His team of 3 guys cleans my house (downstairs only) every 2 weeks for $70 -- that's *half* the price of the other service I had been using, and they do just as good a job or better. That's $70 for ~1500 square feet -- kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bedroom, laundry room, great room, dining room. They blitz in, work like crazy for an hour, and they're gone. It's great. One time they showed up but were unable to clean -- the water to my house had been unexpectedly turned off by a maintenance crew -- and Marcos' team left and didn't charge me for the wasted day. I appreciated that -- a lot of services, if you cancel at the last minute, they charge you anyway for their wasted time. When you call, Marcos comes out to take a look at your place and give you an estimate. His team can also do special one-off services for an additional fee, like cleaning out your refrigerator, washing windows, caulking your tub, etc.
