From taking in sizes to fixing my most loved shirts in the wardrobe for their "wear and tear" they can fix it all. I was most worried about a dress as a bridesmaid that didn't fit my bust, which was all sequins, and the staff and main seamstress never made me feel nervous about the process. The dress fits beautifully and I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and gorgeous jobs they do. They are a small "Mom and Pop" shop but should be given the reviews of a major company. I have never questioned her pricing. On two occasions, she charged me extra for correcting her work that was not done properly the first time. Most recently, the lower half of my jeans was altered incorrectly and ended up too tight. When I raised this issue, she became upset and claimed I had gained weight, which is not true. She also accused me of not wanting to pay, despite the fact that I have always paid on time and do not owe her anything. Instead of addressing the problem, she insisted the work was correct, kept the additional charges, and told me not to return. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly in response to a reasonable complaint.
