Sejin is a God send. A little background: Many years ago I had a hair colorist that could always get the exact color of hair I wanted at the very first sitting. As for my hair, I can say that I have the type of hair that is very difficult to lift, and it takes someone of exact knowledge, patience and talent to get my hair exactly to where I want it. Unfortunately i parted ways with her and finding someone who can do that again was so tough that it was almost hopeless. I went through plenty of colorist that took my money and could never give me what i wanted, which was a bit of a joke. Bc let's be honest getting your hair done isn't cheap! BUT 9 years later I found her! Sejin did not only get exactly what I wanted, but she had the knowledge to anticipate what needed to be done. Best part is she took the time to lift it correctly. I stress this fact bc I've had experiences where the colorist would realize the difficulty in getting the color I wanted. So it would either be that I had to come back for another session, or that I had to settle for what they could get me to. Which is such a drag bc what am I paying for? These days it's hard to find people that dedicated their undivided attention and time for you, like when I experienced colorists that gave me their assistant, or when they would overbook themselves so you have a time limit. What else can I start with PURE TALENT I came in for a cut I had absolutely no idea what cut I wanted. I usually say just trim it a little. But she asked me what cut I want and I told her whatever she thought would look good to frame my face. And I also wanted to cut some dead bleached ends off. She started cutting and styling and I was soooo happy with the outcome. She cut perfect layers that made my hair look full and like I didn't lose much length but she was able to cut off the bleached part. Coordinating a time and day was an incredibly seamless process, and she's very quick to respond to requests. Greeted with friendly staff. Seijn is very friendly. She asked my purpose of the visit (a simple trim and color) and my preference. She also made her suggestions for my color selection. I got both trim and color done in 1.5 hrs. In between my hair cut and color, there was a walk-in customer who needed her attention; and she still managed to get both of mine and the customer's nicely done.
