Seriously I've been using this service for about 2 years, never had an issue when it was Isreal taking care of my mechanical needs. He always was on time & did an excellent job. Fast forward now all of a sudden Isreal & not sure of the other guy name but they have vanished So now I've been communicating with Liz & supposedly the owner Hector So my Lincoln truck was diagnosed by Isreal that it needed a motor b4 he vanished. Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee. I have lived in the Indy area for 10 years. I never found an auto repair shop that I could fully trust until I started coming to Meineke. Several dealership service teams I've been to also provide good service, but those places are zoos and the service teams often forget your face/name. The guys at Meineke don't. My wife even (somewhat) enjoys bringing her car in - that once seemed impossible!!

Was suppose to have a rack and pinion replaced but didn't see my 2015 Lexus gx460 from April 15th to June 15th (2 months) and they messed up multiple things -rack and pinion not fixed and made a drivable care completely un-drivable -tried to give me the car back without the new $1000 tires I bought with the rack and pinion -somehow cut through my passenger seat belt!?!? Don't know how the **** that even happens -still needs aligned after 2 months AND NEW TIRES -now somehow my airbag is no longer working?!?!? If you like your car, money, or time don't go here.
