After answering a few questions and determining a date and time, I made my deposit and received several reminders in the week leading up to my appointment. The location was easy to find, close to the 408, and had plenty of free parking. Inside the facilities were clean and well arranged. The quality of service was superb. This is a treatment that I really wanted to do as I have super frizzy hair that is thick and very curly. I made an appointment via their convenient online portal for nanoplastia treatment and came in on a Friday. I was greeted by Angela the receptionist who was very friendly. Irina did my nanoplastia and she was absolutely wonderful! She told me the cost upfront which I appreciated and walked me through the process. The end result was beautiful shiny frizz free hair that I always wanted. It was so worth it and I love the way it came out! I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my full experience for anyone considering nanoplastia at this salon. I came in hoping for the smooth, long-lasting results that are promoted on the salon's website and social media. I was told the treatment would last between 6-10 months. I followed all the aftercare instructions exactly--using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and blow-drying my hair after every wash. After the very first wash, my hair went back to being frizzy and curly. I reached out and was offered a touch-up, which I accepted. But after the second treatment, the results again faded in under a month--and that's when the tone changed completely. From that point on, they kept shifting the blame to me. First, they said maybe I wasn't blow-drying correctly or not using sulfate free products. Then they suggested it might be new hair growth--even though the frizz was mid-length. Finally, they told me my hair type might not be suitable for the treatment. But that's something a professional should determine before performing a chemical service. It's not acceptable to blame the client after the results don't hold up. What made things even worse is that I've been experiencing severe hair fall since the treatment--something I brought to their attention, but again, it was dismissed. This wasn't just about the treatment not lasting--it was about damage that has affected my hair's health and appearance. I asked for a partial refund or full usable credit. After weeks of back and forth, they offered a credit--but limited to 30% per visit. That means I would need to spend $500 just to redeem it fully. In the end, it felt more like a marketing strategy to get me to spend more money than a genuine effort to make things right. On top of that, they repeatedly called the credit a gesture of "generosity" or a favor. Honestly, that felt shaming and dismissive. I wasn't asking for a favor--I was asking for fairness for a treatment that didn't work as advertised, even after two tries. This experience was emotionally exhausting. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt blamed, unheard, and dismissed. What should have been a self-care moment turned into weeks of stress and disappointment. I also noticed that most of the glowing reviews for this treatment seem to be taken right after the appointment--when the hair is freshly styled. They don't reflect how the results actually last over time. The treatment was advertised to last 6-10 months, but in my case it barely held for a few weeks--and I believe people deserve to know that possibility before spending hundreds of dollars. I'm sharing this to help others make a fully informed decision. Ask questions. Ask what happens if the treatment fails. And ask how concerns will be handled--because in my case, I was left feeling let down and unfairly blamed. read more

Five Stars I love coming here! Getting my Quarterly Nanoplastia Done. This is my second treatment, my last one was 5 months ago and I wanted to come in to get it done again for maintenance and keeping my hair looking beautiful straight and shiny at all times. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming and I will be coming here forever now especially since its so close to my house and they do a phenomenal job on my hair every time. I was super skeptical of getting my lashes done but wanted to try it out prior to a wedding I had. Before going to Nora, I made an appointment at a local salon in Winter Park, and after getting them done was not impressed. The Winter Park salon was totally not affordable and the equivalent of Nora's 3d style was falling out like crazy after a few days. My coworker recommended Nora this past January, and I haven't looked back. SHE IS AMAZING! Her quality and price is like none other that I have found or heard of. She is a perfectionist, which being nit picky myself, I love. She takes her time to explain the different products and how to properly care for your extensions and natural lashes. She is super careful and gentle so much so that I embarrassingly have fallen asleep multiple times as she's pampering me. One of my worries was also that my natural lashes were getting damaged. After 8 months, I mentioned this to Nora and she assured me that my natural lashes were still super healthy. She snapped a picture and sent it to me later that night and it honestly took me a second to realize that they were my natural lashes, not my extensions. Still super healthy after all this time! I constantly get complimented on my lashes in public and get asked where I get them done. I've tried different styles, lengths, and varied from 3D and 2D, they all look AMAZING! (See pictures attached). Typically, they last me 5 weeks and still look super fresh. I actually even stopped wearing makeup because I feel complete with my lashes. Whether this be your first time, or your an extension veteran looking for someone to appreciate you and your lashes, I recommend going to Nora. I used to get them done in Winter Park at an "upscale" boutique... there was no consistency and every appointment was with a different tech. So I decided to try a place in Orlando. That place was overly priced and I had different technician at every appointment and some were not even certified nor did they speak English. Finally I found Nora and I'm so fortunate.
