices for a garage door frankly I expect better service.

He texted us updates on his timing and progress throughout the day, and unfortunately (mostly for him because of all the driving back and forth he had to do!) he had to come back to replace one of the panels the next day (to add windows) because of confusion with his supplier, but he got it done quickly. The brand new system he installed is working out great with the WiFi connectivity, camera, automatic lighting, and the whisper quiet door itself. I called the business and they actually arrived within a couple of hours with a new opener. They clearly explained why the opener failed and that spring and other elements needed tending to for it not to fail again. They were willing to fix those items on the spot as well, yet I knew I wanted to replace the door itself at some point, and they told me they can do that in a day! I took them up on the offer and they followed up with a quote and timeline. They came around the next morning, completed the work in the time stated, and did an utmost professional job, cleaning up well after it and taking the old door away. They certainly set a high bar for how I will expect other businesses to work from now on!

They had excellent reviews by customers and a 4.9 star rating. We gave them a call and were told they could be here today between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Elad was very punctual and arrived at exactly 12:30pm. He took a look at our garage door and assessed the situation. The bolts on our garage door needed to be tightened. Many had become loose over time. He increased the tension of the spring coils because our garage door off balance and he replaced all the metal rollers within the metal track. He said it would take him about 45 minutes to fix. Everything worked out great. He did exactly as he had promised and with great efficiency. He made sure to show us, before he left, what got replaced. The garage door opens and closes so much smoother and better than before. It's much quieter too. Elad, was very professional and kind. He did an amazing job fixing our garage door. My husband and I appreciated that he could fix it the same day we called. We will definitely reach out to him in the future if need be, for our garage door needs.

My garage wasn't closing because of the sensors. The tech said they don't make those sensors anymore (took his word for it which may have been a mistake). I wasn't there so asked if I could pay over the phone with a credit card said that's fine. Then when it came time to pay he told me there was a 3% credit card fee which was made illegal in 2024. Had no choice but to pay it so they'd leave the tenants property.
