The person I spoke with said he'd reach out to the technician and let me know. At 11:30, no word from Tayloe. Called again and told they pulled the wrong work order/that the truck broke down but would be here in 20 minutes. It's 2:30 pm. No word, no show. All I want is a REALISTIC timeframe of when to expect them -- or if they needed to cancel. I've wasted the whole day waiting at home. This company has great ratings. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once.
