Stuff i would never use mixed in with GAP. If you wanted gap, you had to buy the extras. I will never purchase from Northwest Harley ever again. People were great, but the add ons that you have to buy to get Gap is horrible. To answer your question, yes i told them i just wanted gap and they told me i had to buy the lowest tier package to get it. Also, fun fact, small print to their "Powertrain Warranty at no cost to you" You have to bring your bike to them every 2500 miles to have it inspected by them at $300+ each time. Or it voids the warranty. You also need to have them do ALL work done by their shop. So a 17k bike ended up costing me 23k due to accessive add-ons that arent optional. Never again.

I had to put a few more accessories on the bikes and noticed that the OEM fasteners were missing in certain areas and some were just the wrong bolt and needed a washer to jerry rig the pieces together. If someone can even put a bolt back where they found it, we have a problem. I began to investigate further, he wrote down the valve clearance on the receipt and when I looked it up, it was the wrong valve clearance! I called up a Honda dealership and explained the problem and they were able to get me in right away and verify that indeed, the valve clearance was definitely wrong. Vince would say that there is a discrepancy in the manual between metric and SAE. In the end, I spent another $2000 to have the job done right. Vince would say I should have brought it back to him, but the trust was long gone at that point. I left some very specific notes on what was needed to be completed and what I did NOT want done. He put the wrong oil in the bikes, he used air filters I did not want or replaced. Bottom line, I brought the issues to Vince's attention and he did nothing to make it right. I would NOT recommend anyone use Vince and save their money!

I went in to get my derailleur adjusted for some ghost shifting issues and to bleed my breaks since it had been a few years and I noticed that my rear breaks were feeling spongy and were taking a while to engage. I have a hardtail mountain bike that I like taking out on trails, so I did not want to be dependent upon my front breaks. I was told that they would take a look at my bike and then text me a quote for how much the service would cost before they did any adjustments. They did not text me a quote for service, but instead went ahead and made the adjustments without my permission. When I went to pick up my bike, I was ignored while they helped the men who walked in well after me. When I was finally able to get my bike, I was told that my breads did not need to bleed since they felt "solid" and just needed a little extra pull on the lever. I was then condescendingly told about my front breaks, and to "use this one when you're going downhill too fast and feel scared". Rode my bike around a bit, and the issue with my derailleur is not fixed. This shop is a waste of time and money.

Maximillian Motorsports was recommended to me by Auto Tech Services out of Rochester. Unfortunately, due to the experience I had here, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to either business ever again. I brought my 2013 BMW 328i to them with a check engine light, but the vehicle was still running and drivable. Their own initial notes stated that though it had a rough idle, the car drove okay. After a two week wait and based on their diagnosis, I approved a major Valvetronic repair totaling several thousand dollars because I trusted their professional recommendation that it would resolve the issue. After the repair, the vehicle was in significantly worse condition and would no longer maintain idle properly. I raised my concerns and was eventually contacted directly by the owner, Max, who told me the car had been personally test driven, was in better condition than when I brought it in, and was drivable, although it still had a rough idle and needed additional work. Based on those assurances, I paid the remaining balance and picked the vehicle up. After a sketchy drive home the car home, it would no longer stay running at all. I understand older European vehicles can have multiple underlying issues, and I was never expecting perfection. My frustration comes from paying thousands of dollars (6000 total) for a repair that ultimately left the vehicle in worse condition than when it arrived. Communication throughout the process was poor and inconsistent, and expectations were not clearly communicated. Even the owner, Max himself, acknowledged directly to me that the business needed to improve its communication and standards. I attempted multiple times to resolve this professionally before posting this review. I would strongly encourage anyone considering major repairs here to make sure they fully understand the risks, possible outcomes, and financial implications before approving expensive work through Maximillian Motorsports.

As the bill went up to refurbish my suspension, no fault of MX Trends, he took the time to salvage anything he could and get me the best deal on parts possible. The turn around was much faster than expected especially with the amount of work that went into it. My suspension feels so much more progressive and smooth now, like a new bike.
