I've often had difficulties even getting a response. Well, I can confidently say that relief has come in the form of D'Ambruoso Plumbing! I originally got in touch with them last year to do some work and was very, very pleasantly surprised. This family crew is professional, prompt, punctual, courteous, polite, informative, and any other superlative you can think of. Not to mention the price seemed almost too low, that's never a bad thing, especially in today's economy! Vincent from D'Ambruoso came out last year and again recently and as usual did fantastic work. He explained everything in simple terms for me and unlike some others we've worked with, I didn't feel talked down to. I was very pleased with their work and when we needed them to come back to the house, I didn't hesitate to reach out again. He was able to come back out in a week and fix a leak in the basement by changing some pipes out. Vincent also took a look at some other issues we had and offered recommendations on how to fix them. Again, the price was low and the work was excellent! Couldn't be more satisfied. There's simply no competition, D'Ambruoso is the ONLY team I'll ever use. When…read moreI arrived at my condo on a Saturday night and found my water heater leaking I needed help fast. Being the weekend I did not expect the response I got. I left a message on their phone Sunday morning, got a text back later in the day, and provided them with all the info they needed. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient. I have already recommended them to several friends, and will use them for any future plumbing/heating needs.

Very polite and helpful on the directions on running it. I don't know if you can request a certain delivery team to deliver to your home but I definitely would want these two gentleman. We filed a claim with them (insurance is Sedgwick claim number 20251011935) they passed it off to rxo who fwd to another insurance,come to find out the delivery was sub contracted out to a deliver company out of Florida that did not have proper insurance coverage for the clean up (months later still not done) only thing that was paid for was a couple of mail box's, us the contractor was not paid for the time forced there or the down time because order got reloaded on the truck for no apparent reason.Home depot and Sedgwick did not help the customers or contractors passed the blame around left a epa nightmare ,did not make sure they where properly insured and has refused to make this right.Home depot has not stood behind what has happened,has not made it right,me as a contractor should not have to fight because of there screw up the right thing would be take care of it and for them to fight with there subcontractors....you destroyed properties,damaged land,spilt fluids into the ground,destroyed properties,hit a electric pole,caused a contractor to loose a lot of money and down time and did nothing to rectify the problem.You did not follow the letter of nh law,you did not file the proper paperwork for the spillage caused by you with the epa within the allowable time frame and you did not reimburse our Financial loss. so now I have to look back on all the times we've been purchasing from Home Depot, and say that a company that would willingly not clean up and environmental hazard that they caused, and does not stand by their contractors who are purchasing from them to do jobs,I must say time to go elsewhere.I included some pictures.3 different property where damaged in the process.notice the link they sent at the bottom...does not fix anything....emailed the ceo no response....i gues Home Depot does not care about the environment and contractors that buy off them.These are just some of the pictures.hd will most likely provide a link that does not help,there insurance does not hold up there end of the barging and likes to pass the buck ,lack of insurance by trucking company and still employed at hd.they did not do right and did not do anything other then finally pay for some mailboxes....is this a company you are willing to support?

Very nice job. Tom Mullen, the owner, is really on top of it all. He had some issues with employees…read moreusing drugs, but he stepped up to the plate, fired the users, and completed the job himself in very bad weather. Our roof looks beautiful and doesn't leak. Tom custom-crafted a gutter over our garden window, where we had a major problem with rain hitting it and making so much noise that we couldn't hear ourselves think! Now, no noise at all. Tom told us he would do his best, but was reluctant to guarantee the performance of the gutter, as it was an add-on to the house. Not to worry...it's PERFECT. Such nice people, such a good job...and our house was a very difficult job, given the roof height and the multiple gables. A great job overall. Would definitely recommend Black Ox!
