Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. I was told someone would come out to take a look, but no one showed up. I called again and was told they would come out the next day. Again, no one showed up. I then received an apology and was told I was penciled in for Tuesday and that they could probably provide me with a quote if I sent pictures, my address, and my personal information. I did exactly that and provided everything they requested. Still no quote. I eventually called again because I never received the promised email. I was then told that they thought they had already given me the quote. They hadn't. And, once again, no one came out on Tuesday as promised. At this point, it was just excuse after excuse after excuse. I spent my time making calls, sending pictures and information, and trying to accommodate their schedule, only to never receive the basic service I originally requested. I honestly don't understand how this company has so many positive reviews based on my experience. Regardless, I would never use or recommend this company.
