Wasted 2 weeks on shipping. Second car. Mechanical issues Third car. Title issues and when that was cleared the car had scratches all up and down the sides and bald tires There is obviously no inspection of the vehicles here. Moved on.

When it came time for me to trade in my 72k mile Infiniti G37x Coupe and switch up to another AWD vehicle, this time a Nissan Murano...I found plenty to choose from in all trim levels in near new condition. I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. I'm considering keeping what I have and purchasing a 2nd car and I'll keep CarMax on my list of places to shop (If they have what I'm looking for).

The worst!!!! We bought three different cars bcuz each had a issue. The first vehicle put my son in…read morethe hospital with exhaust issues. The car was literally spitting gas under the hood. The second, an engine light came on after two days. The radio wouldn't work properly from the second we pulled off the lot. Each time we returned a vehicle, they charged us more money as a downpayment. Customer service at the New Castle branch was the worst you could get from any business. They continuously hung up or forwarded our call to no answer every time we tried to voice a complaint. We are forced to try the third car because they wouldn't return our money but by check at some unknown date in the future. So wish us luck. Lastly, READ THE DRIVER CARE BROCHURE BEFORE YOU LET THEM TALK YOU INTO PURCHASING IT... YOU'LL B SHOCKED BY THE THINGS THEY DON'T COVER. P. S. Chapman Chevrolet wouldn't even accept they're third-party insurance (Silver Rock)... Oh, yeah. Don't let me forget to say that their interest rate is 29.9...."29.9"!!!! Update: So we bought a Chrysler 300... Had it for two days. This morning I went to start it so my mother and I can take my brother to his Operation. It wouldn't start. The sound of rain surrounded the car. I look out then to the ground and see gas flowing down the driveway. Again, the car was spitting gas from the engine. THIS IS IT FOR ME!!! Towing it back with no reimbursement and cashing out... PLEASE. PLEASE! PLEASE!!! Don't put yourself thru this. DRIVETIME WILL MAKE SURE YOUR TIME ISNT SPENT ON THE ROADS, UNLESS IT'S RUNNING BACK AND FORTH TO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEIR JUNK DOESN'T WORK...

My car has broken down atleast 15 times since I've had it. They sold me a "warranty" so now I spend 100 dollars once a week to fix my car for a few days pretty much through there shifty shops they send me to. So now I've paid for this car, repairs & a lawyer to deal with the mess. Not to mention they take more then the payment amount out of my account MULTIPLE TIMES. Do not go here save yourself the trouble

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape from motor zone a little less the a year ago. Total price of the car…read morewas around 10k for a car with 100,000 miles on it. When I bought the car it had a huge stain. On the ceiling and I was told "it had a previous roof leak that's fixed now" had a dent on the back of the car and was told no accidents. Was also told that it went through an extensive mechanical and safety check. First rain I had water coming into the car from around the sun roof and from the lights on the ceiling. About a month into the car breaks failed while driving and almost got into an accident with my son in the car. Brought the car to joes and was told it was the master cylinder. Car drove fine for a couple weeks and go over a bump and it happens again. This time I'm told it's the abs pump and needs a battery, and the check engine light is on for a O2 sensor. Joes has the car for over a week. After paying a $100.00 deductible get the car back and everything seems fine. Did my own looking into of the previous history On the car and I found that the car had frame issues and was fully repainted. Brought my findings to the dealers attention and it was brushed under the rug. Drive a little and the abs light comes on. Send it to joes again and get it back not fixed. Try to find out what's going on with repairing the car and I get told that the manger is on vacation. Last I heard anything on it from joes was March 11, 2020. Since I got the car I only put 6-7k miles on it. I try to send the car back to dealer since the car is unsafe with the breaking system continuously having issues. I get told that if I send it back that I'm still responsible for the remaining 8k left on the car. And that if I don't pay it they will garnish wages. And I would have to pay a fee of $175 to have it towed to them. Manager calls me and asks what's going on and I explain it. I get told it's a used car stuff happens. They can't afford to send the car to "real" mechanics because of cost. There best solution is to send it back to joes or another mechanic. Get a call from joe and I'm told that it needs a new hub and wheel sensor and it's not covered. And that I would have to pay full price for the repair and that I should talk to the finance part of the dealer to figure something out
