It was a no-pressure, informative approach that I appreciate when you're dealing with something you don't know anything about. Mark was calm, friendly, approachable and professional. He clearly explained and showed me what the issue was, how it happens, and how to properly maintain the dryer going forward. He cleaned up after himself (which I appreciate) and I was left with an almost new dryer! Hoping I won't need to but will definitely be reaching out again when the next appliance goes out!

He showed up when he said he would and communicated with me throughout. I am currently renting out my house and not residing there, so good communication was particularly important. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the dryer. The dishwasher was more complex. Again, he communicated with me on a regular basis. When it looked like the repairs would be expensive, he walked through the options with me and showed that a replacement would likely be the better choice, even though he would have made money off the repair. In the end, I did choose to replace it and Bo didn't charge me for the time he spent working on the dishwasher. I would definitely use Zuta again. Some of the qualities I liked about the experience was Bo's competence, honesty, reliability, good communication, and the quality of his work.

Our built-in drawer Sharp microwave stopped heating after less than 1 year of use. However, because…read moreit was just barely past 1 year of the shipping arrival date, it was not covered by the 1-year comprehensive warranty. After spending more than $1500 on this crappy microwave, I vowed not to use the Sharp repair program ($300-400) or any Sharp affiliated appliance repair companies. However, I could not find any replacement built-in microwaves of the same size. Through many months of phone calls and emails, I was finally able to receive the replacement part (magnetron) covered under the 5-year magnetron warranty. Labor was not included in this parts warranty. I called a few appliance repair companies. One said they do not service microwave. Then, I was able to schedule with Urban and Denis gave me a verbal quote over the phone ($275). I usually price compare, but I felt this was a pretty reasonable price so we scheduled for a site visit just a few days later. Marat came to do the repair and within 1 hour we had a working microwave again! So the moral of my story is that I'll never buy anything from Sharp again, but I will not hesitate to call Urban again for my appliance repair needs :)

They were mindful about not creating a mess and cleaning up afterwards. I would consider them for any of my clients' jobs in the future due to their confidence and well run business. Viktor showed up on the early side of the 3-5pm window and shot me a call and text when he was about 20 minutes away. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, as soon as he saw it was KitchenAid he said he was 90% sure it was a common issue but not serious one that he sees often in KA units and sure enough it was! He gave me some great tips on how to maintain the dishwasher as well and also suggested a couple of dishwashers to consider in the future. He then took a look at our fridge and gave me a couple of pointers on maintaining it, but also shared because it's a built-in replacing it will be $10-$15 for a new unit and suggested a couple of refurbish services they can do for much less but also said it's not needed yet. Pricing was upfront and more than fair, highly recommend Hi-Tech and Viktor is great!

Viktor…read morevisited our home twice--once to diagnose the issue with our SMEG (Model: FAB32UWHLN) and a second time to complete the repair after researching and ordering the specific control board we needed. While the initial diagnostic fee was a bit higher than some other companies, the value was clearly there. Viktor was truly invested in ensuring the appliance was actually fixed rather than just guessing at the problem. During the repair, he was incredibly thorough, rechecking all key components including the compressor and fan. He even took the time to show me exactly where the original control board had failed, which I really appreciated. Since Hi-Tech specializes in high-end appliances, they understand that repairing a quality machine is often much better than replacing it. If you want someone who is meticulous and knowledgeable about premium brands, Viktor is your guy.

I have a dual GE Café gas oven/range, and the larger oven stopped working. I called Top Repair and…read morea tech came out to assess it -- turned out the igniter needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part on hand, so I paid for the part and the service call. He estimated 7-10 business days, but they got it in just 3, so my oven was back up and running in less than a week. After he installed the igniter, we ran a test on all the functions and discovered the convection wasn't working. He pulled the stove out, ran a diagnostic, and showed me that the control board was burnt out and not getting power. Replacing it would run $600, so I chose to hold off since the oven itself works fine and I rarely use the convection feature but I'll definitely be calling them back when I'm ready, because a new range runs about $4K and that's not a conversation I want to have right now. Total cost for the igniter repair was $300. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and got the job done without any drama. I highly recommend Top Repair they'll get you up and running again without breaking the bank, and the quality of work is top notch.

It's usually something that you need right away, but you don't want to spend unnecessarily. Top Repair confidently walked me through the whole process. They have a very tightly organized customer service response, they use the technology well to respond to quote requests and information calls quickly. Then, for a standard fee, they will come and assess the issue, and then that whole fee goes toward paying for the repair if you choose to use them. The person who came out was the owner, Bagy (BAH-gee). He was amazing. Quickly understood the problem, quoted me the cost of parts and repair, ordered the part and came 2 days later and finished the job quickly. Very calm, cool, and direct about everything. Later, a further issue came up (something we both feared might happen) and he came and did another assessment, fixed some programming as part of the visit, gave me really good options and, if the problem persists, I can call him back, he knows what needs to be done and today's consultation fee still applies to the final job! These guys will not play with you. They will figure out the issue, get it fixed, and be done quickly and neatly. They're in my speed dial now. It's so nice to have someone that I can call regularly for a whole house full of issues.
