I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.

I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.

Fast forward now all of a sudden Isreal & not sure of the other guy name but they have vanished So now I've been communicating with Liz & supposedly the owner Hector So my Lincoln truck was diagnosed by Isreal that it needed a motor b4 he vanished. Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee.
