Boy did you dropped the ball on our visit to your salon! My Daughter and I came to your salon to get a fill and pedicures. All we were got was fills and that's all. My nail tech was constantly on her phone talking or the other techs. Then she asked if I wanted my cuticles cut and I thought it was part of the fill but it wasn't it was a $6.00 extra charge. I've never had to pay extra and I know is how they nickel and dime their customers to get more money out of them. Shame on you Decor!!!! Plus I've never been to a salon whose is selfish on putting very little power on nails. What are you afraid to give someone too much and you'll get in trouble for putting on too much. With that said you lost two clients forever! If I would give 0 stars I would!! PS: Kindly empty the water out of the little pedicure chair. Who knows how it's been in there!! read more

Bad customer service I had been going there for more than two years. The last time I went one of the ladies did my nails. I tried Decor nails for my first time yesterday morning. I was greeted by friendly staff and a huge selection of colors and designs. Thao did my nails and she did a fantastic job. She is a sweetheart and was very quick but thorough on my nails. She also gave me a drink list where they offer sodas and even a complimentary glass of champagne! It was a great experience. This is my go-to nail salon! The prices are great, service is even better and I love how big it is. They have ample staffing and they do remember you if you're a repeat customer! They get to know you and are dedicated to making sure you're happy with what you're getting there. The spa pedicure is my little monthly splurge. I go about every 2 weeks or so to update my manicure to keep it looking fresh, as I work in management in a corporate office and I'm very conscious of my hands. Love this place and all of their options for gel acrylics. Thao did an amazing job although one of nails has fallen off. However, I do a lot with my hands and I usually have nails come off just because of that, so I don't think it was anything she did. Stopped in one day after visiting the Verizon store nearby and I am so glad I did! Hannah did my gel manicure and toes and I could not be happier. It's been over 2 weeks now and everything still looks perfect. She files down any edges that might start to peel and that makes a huge difference in how long my manicures last. I'm here currently pissed as possible I just got my nails and toes done, 5 days ago. I tipped all three people (who did a fill and pedicure normally takes two people), then I had to come back as an acyclic fell completely off, then two more days another one. I was shocked especially since one of the owners had done my set and another one filed to fix the shape, So I go back another girl fixes my nail for another $5 bringing my total to $74 so far and it has a huge dip in it because it's misshapen. So then they fix the nails and tell me come back tomorrow for a color another $5 tip and not I've spent $79 dollars for nails that have no color and are buffed and now I've been sitting here for 20 minutes when I was told yesterday they would get me in and out. I will never come here again after being treated like this. There are too many nail shops in east county to be treated crazy and have your time and money wasted like this. If I could give them less stars I would! I had a lovely pedicure experience, than I went to get a bikini wax that's where things made a turn for the worse. Literally worse experience of my life with waxing... first off the lady was rude and was like lay down than I told her I'm getting a bikini wax she said well I thought it was eye brows and walked out! A different lady came in and was really nice half way through she got called away by someone knocking on the door! She said she will be right back, than the initial first rude lady came back in and to finish. She said sorry if I hurt you. I said well I tried trimming down their before coming in cause I was told it will be more painful for me if I did. She than got mad and said no I never shave down there cause you make my job harder. Than proceed to put wax on me and letting it drip down my butt crack where it's sticking together which I figured she would clean right? Nope! A min later she said your fine and left the room! I was left all full of wax stuck to my but and else where up front and I had to pick the paper that stuck to the wax out of all my cracks literally peeling myself from the table. U think that's the worst is over right! I get home to shower to get the wax off of my private parts and I go look in the mirror where I notice that b*#¥£€ left half waxed yes only one side of my vagina was waxed the other half clean. I tried calling they didn't understand trying to set me up with another appointment. Do I literally had to come back and now they play dumb when they ask if I need help I tell them they only waxed half of me she said ok I wait ok! Seriously!!! I will never come back after this!!' I wanted to try a new Nail salon with my daughter. After going so several different ones in our local community. I would leave unsatisfied. So I finally remembered the nail salon next to the Chinese food place. I walked inside and Hanna and Taune made us feel very welcome. They offer you a free drink on the house. Like water soda juice etc. I explained to Hanna my issues at other nail salons. She said I will take care of you. They even use the hot stone massage for your feet. This place is terrible if you want good service, as you should expect going into a nail salon. I asked her to shorten my nails and get new polish on them. She sat down and did not care how much I wanted them shortened at all. She was to busy on the phone, and dealing with two other clients instead of focusing on one at a time. I have always been loyal to the place I have gotten my nails done. I will not add the name so that they will never know. I always feel like I am cheating on them when I try a new place.
