I only tried the Sopes (which cost $2.50 a piece) this go around and they weren't bad. I'd like to try their street tacos and a couple more items that might become a fave. Back when you knew what was coming out of the kitchen instead of whatever Frankenstein concoction the tattooed failed barista read about in the underground food blog about the Seattle food truck scene. I ordered fried rice and egg rolls, and I got fried rice and egg rolls. And, it all tasted exactly like it was supposed to taste. How cool is that?! I'm not sure the egg rolls weren't frozen from a local Sam's but they tasted good and the price was reasonable. Isn't that what we're all after in a food truck?
