Zaina was extremely helpful. She asked questions about firmness, configuration, fabric etc and we narrowed down the couch fairly fast. If I would have gone in by myself without help I would have been overwhelmed. Zaina made it seamless. She also reconfirmed my choices throughout the ordering process just to make sure everything was correct. Also I had multiple sales people come by and compliment me on various things. I don't know if that's something management asks the employees to do, but their compliments sounded sincere and every person I interacted with was super friendly. So this review is purely based on my initial experience. I'm hopeful that the rest of my experience turns out great and then I'll add an update to my review.

I've been a customer for years and was curious about what this meant for one of my favorite stores. Happily, The Container Store has not lost any of its organizational charm. Inventory seems to have lessened a little, but I could still find familiar products and categories. At the time of my visit, there was a 30% off Store-wide sale on all products, except their signature elfa shelving units, I think. That's a pretty good sale for The Container Store! I also found a 60% off section and a Clearance 70% off area in the far back corner of the store. I ended up buying a collapsible hamper bag for only $8.79. Did I see a presence of Bed Bath & Beyond? Besides the signage on the automatic sliding front glass doors, perhaps a little bit, but not enough to recall. Maybe some furniture and sheets? I dunno. Customer service has always been friendly, helpful and available. Will I return? You betcha!
