This is my first cleaning service, and after 2 visits I am very satisfied! Robert and Simone are hyper fast at cleaning, I assumed we would need a larger deep cleaning effort as it was our first time but after just the first visit it looked great. They worked very independently, I work from home and there was no disturbance, they basically cleaned everything without any instructions and did at least 1.5-2x as much as I'd be able to do in the same time span. Even gave a bunch of cleaning tips, such as throwing some stovetop overhead panels in the wash, which we had never done. Robert and Simone are very friendly, I love Robert's sarcastic humor. They even dealt with our reactive dog well, who has to be crated for the visit which blocks off an area - they cleaned around him effectively and he even relaxed on the second visit which is not the case for most people. OMG! I truly, truly can't believe how hard they worked (2 people) on this place that needed to be cleaned. The place probably haven't been really cleaned 10+ years after a move-out situation. Okay, some of the old plastic things around the place fell apart during the cleaning, but I didn't worry. Why be upset when this the place is pretty old? The point is to get the move-in, move-out situation to be cleaned. Tip: Make sure to have the whole day off. They really worked fast, hard, but this place really needed a major 1 day cleaning. I didn't have all the pictures posted, but here are some of the major cleaning: 1. flat top stove - degreased, cleaned. 2. Refrigerator - wow. 3. Cabinets - degreased, cleaned (double thumbs up). 4. Bathroom (hell) - magically cleaned!!! I was super amazed. No to me, really! 5. Inner toilet - Yeah they even got most (98%) of lime from it! Yuck! 6. Windows - I could see the outside now! Describing it doesn't really help. You'll have to post pictures and see it to believe it. Realizing at the end, there is no way I would be able to clean this place. This is no ordinary cleaning! They don't have machines to do this. All by hands, deep cleaning!!! They accept credit cards, but give them cash and tip. They really deserve it!!! read more

I just wanted basic dusting of blinds, wiping down of surfaces & baseboards, mopping, and some vacuuming. I was quoted $160 for a two hour minimum ($40 an hour per person, usually 2-person team). We hired DD Cleaners to do a deep cleaning in our 1850 sq ft home. It had been about five years since we moved in and had only been professionally cleaned one other time. The cleaners were scheduled from 8:30 to 11:30. Robert and Vu arrived a little late but they brought all their equipment in and got right to work. They were very friendly and hardworking. Although they weren't able to complete everything on my list in the time frame allotted, the things that they did get to were very clean. I do think that they could have managed their time and prioritized a little better, but all-in-all it was a job well done. NOTE: I was contacted by Megan just hours after writing my initial review. She didn't like that I gave them 3 stars and wrote a detailed review of my experience with DD Cleaners. She spoke on their behalf for over 20 minutes. I was (strongly) asked to remove my review so that there was no tarnish on the cleaners' records. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of good ratings and having satisfied customers, but that was wrong. I clearly didn't get the same 5 star service that everyone else here did and I am entitled to share my experience. Not every job is perfect. It had been awhile since having a deep cleaning on our place. Between me flying 250+ flights a year, and then traveling for fun it is easy to let things get a little dusty. I looked through a lot of reviews on Yelp for other cleaners and noticed a couple of things. There are a large number of cleaners if you read the reviews where they came out, completely changed their estimate and were not very service oriented. Among those there are also a lot of cleaners that seem to have a pretty equal number of 1 and 5 star reviews. These mostly look to me like them getting people to write 5's to balance out 1's. This isn't the case with DD - great reviews overall, Meghan was very responsive on email and her cleaning crew that came out were fantastic. They needed about an extra than what we estimated on the phone but this was totally within expectations. Our place now feels really, really clean. They were super thorough and updated us when needed throughout the day. I have had less than stellar results in the past and was a bit wary but now I will definitely be re-hiring them in the future. read more

We went through 4 different cleaners and none had meet our standards which are very basics. I have received a flat rate with a fix schedule right after my first time cleaning. I also found them very easy to communicate i mean speak and understand english. Their workers are employee of the company and they ensured and licensed which was matter for us for reliability aspect . They were on time usually 5 min before the clock. I estimated for three hrs and before i used to have cleaner for one hr and two hrs which means they spend enough time and attention to the details . They provide their cleaning supplies and since i have allergies i asked for organics products and they did provided . So i think i mentioned the main list of why we chose this crew most importantly they are small local business and I personally support them to grow because they're trying harder to keep their repetition good . First off, let me just say that I am dealing with a torn rota-tor cuff, since early December, and am FINALLY having surgery on the 18th. Whoop, whoop. I contacted several cleaning services and DD was the only one that gave me the time of day without a "sales pitch". They just finished cleaning this disaster of an apartment , remember I tore a shoulder muscle in December and housecleaning sucks trying to do it one handed (without a lot of practice).
