I have never written a YELP review but I feel like this business is beyond exceptional! We took Our dog, Mia, to be groomed at Deb's and they did the BEST job ever grooming her. She has alot of hair being a Llasa Apso but it was soft and trimmed perfectly when the grooming was complete! She can get very itchy but the products they used were gentle on her skin. She is a rescue dog and a bit nervous about new places but she seemed to feel very comfortable there. Excellent, friendly staff who were super kind to humans and pets! Highly recommend. read more

I've gone here twice and scheduling an appointment with them has been easy. They answer their phones quickly and are very nice to talk to. I've had conversations with the lady who owns this place and she's very welcoming. They take good care of my dogs from what I've seen when I pick them up, but this last time they trimmed my dogs nails too short. One of them I could see had bled and that just didn't sit right with me. I care a lot for my dogs and have very high standards for where I take them, but aside from that nail trim incident, they have been good. read more

Wow - I have an extremely reactive 100lb 4yo F-GS who is very picky who she will be around. When we first moved to the area, I was apprehensive of taking her anywhere to do her claws, but someone mentioned Deb's so I made the call. The shop was a little busy but was willing to take a look, so we made the appointment and I brought our dog in. We pulled in the parking lot and there were of course, other dogs in the area, some in vehicles and a couple in the dog potty area (really smart to have that there). My truck was full of snarling, growling and gnashing of teeth. I was going to leave but finally the other customers had cleared out and it was just us, so I put the lead on and we got out. Deb was in the doorway, and apparently our dog picked up on her not going to put up with nonsense. Deb took her lead and walked in. A few minutes later they came out, clipped and happy. My jaw was hanging open. Since then we go every few months, and every time the dog arrives, sees other dogs, snarls, growls and gnashes, but when she sees Deb, she just calms down and obeys. Maybe the fact we go to Starbucks and she gets a Puppyccino later has something to do with it? Naw, it's all Deb. read more

They gave him a great summer cut, offered tips for keeping him free of mats when I picked him up, and added a bandanna and bow on his collar to top it off. Nice people that offer a quality service. Horrible. First my dog did not want to even enter the building. Then I take him in and they are just unprofessional and rude. As I got in my car, I could see through the windows. These people were not nice people or dog people. She came out and got me to say she can not pick my dog up as he was nipping at her. I go in he jumps into my arms (he never does that), she asked me to put him on the table and to leave. I do so, but wait in my car, she come out again. She tells me she cant groom him because he wont hold still. I know it is very hard to groom dogs especially ones that are scared. But this is their profession. They are not dog lovers (I saw her husband kick one of the kennels because the dog inside was barking). Do NOT take your dog here. It also looks like a jail inside. They are rude and not good with dogs! I would give it no stars if I could! read more

I took a dog in to have his dew claws trimmed. The dog was not my dog. I was temporarily sitting him but had noticed he had very long dew claws. The groomers took the dog, put him on a table and began trimming the nails while voicing loudly for all to hear "this is uncalled for", "she shouldn't even be allowed to have a dog" etc. Brought the dog to me, and loudly told me to bring him sooner next time and rudely said, "that will be $10.00!" Normally it is $5.00. She then pointedly turned her back on me. The room was full of customers. I will never bring ANY dog to them again. read more

It's a relief to know that my little one is in good hands, The feeling of having a continuous relationship with a professional groomer is very important to me. Deb and Kendra know my dog, One time Deb said " She's a little old Lady ", yes my dog is 11, and she's a delicate flower and truly has to be handled gently. They do a very nice job, and get us in and out in a timely manner. I've tried several other groomers in the area, but I prefer Debs because they know my dogs needs and they treat her well. She has been flexible and tolerant of my erratic timing and short notice, and I appreciate her very much. I have been taking my two Schnauzers to Deb's for nine years and as of 1 1/2 yrs ago now 4 Schnauzers, and have never had a problem. I can not say enough about them. The dogs always look really great and takes special care at trimming around their feet when I know we are going some where that has problems with stickers etc. Always professional. read more
