We're highly satisfied with their service both propane and also customer orientation. The automatic delivery system frees us from having to constantly check on our propane - even though I am cognizant of the level just because I'm obsessed with preparedness and I start calling when the level goes below 40% (the same propane tank powers the standby whole-house generator so a good supply is necessary). I gather they've got used to my consternation and the tank seldom goes below 50% before I have a tanker pulling to the house. Rymes offers convenient payment plans, whether market rate, fixed rate, graduated, etc. Some are clear winners if the price remains stable or decreases, some grant peace of mind against fluctuating prices during the Winter. Something for everyone. We most recently purchased a new water heater as replacement for our old one. Dealing with Jeff in the pricing, purchase and installation has been a pleasure.
