Tommy was great. Very speedy communication.. Tommy was courteous. I was searching for a good used car for my granddaughter with low mileage. And I saw an ad on Facebook marketplace. I requested a Carfax and additional information and Tommi sent it to me

It was pleasure of purchasing our new high-end Toyota hybrid from Jay Wolfe Toyota, and we can say without hesitation that this was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What truly distinguished this purchase was the professionalism, character, attentiveness, and genuine care demonstrated by our salesperson, Wade Sandrell. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, Wade Sandrell consistently gave us his undivided attention, patience, and personal commitment. That level of attentiveness continued throughout the entire process, including the approximately four-month wait while our high-end hybrid Toyota was being manufactured at a Toyota production facility. Of course anyone who has ordered a highly sought-after vehicle understands that waiting several months can create uncertainty and anticipation. Wade remained engaged, communicative, professional, and reassuring throughout that entire period. What impressed us most, however, was that Wade's excellence went far beyond simply selling us a vehicle. His genuine way of being, personal values, integrity, character, and commitment to his customers were evident throughout our entire experience. He wasn't simply focused on completing a transaction. He focused on building a relationship, understanding our expectations, answering our questions, paying attention to the smallest details, and making certain that we felt valued every step of the way; that distinction mattered. In fact, Wade Sandrell made the difference in our decision to spend our money at Jay Wolfe Toyota rather than returning to the Lexus or Mercedes-Benz dealerships we have purchased from in the past. When customers have options and especially when they are considering premium and luxury brands, the experience surrounding the purchase can be just as important as the vehicle itself based on our interactions. Wade, on behalf of the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership earned our business through trust, professionalism, and genuine customer care. His personable approach, attention to detail, responsiveness, patience, and ability to establish a meaningful customer relationship were truly outstanding. He demonstrated that exceptional salesmanship isn't about applying pressure or simply closing a deal. It is about listening, understanding, communicating, serving, and building trust. From a customer's perspective, Wade Sandrell is a model for what a vehicle salesperson should aspire to be and emulate. He represents the type of employee every dealership should want representing its brand. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Finance Director at Jay Wolfe Toyota. The finance portion of purchasing a new vehicle was thorough, but it was not complicated or stressful, and the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and precision. The financial requirements were seamless, organized, transparent, and efficient, helping ensure that the purchase of our new vehicle proceeded smoothly from beginning to completion. My wife and I also appreciated the information and guidance regarding preventative maintenance and available options designed to help us keep our new vehicle in pristine condition, dependable operation, and long-term operational readiness with a high regards for safety. Such level of follow-through reinforced our confidence that our relationship with the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership extends well beyond the day we drove our new vehicle off the lot. We are immensely appreciative of the dealership owner, our salesperson, Wade Sandrell, the finance director, and the entire Jay Wolfe Toyota organization for the exceptional new vehicle purchasing experience and leadership demonstrated. If you are considering purchasing a Toyota, we highly recommend giving Jay Wolfe Toyota an opportunity to earn your Our five-star rating is easy to give and thoroughly desIerved.

These folks have no clue what they're doing, especially the service department. What a bunch of clowns! I called the day before to schedule an appointment for an oil change. When the person booked the appointment, they made note of the make, model and year of my car, which is a 2020 Mercedes Benz CLS53 AMG. When I showed up to the appointment, the service manager told me it might be awhile because they didn't have the correct oil and filter on-hand for my car. He made a call to someone and they said they could have the correct products there in short time, so I stayed. Then, I mentioned to the service representative that when I bought the car from Toyota of Cedar Park in Texas, I purchased a "Prepaid Maintenance Plan" (PMP) through "Toyota Auto Care" for $1000 that was supposed to cover oil changes and tire rotations for 36mo/40kmi. but could ONLY be used at Toyota dealerships. She asked me to email her the contract, which I did. At the same time I purchased the PMP through Toyota Auto Care, I paid nearly $6000 for a "Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract" (MBSC) through APEX that covers everything else outside of regular maintenance, like oil changes. Both, the PMP and the MBSC contracts are included in the same PDF file that I emailed to the service rep at Jay Wolfe Toyota. A short time later, here comes the Service Manager to inform me that he "Called Toyota and they said that I only have a Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract and that it does not cover oil changes." Knowing that was incorrect, I asked for my car back and left. I immediately called Toyota of Cedar Park and spoke to a service rep who promptly checked their system and confirmed that it shows TWO SEPARATE CONTRACTS, one was the PMP and the other the MBSC, and that, YES, the PMP does cover oil changes and tire rotations. They have no clue why other Toyota dealers (yes, I have now been to more than one and the 2nd dealership experience was even worse!) aren't getting it. I wouldn't recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota to anyone for anything.

I was buying a car and hoping to trade my older one in. Right away the manager came back in and said my car "wouldn't even start." Now, my car has a lot of problems but that was not one of them. He flat out lied to try and devalue my car and then offered me $100 for it. You can get that just for the battery! Absurd and insulting. The salesmen are crooks like you read about, unwilling to work with you much on price and tack on an almost $700 admin fee at the end when you're too tired to fight. Just down the street at Acura, they waived their fee for me immediately. Every lie in the book was used on me at DTEC, like I was an idiot (I look much younger than I am which was even commented on and clearly I was treated like I'm young and dumb), but I played the part because I liked the car. I was there from 11am to close. I was starving and getting dizzy. My salesman offered me a sandwich and pulled out his phone but clearly never intended to spend his precious scheckles. By the end I was so low blood sugar, I could hardly function and what did they do? They locked me in a room with Mike, the Finance Manager, who my dealer Reed boasted was "such a great guy" before I went in. Mike in no way lived up to this. In fact, he was the worst part of the entire experience. Rude, unprofessional, and uncompassionate. I told him many times I was tired, had a long day, I was hungry and not feeling well. He continued to HARD SELL me a warranty that I politely declined so many times I lost count. He just sat there and continued to crunch numbers to get his precious warranty in the bag. I finally convinced him to let me sleep on it. I asked several times if someone could provide me with a ride to pick up my car the next day, after spending nearly 30,0000 dollars!!! NOPE. TOUGH LUCK. "GET AN UBER." DISGUSTING!!! I told my Uber driver this and even he was disgusted and said he would never shop there. He was so appalled he said he was going to call them and tell them. I was a salesman when I was 16. I outsold everyone at my store and I did it by being honest, respecting my customers and caring for their needs. You will NOT find that at David Taylor. I Ubered in the next day, still tired and squeezing in between work appointments. I told them I was short on time and had to be in and out. Reed said I needed to see Mike again. I flat out told him I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE and did not want to talk about warranties, to which he callously replied, "Tell him." THEY LOCKED ME IN A ROOM WITH MIKE AGAIN WHERE HE CONTINUED TO HARD SELL ME AGAIN ANYWAY!" I politely declined again and again until I finally had to SHOUT at him and tell him to leave me alone, get my car, and get me out. I told him "You guys already took me for everything I have." He scoffed and mocked me "Pff Everything you have." Super professional, bud! I could go on but I would fire you immediately! I work in radio and know A LOT of people. I host my own show which thousands of people listen to around the world. I worked in Hollywood movies before that. Really not a bright idea to make this kind of impression on me. Just a little kindness, a little effort to make their customer happy would have gone a long way. Here's the cherry on top. The next day, I noticed damage on the car. I called Reed and he of course denied all knowledge and didn't care, passing me over to the higher ups. I called Burt and he never bothered to call me back. I'm guessing they will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help, as is their usual motto at this dealership. I was lucky and unfortunate enough to find the car I wanted here, but will never go back and never recommend. I had such a terrific experience at the dealer down the road and left them a great review even though I didn't buy from them. Know why? Because they treated me like a HUMAN BEING. David Taylor Ellisville only cares about one thing, GETTING YOUR MONEY.

I came one evening after just making an appointment maybe thirty minutes beforehand, and I was connected with Raphael. I would have liked an offer to test drive the car I saw, but I acknowledge I arrived here about fifteen minutes before the place closed, which is a little late perhaps. Raphael is a great conversationalist, and after the we met he followed up with me and even let me know when the other car I was interested in was available for viewing/test driving. I will say that he's not the best at remembering our conversations since he called me back more than once after I told him I would need a while before I got back to him, but he's overall friendly and professional. But the dude didn't listen and tried to engage my husband in conversation, etc. He ended up leaving because the guy wouldn't leave him alone. We went back a week or so later to test drive a few vehicles. We got the same guy because he had approached my husband a week ago so now we have to be his customers. He got super pushy again! I did not feel it was appropriate to mention it to us. While at another dealership, we were told that Leo Payne owns dealerships in Colorado and doesn't really pay attention to this one.
