great people, I work right door and can never go wrong with getting coffee from here. their coffee has a slight, pleasant acidic taste to it that you might not get from other coffee shops, my knowledge. if I don't get a vanilla creme cold brew, I just get a plain cold brew. anyway, it makes them unique that they don't just use some run-of-the-mill dark roast, and I like that. also they have good deserts, their cannolis are incredible. I've been a semi-regular for the past year or so, and don't plan on stopping any time soon. read more

This place it horrible. I have never been more disappointed in something I've ordered from a dessert place. I came here one night hoping for a delicious dessert considering that is their specialty. I ordered the skillet cookie and what I received was a disgrace to the dessert gods! It looked just like the picture, but the cookie was cold, like not warm, completely cold like it was refrigerated. As a result it was hard and crunchy. I had imagined a warm borderline hot, gooey, chocolatey experience. I will never come back here. How do you mess up a chocolate chip cookie of all things. I'm not sure why I haven't been to this place befire. Saw a post on Facebook, decided to go in and try the turtle cheesecake. If you see something that you like, order right away, those desserts go very fast. Cheesecake was delicious. Blueberry lime ricotta cake was amazing. The magic bars are something else. I really like this place and will definitely be back! I've been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The desserts are varied and truly superb. It takes a high level of sophistication, talent and skill to bake desserts consistently with the same quality. Here you can see and taste that it is done right. I appreciate that they also take great pride in the display of their goods. Elegantly showcased with legible signs and it's so pretty it almost looks like faux food. Man we just got done eating sushi next door. We had an amazing meal. We walked next door to Decadent and ordered the apple pie skillet as a nice ending to the perfect meal. It was hands down the worst thing we have ever eaten. It literally tasted like salt and soap. The apples could not be cut through... at all, the ice cream tasted like turned milk and the crust I swear had no sugar. If you eat the sushi next door, leave. Don't walk next door... we had to go home ASAP and eat a cookie to get the horrid taste out of our mouths. Never posted anything like this on any yelp review... but it was that bad. read more

The hostess was phenomenal. She was kind in telling us about all the treats and goodies. Everything looked good and tasted even better. We had the Magic bars, Rice Crispy bars, a slice of hummingbird cake, some cookies, and red velvet cupcakes. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The recipes are GREAT! I gave three stars because the atmosphere is cool and the coffee is okay but as far as the desserts. Save your money and go buy a Publix cake. We tried this pace twice and it's mediocre at best! The first time was the red velvet cake and if you are a diabetic or on a sugar free diet this is the cake for you. Next we tried Neapolitan cake and again if sugar free is your thing go for it. We also tried a red velvet cookie and a brownie. I don't know what the after taste of the cookie was (maybe too much die) but it wasn't pleasant. The brownie was decent but still nothing to write home about. To be a dessert shop I feel your desserts should be top notch especially if you're charging top notch prices! read more

Huge selection seems there is something for every sweet tooth! Our party got a birthday cake milkshake, a Carmel frappe, and an iced coffee for drinks. A brownie. Marble fudge cake and the donut skillet. By far the donut skillet was the favorite! The cake was amazing and the brownie was also delicious! My daughter loved her shake and I loved that frappe had a decent coffee flavor and not quiet as milkshakey as other places! The staff was helpful let my daughter sample the gelatos before choosing her milkshake flavor, and when we struggled because there was so much to choose from they suggested favorites of theirs. Prices are high but we expected that from a specialty shop and everything we had was worth it! We will definitly be back! read more

I really liked the donut skillet and the donut gelato. I was not a fan of the brownie or the lemon bar, they were hard and unpleasant and felt like they had been sitting out a while (we literally took 2 bites, and the rest went to waste). While I did like the donut skillet I think it is a bit overpriced for donut holes with 2 scoops of ice cream on top ($8). The quality of the donut holes is also not particularly good, they are a little hard and probably would not taste good on their own. Overall, I will be back if I feel like a warm dessert skillet or gelato, but it isn't anything to write home about. read more

I can tell these people are not a morning person. They gave me and my co workers a weird vibe. They messed up on our order twice. Where we had to correct them twice. And their cups do not fit in the cup holder correctly. So all of our coffee spilt on us. They should check their inventory and upgrade their cup size and make sure their cups fit. I'm sure I'm not the only one who didn't notice this. read more

Customer service practices by owner are horrible. The staff is friendly for sure but the owner forces the staff to lie about items available to force customers to buy the cakes that are less popular. Recent visit tonight after being lied to last weekend and being told there was no cheesecake. I spent $50 and stepped down to have them prepare it and they brought a cheesecake from the back. Was in tonight and another lie about selection. Customers in front of me bought entire strawberry cheesecake. I asked what they were replacing it with. You could tell the same tactics were being used to force customers to select from the two items in the case. I was hoping to have a variety as we had multiple people to buy for. I asked for a managers phone number. The owner stopped from the back and I asked for a number to call as to not have a discussion in front of her other customers. She said no now is fine. She then advised she wouldn't "argue" with me and lied that the staff didn't know what was in the cooler all while the entire staff stood in the door doing nothing and watching me voice my complaints. She also told me she wouldn't have time to handle my complaint via phone as she was too busy. Now there was only one other customer in the store and at least six employees. Please take your business to one of the other places that value your business... The Cookie Bar, smallcakes, Mini Dixie Donuts...all these places are locally owned and really want your business!!!! Stay away from high prices that accompanied by an owner that lacks the skills to treat customers with respect. read more

I got a raspberry cheesecake. The dessert looked nice. It tasted like it was manufactured vs being homemade. The whip cream tasted heavy instead of light. While I have lived in Warner Robins for almost 7 years due to my current job, this is the BEST local coffee cafe ever I have attended! The cafe includes variety of the savory foods for breakfast or lunch and lots of various desserts. Of course, they have a lot of different flavors for the coffee drinks. Love the concept of this place! WR has needed a dessert and coffee option for a while now. They have tons of homemade treats like cookies, cakes, lemon bars, and layer brownies just to name a few. I've been a few times and every time the options were different but they also have gelato if you can't find a baked good you like. My only complaint is I've had a few things I could tell had been sitting around a day if not more but they were still tons better than anything you can buy at the store. If WR was a bigger city I'd only give 3 stars because I'd expect fresher but here in WR this place gets 4 stars. read more

Went with 13, 17, and 60 year olds and neither liked almost anything. We got a chocolate chip cookie skillet, creme brûlée, strawberry banana parfait, banana bread, banana pudding, apple turnover, pumpkin spice latte and a gingerbread latte. The lattes were very bitter and had no pumpkin or gingerbread flavor, tasted like the coffee was possibly burnt. The banana bread was hard but had a nice flavor, and the creme brûlée was nice. Everything else was not very good at all and was all thrown away. Came out to be $51 and not at all worth it. Severely disappointed. You would think that if you are paying that much money for desserts the customer service would match that. No.. from the get go the service was without a smile and we felt like we were troublesome simply because we stepped in the door. We paid for $50 worth of food.. cake was good, cheesecake was wonderful, cookie skillet was good as well. Ice cream was the issue.. we tasted the strawberry, ordered it and must have gotten the edges that were freezer burnt or something. It tasted weird. We asked to get something else instead. No they dont do that. I pretty much had to stand there and argue over this tiny scoop of overpriced ice cream. No we hadn't eaten the entire cup and asked for something different. It was a whole cup of funny tasting ice cream. It was finally replaced but not without us feeling like we had insulted the entire business! We were really excited to try Decadent Desserts, we've been trying to get by here for a couple of weeks, but have been so busy until today. I really wish we'd been too busy today! Personally, i feel like if you're going to run a company that's predominantly based on a dessert menu, you should really have some of the best desserts ever baked. First off, if you're going to bring a hot skillet to my table it should've been worth the mention NOT to touch the hot skillet, and how is the skillet hot but the brownie inside the skillet was not? The brownie was not only cold, it was so dry it would not have been edible if there hadn't been some melting ice cream on top, but even the ice cream couldn't save this dry, crunchy, flat brownie.....yuk. Don't bother trying the dry as dust apple turnover either, it was so tough we couldn't saw it with the spoon they served to eat it. Four people, $30, huge disappointment. read more
